Great place to stay, convenient to the airport with shuttle service 4am to 10pm. Extra kudos to shuttle driver when I arrived at the airport. He stayed past 10pm when my flight was late and baggage took a while to arrive.

Everything was clean, like new, comfortable (bed on the firm side) pillows nice, huge tv, big room, ample bathroom and towels, like the early shuttle service to airport and the compliment ride back upon return, reasonable daily on site parking charge while away on trip, I liked everything very well. I had to take shuttle to airport at 4am so I missed the free breakfast but coffee was ready at that hour. I will absolutely use this place again.

The room was fine; linens and towels better than expected. We had our room upgraded for Mothers Day! The shuttle was prompt and got us to the airport in 3 minutes. Perfect place to stay!

We appreciated the lack of a "slot machine" environment and the kindness of the staff. Definitely a stop during our next Reno trip. Very convenient to airport and their shuttle staff were both excellent. Made us feel welcome, even as we were taken to airport for our departure.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Price was very reasonable. The breakfast was hot, stocked up for customers and tasted great! Only thing I didn’t like was… we parked in the back and was unable to get in the back door with our room key. Had to walk around to the front. We will stay here again in the future.

I don’t have high expectations. But the carpet of my room had large areas of red stains. My money is someone had too many red colored drinks. What ever it is, it’s time to replace the carpet. Other cleanliness was fine, the staff polite. But a dozen bright red stains ranging in diameter from 3”- 8” is a bit much to expect the customer to bare.

Hotel room carpet has blood/koolaid stains all over, no black out curtains, loud fridge, poor insulation (can hear anll my neighbors and elevator has etched graffiti all over it. Super sketchy hotel, should’ve packed a knife for under my pillow. On the upside-the front desk dude was quick and nice.

This hotel is in pretty rough shape. When we got there and checked in, we were told that the door handle was broken…so we either had to jiggle it or pull up to open the door. Then, when we got into the room, the rug was damp. Also, the security latch on the door had been ripped off. The beds were hard and the heater had a weird smell, when turned on. Between lack of security and an uncomfortable night, we decided to check out early. When we did so, the front desk clerk didn’t even ask why we were leaving. Overall, a terrible experience.

The bedding was covered in hair , pet and human. Bathroom lighting was poor ( burnt out bulbs). Bed was uncomfortable and worn out. In room coffee was not sufficient

Comfort Suites are always good places to stay - rooms large, ample comfortable furniture, OK breakfast. This one is a little "tired" - there was a hole in my carpet. Getting in and out of hotel is slightly difficult due to its location near the freeway.

The person at the counter when we checked in was kind of rude when my wife asked about the $200 deposit fee. The morning person was very nice and asked about our stay. Very nice and the same for the other people there.

We were locked out of our room and our belongings were removed and put on the floor behind the front desk because the staff that checked us in put us under the wrong room number in the computer. We were also told at check in that since is was 15 minutes before check in we can go check and see if our room was clean or come back at 3. Also, our blanks had stains on them.

The hotel is comfortable with all needed amenities; staff are also helpful; the only comment is the time of breakfast which ends at 9am, is a bit inconvenient. Although the building has its age but overall is well kept. We will return.

Breakfast was great, the staff was really kind and helpful. Grounds and interior was clean, and the shower drained! The bed was great for a post-Lake Tahoe hike. The rooms were quiet, as were the halls.
