The resort was updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the amenities. There were several pools, basketball, miniature golf and an activities center. We didn't make it to the gym like we planned but it was clean and had updated equipment. There are grills located all over the property if you want to enjoy an outside meal. The location is conveniently located near the parks, about a 30 minute drive with traffic. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hidden gem! Quiet, beautiful pool, spacious and clean suites, the restaurant food was some of the best I’ve had. No shops on sight so would have to leave the property for convenience items, but several shopping nearby. Very close to everything but off of the main busy streets. We will be back.

Loved the size of the rooms and how well it worked for our family. The speed of the service for gold carts to take you around the resort was also impressive. We were disappointed that the pool closed hours after the rain had passed, with clear skies, preventing us from being able to take the kids there. Otherwise, we were very happy with the stay.

There were no luggage carts anywhere to be found. I even asked the agent at the registration desk if i would be able to find a cart and he said, “oh, sure…we have plenty of them for our guests”. Not true! In addition, the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the second floor having to carry our luggage. What BS!

The hotel suite smells badly. We found mold in the bathroom. The sofa has disgusting stains. The management refused to give me a full refund. We only spent one night at this hell hotel. It almost ruined our vacation. Stay away!

The bed was comfortable but other than that, the floor was gross. There was a dead frog in the living room area and a whole munch of dead insects all over the floor. Also had some type of spill, almost looked sticky. I literally stayed confined to the room and bathroom.

I have stayed at this property of a total of three times within ten years and this property has downgraded tremendously. For one, the check in was the first sign. The process took much longer and not including the time sharing concierge part. Then the door before you get to your room there was a bunch of dead bugs in front of the door of the room. Then in our room the balcony light had to switch to cut it off, so then we called the front desk and was told it cuts off on its own. The light did not turn off at all for 5 nights. So for 5 nights the balcony light stayed on and we had to have the curtains closed the entire time. The place furniture is ran down and not be taking care off. The dining table, freezer, refrigerator was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom of it so we had to make sure when we showered that the ends were not in the tub. The rags, towels and sheets had stains on it. We killed a big black spider in the room. I would never stay at this place ever again.

This was my second time staying and I think it’s a great value but it could use a deep cleaning. The two bedroom suite was spacious, modern and very comfortable. You can just tell the floors haven’t been cleaned thoroughly. Fortunately all the surfaces were. It’s just disappointing to see crumbs in corners or big stains in the carpet.

The property is really large which makes everything spread out and not convenient to get to. It’s an older property and needs some updating. The couch was really uncomfortable and there was a noise coming from what we think was the fridge. Our neighbors were loud and we could hear them very clearly making breakfast and getting ready to leave. It’s an average stay and the little kitchenette is convenient if you’re staying with children. It was just me and my husband so we would probably not stay again because we didn’t need that amenity.

The condo was huge and perfect for the whole family. Couch was giant and there was plenty of room for everyone to lounge. 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds instead of twin beds like most other condos have so it was wonderful for families with several children. Furniture seemed new and comfortable.

I am offering a mixed review of this hotel. I will start by saying that the Hilton brand is one I have trusted in the past and have a certain expectation based on that. The general property was very well maintained and landscaped and manicured. The check-in desk area was modern and updated. We had quite a long wait to get checked in, but that may have been just because we arrived at a high volume time. The rep behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We reserved a two bedroom suite. Our room was very clean, but very outdated. The furniture was not in terrible condition, but also needed some replacing due to wear and tear. The overall feel of the room felt outdated and left over from the mid 90s. A lot of dark woods and older styles. The room also had a little bit of a musty smell which we got used to after a couple days. We stayed in the space for six nights. It had an enclosed patio with a screen, which was great. The bed was exceptionally firm, which I had a hard time adjusting to. I did not sleep well while there. On the other hand, my husband prefers a firm bed and slept quite well. My two sons slept in the second bedroom in their own beds and said the beds were not super comfortable, but were fine. We had a first floor room and I was concerned about the noise level from the pool outside. It turned out you could not hear anything because of the water fountains around the area which helped conceal and mask much of the outdoor noise.

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with large balcony. For what I thought was a very good price. The unit exceeded my expectations in every way. Comfortable mattresses, super roomy, with a huge screened in balcony overlooking a pool. Decent Kitchen although ice maker was sub par. But the only reason this is not a five star ranking is the pressure. I should have known but didn't that this is a time share property. It's huge, with MANY different units and buildings sprawled among a huge area overlooking a golf course, and the grounds that we saw were maintained very nicely. We even ate, twice, at the on site restaurant, slow service but good food. But my wife and I cannot STAND time share pressure tactics. Starting at check in, you'll check in like a normal hotel, but then, in order to get your parking pass they'll send you to another desk where the pressure to get "free gifts" for just attending a very short presentation begin. And being too busy or uninterested doesn't stop them, they'll keep ordering you. But once you get away from that desk, because they "need" your cell phone during the check in process, they'll keep "following up" with texts and/or calls just desperate to give you free things with no strings attached. I guess if you're good at almost being rude with forceful "NO'S", you will be ok, and it IS a very nice resort. But for people like my wife and I, from Indiana, we have trouble with people who make you feel like you're kicking their puppy.

