The elevators were awful! Not working for much of my stay. When they did work, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get on a fully packed elevator. I even had to use the staff service service elevator at times. The Silver Legacy is a very large hotel that is owned by Caesars. They should have done better. Fix or replace the elevators. I don’t plan to return any time soon.

Room was clean. Not enough elevators for the amount of people staying in the hotel. We waited for an elevator anywhere from 10-25 minutes each time we wanted to leave or return to our room.

Everything was great except the fact that they only had like 2 elevators working and the wait time was 15-20 mins. There were lines everytime you wanted to get on an elevator and they were always packed. If the elevators aren’t going to be working, at least the stairs should be open for guest to use. That’s my only complain other than that it was a great experience.

Pool was a huge disappointment, nothing like the photos in the slightest. When booking it looks like it was a rooftop pool and it’s on a weird deck off the side of the building with gross patio furniture and no way of swimming laps in a pool that small. The shower in the room still had the previous guests hair on the wall. The lines for the elevator were ridiculous and upon checkout we tried to request a luggage trolly to be delivered but no one answered our calls to the Bell Desk and we had to carry all of our bags down without a cart

The hallway smelled strongly of marjuana. Could not get movies on TV, Sport bar lost sevice and the Mariners went off. Hot tub jets did not work. You guys have no problem to want more money fir ever little thing. Took almost 2 hours for someone to look at TV.

The hotel is in extreme poor condition. Most of the elevators were broken so you waited 10-15 minutes each time you press the button. Rooms were questionable whether they changed the sheets and the same for the bathroom. Hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana.

The elevators took 20 to 5 minutes to go to my room or get down to the lobby. I couldn’t check out by television or self check out, line was long. The restaurants are high priced. Cafe wasn’t worth what you charge. The room air conditioner didn’t blow cold and it was humid in the room. Room was really clean and up to date.

Checkin was fine. The rooms shower had not cold water so could not take super hot shower. Called hotel maintenence and sent someone up. Was told he would take care of it. It s now 11:30 pm After another 20-30minutes the staff called up Said it would take another 30 mnutes. Nothing happened It s now nearing 1AM and I called down and was asked if I wanted to change rooms? of course I said yes so we finalle got our shower around 1:30 am. Why the heck didn't they offer that @ hours earlier???? Don't know if we will stay there in the future.

Elevagtors did not work during our stay, took forever to get up and down from 23rd floor. Ordered coffee cups and it took 1 1/2 hours. noone seemed to care.

The hotel staff let dozens of people stand around and wait for 3 o’clock check in. I know there was rooms available, but they weren’t going to give them out. When I complained to somebody about this, they totally ignored me. They wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was talking to them. I know it’s the management fault, but the staff needs to be responsive to the guest. Then when 3 o’clock came, it must’ve been 30 or 40 people in line waiting to get checked in. I know the hotels need to nickel and dime everybody, but charging for early check-in when there are rooms available. Seems like it’s a little over the top.

The check-in was a horrendous experience. They wanted to sell early check-in, so they weren’t letting anybody check in until three. There were probably 50 to 100 people waiting in the lobby at 3 o’clock. I don’t know how long it took everybody to get checked in with the mass of people checking in. The worst thing about this cluster was that we were told they had rooms they just would make everybody wait. When I complained about it, they wouldn’t even engage me in conversation.

Super smoky. I had a very strange experience where someone from room service entered my room hours after it had been cleaned doing who knows what. There was no record of why they would have been in there. I only knew because they left behind a cleaning bottle of spray cleaner. Front desk, security, and housekeeping all passed the buck. Front desk said they would send security up to discuss with me, they didn’t. 30 mins went by. I called security directly. They said they’d be right up. Then another 20 minutes passed. I called the front desk they said it’s a housekeeping issue not security. It felt really unsafe to stay in the room alone when someone was in there without a reason or a record of the visit. And the front desk manager was very uncaring and rude. They then put me into a room on the floor that reaped of cigarettes. I had to ask for canotgervroom. This room was very hot and the ac only cooled it to 76 despite turning it down to 65 with the ac as high as it would go. It’s been nearly a full day sbd I have still yet to be contacted by the house keeping manager as promised.

Helpful staff, comfortable room that had been updated. Overall, a well-maintained facility. The parkade and parking elevators could be tidier. What we didn't realize coming in was how Silver Legacy, El Dorado, and Circus Circus were all connected to each other. You need never step outside to visit all three, including their restaurants and casinos. We did step out, though, and found parts of the neighborhood a little sketchy although that didn't deter us from walking a few blocks to some nearby restaurants for dinner. Was offered a deal to stay a third night which made this not made value for the money. Would stay again.

Nice large room. Kiosk for check-in easy. Busy casino resort. Resort fees, restaurants way too expensive. Circus next door has a food court but skanky. Best place to eat was a hidden place next door in the basement called Papa What You Cooking- 50 South Virginia Street In The Basement, 50 S Virginia St #18, Reno, NV 89501

The hotel and room were Great! The coffee shop though where we decided to grab a quick dinner as we got in late was completely terrible. I am a restaurant owner and was really just appalled by the old dried out fries that were served to us , not even very warm to boot . My husbands Caesar with shrimp was swimming in dressing and my Asian chicken salad was old chicken strips not appealing .we picked through and ate what we could but I think with the over priced steak or fish houses as our other option we will be dinning out of the hotel next time .

We had a hard time finding the place, but after we got to the garage, it was easy to find the desk, easy check in at a kiosk if we wanted, and the rooms were all updated and clean. We loved all the dining options that were in the hotel and the adjacent properties that were connected by skybridges. All in all, it was a great stay.

Elevator performance was the worst I have ever seen. 5 elevators and a line of over 35+ people waiting to board. The noise from car alarms and idiot people reving their car engines way after midnight made things difficult to get any sleep. The front desk staff were great! Ahram helped with checking in and was so friendly and helpful. However there are not many staff members available to check you in or out and they encourage you to use the kiosks. The kiosks are not smooth and easy to use in fact they were quite difficult and we ended up going to the front desk instead. We also were not comfortable going outside even in the daytime because there were a lot of transients yelling on the streets. While some of the casino staff were friendly and fun, there were others that were mean and not welcoming- so that wrecked the gambling vibe several times.
