No communication lost my bank card and walked out only to find out that the codes was changed had to cancel my card

Elevator buttons in parking deck were broken, very inconvenient trying to get up. There was hair all over the unit, including the bathtub. There was only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay and no way to get anymore.

Public areas were generally clean. Trash can in garage was over flowing over the weekend.

Property was clean. Parking was a little tricky to find. Refrigerator was a noisy. Fire alarm kept going off in the A.M hours of the morning.

Neverf got into the room. The building was locked up, asked another person tryhing to get in, said you needed a passcode. Requesting a refund, Had to find another hotel.

This was my 2nd time staying here. While I do love the rooms and location overall, this particular stay wasn't up to par with the last one. There was only one working elevator so it took me almost an hour to unload my car due to the elevator wait times. The parking garage keypad is pretty beat up. The patio doors in the room were very difficult to open and close, and they wouldn't lock which I wasn't fond of for security purposes. There was no remote for the bedroom TV so we could only watch TV in the living room. We didn't have any wash clothes but luckily I brought some from home. There were some strange red stains on the carpet in one bedroom and broken lamp shades. We still enjoyed our visit but the property may need to look into some minor upgrades to fix these issues. Will more than likely stay here again but will probably try to request the room I stayed in for my 1st visit.

I was here for an event at City Winery, which is five minutes away. It was easy and cheap to uber there and back. The property is nice. Just as shown in photos. It was perfect for my overnight stay. The directions to check in were provided to me timely and when I was confused about the parking situation, they responded to assist. I figured it out before they responded but it was good to know they were available. The only thing that I’d recommend is to put that you’ll need the apartment code for garage and elevators in the check in information. Otherwise wonderful and convenient stay! This will be my go-to spot in the future! Not the property fault at all but getting off the exit to get to this location was nothing short of horrendous in terms of traffic!!! Otherwise, highly recommend!!

Great room and facilities! Loved the off street parking options. My only complaint was no bedding for the rollaway couch.

The door was open when I arrived. There was white creamy marks all over the couch. I was so uncomfortable I wrapped myself in my jacket and hood, so that I would not touch the bed. I let the owner know about this and they ignored me. It was several hours that I was locked out of the building and the owner took a while to help me. When they finally contacted me, they lied and said I was at the wrong garage. I took a picture that matched the garage pictures matched the garage pictures on their website. They never apologized or acted concerned about anything. I had to cancel my booking for future stay, because of these issues. Also, you have to upload your personal drivers license and it's not secure.

Great spot to stay very clean quiet and i love how its secired..you can not get in without a code. Very spacious! City view was beautiful

The room was spacious, but it wasn't very clean and there were no toiletries provided, and when I alerted the staff, they still didn't address the issue until I told them multiple times. Wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was very courteous. The room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned properly. I checked in around 5 am. I sent an email around 6 am. I was able to notify the staff passing by around 1130 am that the sheets were stained. There was visible crumbs on the counter. There wasn't any toilet paper.were cobwebs up high.

Clean and easy check in/check out.

The room was set up nicely but the cleanliness wasn't good at all. We found stains on the pillowcases, sheets, doors, and walls. The pullout couch had stains on its cushions as well along with a mattress that was unable to stay on the frame which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Stands of hair were found everywhere from light switch covers to counters, walls, and of course the shower. The view from our room was on the same level as the roof top sitting area and was further blocked by a random enclosed stairwell. The bed in the room was INCREDIBLY hard as a rock and low to the floor. That has to be one of the worst beds I've ever had to sleep. Parking after a certain time was an absolute horror. Multiple cars and trucks were double parked and caused a major headache when looking for parking. Lastly, customer service needs better training on how to give good service. I was unaware that my card needed to be updated through the hotels.com app. Instead of being asked to do so and be given time, I was met with a message ending with the threat of deactivating my access code. All of these things tell me to never book with this particular company again.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing when i needed to extend my stay due to unexpected circumstances!

The rooms are always clean, good location, overall the staff will work with you and try to accommodate you. They’re quick to respond via email. I use my laptop for work and the wifi is really fast and never has issues. The only thing I’d mention is the hot water rarely works, it gets lukewarm for a couple minutes and then straight to cold. Other than that, I love staying here and absolutely would recommend to friends or family.

Stay was good other then countertops looked like the were never whipped down. Still had can or glass rings on the granite. Bathroom floors looked dirty. Over all it was nice. Just need to clean better.

Beaucoup de difficultés à réaliser l'enregistrement en ligne. Le canapé lit était cassé et il n'y avait pas ni draps ni couette pour le canapé lit.

The apartment overall was good. Great size, full kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer, living room, etc. The bed was only a queen, not a king, and it wasn't the most comfortable, but it was ok. wifi was slow but it worked. Most of the issues are that there is no lobby or person to talk to if we need to. We send email to the info address, but didn't get replies back. It's a very different experience, but it's a good value.

Room was very clean, came with a balcony and a washer/dryer stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer. It would have been nice to be able to smoke on your private balcony that was the only downfall of the room.

The room was in good condition. The sofa bed was missing spings so it was difficult to sleep on. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable which left my back and body sore. The neighbors above was loud. Very nice building. I never met any of the staff.

The room is in the perfect conditions. It has included with towels, hair dryer, refrigerator, tv (without streaming accounts) and A/C.

Very responsive which i appreciate as a person w a lot of questions. Solid location you can walk into downtown it’s a straight shot, not too far from the fun but far enough for some peace. Nice apartment, all in all a great experience

I was expecting to receive check in instructions via email. It took over 2 hours to check in. Finally customer service explained check in instructions were posted in my hotel.com account.

This is a completely contactless site as advertised. This wouldn't normally be an issue but there was a power interruption during the evening that unknown to us wiped out the door code and we were unable to reenter our unit after going out for breakfast. Remote staff were responsive but it took nearly an hour to get a local person on site to let us in so stay at this property at your own risk.

The reservation doesn’t exist

The worst management of all time. They have no communication skills at all. I asked for an early check in for days and then they responded at the last minute and said they do have one for a fee. I agreed to the fee but they never sent me the link required. They make you do outrageous identity checks. They have a stay for 6 people but as far as the sofa pull out bed goes, they don’t offer sheets or pillows so my friends had to book another hotel. When I told them I needed at least a place to store my luggage, they ignored me and come to find out they actually do have a storage room. They will not respond to any messages or emails 95% of the time

It’s convenient when you have a family member in the Emory midtown hospital but let me say that when you call the number on the Dorsen website don’t count on too much assistance.

Easy & well equipped apartment, convenient for work trip. Poor Calvin restaurant opposite is well worth a visit.

Acomodação espaçosa e confortável, muito bem equipada. A água poderia ser mais quente e a calefação mais eficiente; um coberto extra precisa ser disponibilizado. Bem localizada e com excelente custo benefício. Tem um mercado próximo, a aproximadamente duas quadras, com fácil acesso a pé. O horário de check-in às 4pm deveria ser antecipado para melhor conveniência dos hóspedes.

This was a small stay studio apartment. It had everything you would need. The only thing I wish…that they would have provided info on the type of coffee pot so we could have been prepared. They do not have normal coffee service like a standard hotel