I booked on hotels.com and when I got there, they said they didn’t even have my reservation. It took over 30 minutes for me to just get assigned a room and they didn’t even offer a free upgrade for the trouble. They blamed it on hotels.com. On top of that, I’m a diamond member and Hilton has no respect whatsoever for the DIAMOND members. They don’t give a free upgrade because you book it through hotels.com so they punish you and treat you like you mean nothing. The room was outdated and dirty. The tub and floors needed to be deep cleaned. The front gate staff was pretty friendly, but that’s about the only positive I can say. Back when this property was $80 a night, it was worth it but now it’s no longer a good value. Too expensive what you get!

Lobby desk staff were disrespectful. We waited 40 minutes after checking in to be taken to our room. It was only after we raised concerns that the head of security drove us to our building assignment, which we couldn’t reach on our own. Then at check out we were charged additional uninformed fees for resort amenities such as miniature golf and pool bubbles, neither had we used. Staff, including manager, were disrespectful and dismissal of our concerns and inquiries. Room was very nice but would never go back there again due to staff lack of concern and disrespectful nature.

I’ve stayed here 4 times and each time prior to this time the check in was flawless. This time check in was terrible. The wait time in line was over 30 min. When I finally got to the counter to check in, I tried to inform the lady checking me in they I had upgraded from a one Bdrm to a 2 Bdrm and she cut me off saying she had to go to the office because someone was in my reservation. I still tried to say yes probably updating my room but she walked off. She then came back and finished processing my check in and handed me the keys. I get to the room with my kids and it’s the one bedroom, so now I had to go back to the center and wait another 40 minutes. I was very displeased because I was in a bit of pain and needed to lay down asap. If she would have just listened to me and not cut me off this could have been prevented. Finally we get to the correct room and latter that evening it’s time for bed and sofa bed is broken. Maintenance came and had to replace the entire sofa the next day, I hope these issues never happen to me again. Overall the 2 Bdrms are spacious and accommodating. Even with these issues this trip, I would still book again only because if my PAST experiences: oh and the main pool Sells funnel cake fries which are delish!

Staff was very friendly, Dave who checked us in was outstanding. The place over all is a little dated, but don't let that discourage you. It is kept up pretty well. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath room with full kitchen, living, and dining area. Room service is every 5 days that I learned after the second day of a 4 day stay. You just call the front desk if you need anything. They have only one dining restaurant that is a little pricey, but just buy food from the store, much cheaper. We used to stay at the shades of green on WDW property, this is now our new go to. We will be back next month for nine days. It is outstanding for my son who is autistic and likes his own space. The price is unbeatable for the amount of space and amenities.

Spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Pool was wonderful and loved that there were towels and life jackets provided. The hotel used a texting service to provide updates on facilities closing/opening due to weather and for housekeeping requests. They will try to upsell you a timeshare but we knew this going into it was no surprise. Property itself was absolutely beautiful, well kept, and staff was friendly. Not incredibly convenient to basic shopping but not terrible unless you are traveling during the opening or closing of the parks. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying again in the future.

Pretty nice place to come for Walt Disney. Was only a 10 minute drive to the parks and maybe 15 to 20 to Disney Springs. Friendly staff. Guard gate at the front for security. Didnt use the pools or any other facilities. I liked the double lock security for the rooms. Rooms divided into 2 areas. Key access to get to the door then key access into the room. The only complaint is the smell in the foyer area. Room was very large. Complete kitchen and full size fridge. Had a combo washing machine dryer. Shower area was large with supplied bathroom supplies. Plenty of towels. Sit in bathtub was big. Living room was large with a pullout bed in the sofa. Screened in patio are off the living room and bedroom. Bedroom was nice with plenty of storage and pillows. Bed was very comfortable with supplied bedding.

This was probably one of my favorite Florida vacation locations. They did great at when we needed to extend our vacation. They added the day so we didn’t have to switch around rooms. The staff was very nice. Very kind. The facilities were clean. The beds were clean. We really enjoyed it and will miss Florida because of this location. The pools and Tiki bar close a lot due to weather, but as for our own safety. I have zero complaints we did get some looks when we went to the Kinsey‘s restaurant on property because we have such a large family, but it still went well.

This one employee in the restaurant show racism on my last day there, when me and wife call in order and went to pick it up. We were told to our face we were not to be believe that we order the food and demanded that we show our identification, because our people being black all try get out of paying the bill. That was an embarrassment to me and my wife, thank god i recorded it for my lawyer.

I didn’t expect any resort charges fee until I got the invoice charging me $209+; I got the breakfast vouchers but neither Expedia nor The hotel helped me corrected the mistake they made on the vouchers made me spending more money on our big group’s breakfast. Neither one provided solutions either.
