Clean rooms was nice and the gym was good as long as no one else is there because it’s small. No towel service (at a cost) and virtually no amenities —was not typical of where I usually stay.

We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing special. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, WiFi and satellite TV were free, and overall the property felt safe. For a short-term stay it worked fine, but very much a BYOS (bring your own stuff)

The hotel is brand new I was the first person to stay in the room. I had a great stay the hotel only offers coffee for 2 hours in the morning and no breakfast. Overall it was a great stay

Would be frustrating if stayed longer as the only change linens and towels every 14 days unless you purchase an upgrade to have it done every 7 days. Full size fridge. Stove top unnecessary as they don’t provide pots pans or utensils unless you buy another upgrade. The hotel tends to cater to longer stay folks that maybe working and live out of the area. Staff were professional. The room which had a refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave in the kitchenette had nothing else in it. NO cups, utensils, plates, paper towels, dish soap, nothing. There was NO coffee pot in the room. 1 used roll of TP and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and the bed and converter were very nice. The hotel is 6 months old so it is still in great condition. The walls are so thin I could hear the people next door snoring and foot traffic all night above me. The entry doors are not setup for ADA access. The price was low. All in all it was safe and comfortable but bare bones minimum

This is hotel does not offer extended stay services like daily trash pick up, delivery of fresh towels daily that’s what a stay over should offer. Extended sta sonesta offers pots pans and dishwater all included in weekly price. You have to pay $70 extra for that here. They don’t even provide a cleaning sponge!!! Worse extended stay ever

Good location, nice aized rooms and very streamlined and clean. A couple basic hotel supplies were still enroute I guess, as the room had no hand towels or blow dryer (only 4 in entire hotel). Some room charge glitches as well but staff was very helpful to get that squared away correctly. Overall very clean and relatively quiet.

As a solo female traveler for work I stay in different locations every day so there’s a lot of things I look out for. Here the staff was friendly and welcoming, specifically the gm gave me the biggest welcome! Definitely safe and quiet as it is in a business area and you need to tap in every time you go in. Brand new location so everything is new and clean. Definitely recommend staying here for the price and everything!

Terrible hotel and management , they charged my card 7 nights and they denied it, they asked me to pay again , when I refused they asked me to leave. Unprofessional and rude staff, especially the manager. Be aware to be scammed

I was curious about this place but immediately put off by the remarkably rude manager. He was curt and dismissive to me and also the female hotel staff. I’d hoped for better and booked mostly because it’s new and presumably clean but definitely would not stay here again.

So no one told us we needed crates for our emotional support chihuahuas and that our babies couldn't be left unattended the lady Shay was so rude and uncomfortable unaccommodating, along with management. When we spoke to cally she said the dogs weren't a problem no crates were needed. We traveled 4 hours for my husband birthday and one getting here had to wait for someone for 25 minutes to help us. Them they refused to cancel the reservation even though I had booking insurance and blaitenly treated us poorly and disrespectful. Them they wouldn't even answer the phone when hotel. So no one told us we needed crates for our emotional support chihuahuas and that our babies couldn't be left unattended the lady Shay was so rude and uncomfortable unaccommodating, along with management. When we spoke to cally she said the dogs weren't a problem no crates were needed. We traveled 4 hours for my husband birthday and one getting here had to wait for someone for 25 minutes to help us. Them they refused to cancel the reservation even though I had booking insurance and blaitenly treated us poorly and disrespectful. Them they wouldn't even answer the phone when hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing special. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, WiFi and satellite TV were free, and overall the property felt safe. Hotel was very nice and clean. It also smelt brand new like it was just freshly finished. Room was spacious, ac worked very well, and bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay again when visiting Reno.

As a solo female traveler for work I stay in different locations every day so there’s a lot of things I look out for. Here the staff was friendly and welcoming, specifically the gm gave me the biggest welcome! Definitely safe and quiet as it is in a business area and you need to tap in every time you go in. Brand new location so everything is new and clean. Definitely recommend staying here for the price and everything!

Kind of hard to find the place New facility so modern clean etc It’s extended stay do they use that as an excuse for no extra towels, no amenities ( I didn’t bring my own hair dryer) but the extended stays I’ve used before had nicer kitchen area and a dogs or something Just beds here Stretchy sheets and just on bed even though it is new

My family came from California and was looking for something nice and quiet well we happened to find this hotel and let me tell you something..... THIS IS THE BEST DAMN HOTEL!!! Right from the start it was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness and the smell of a brand new hotel (45 days old as of 8-31-25) the check in was super fast and very easy. Once we got to our room (119) and opened the door we loved it. Full size fridge with a nice stove but bring your own cookware. The beds were so comfortable and we all had the best sleep. We definitely will be returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you also to the lady who was working the front desk the morning of September 1 who fixed the hot chocolate machine for my kids which made them both very happy. So if you're looking for a nice hotel away from all the big hotels downtown (but only 15 minutes away from all the action) then stay here and thank me later.

Staff were professional. The room which had a refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave in the kitchenette had nothing else in it. NO cups, utensils, plates, paper towels, dish soap, nothing. There was NO coffee pot in the room. 1 used roll of TP and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and the bed and converter were very nice. The hotel is 6 months old so it is still in great condition. The walls are so thin I could hear the people next door snoring and foot traffic all night above me. The entry doors are not setup for ADA access. The price was low. All in all it was safe and comfortable but bare bones minimum

You can vividly hear your neighbors' entire daily routine: heavy footsteps above you, quiet conversations through the walls, televisions, and even the sound of a neighbor using the bathroom. The structural noise disruption is so unbearable that I only got one night off three a good sleep,but this only because that night no other guest were next and above me. I would not recommend staying here.

the two burner stove top is wonderful that this hotel provides along with a full fridge. the staff is amazingly sweet and thoughtful of their tenants. coffee in the early morning is provided. its peaceful as well; you cant hear your neighbors, but if someone is heavy footed on a floor above you, or if something drops, rolls, dragged, you can hear it. they have doggo treats for your doggo as well. very well taken care of property.
