This hotel is trying to save money by cutting jobs and going virtual - this means major lack of service and no help when something is needed. This hotel has a kiosk next to the vacant front desk where a man appeared on a screen on camera and asked me to scan my ID on the kiosk scanner and swipe my credit card - that was check in My bathroom was filthy No one was available to talk to about it I gave up and cleaned it myself The bed was solid and I slept - that was the good part But in the morning at 7:30am I went to the lobby for coffee (it was undrinkable) - unfortunately my key stopped working, so I got locked out of my room. no one was at the front desk to help - the virtual person was on a break. I called “the front desk” and no one answered… 20 minutes later the virtual agent came back from break and then got a new key and got back into my room Sorry George Jetson - you’re not a hotelier

I have stayed on and off at this motel for 10 years. This will be my last. The virtual assistant in the lobby is a joke. Any requests take several hours. The initial room we were in was terrible. The toilet could not flush and the bathtub had mold around it and water underneath it which caused the tub to bounce when standing in it for a shower. We initially had two rooms booked but decided to cancel one of them. Saving money only to have even worse service is not what I call efficient. Not having a human at the Property made it worse.

The place is NOT a 13 minute walk to the airport! There was no one to help w lamps & outlets that didn’t work despite continual inquiries. I will never stay here again.
