Large suite. Everything you need while traveling. Comfortable bed. The laundry was excellent. Don’t watch TV but there were two if you do. Comfortable furniture and function in every aspect.

Propertu is set up nice, laundry, BBQ. Rooms are awesome! I stay there preferably every time im in the area. Kitchen, seperate bedroom with second TV. Room is spacious like a nice apartment. Furnishings are good quality, large dining table and chairs. Full size couch and coffee table, second swivel cushioned chair. So comfortable!

I Recommend to stay here. Very nice resort. Living room, full kitchen, bathroom(excellent water pressure in shower), bedrooms with comfy beds. Easy guick check in. They have a complimentary coffee/latte/cappuccino machine in the front lobby.

Very nice place. Awesome to have a full house basically for an affordable price. Seemed way more private than a normal hotel. We were able to have fun and didnt feel as worried about bothering our neighbors.

Stratford Suites is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It is pretty quiet there and the rooms are like living in a condominium with full kitchen and living room. Very nice.

Really conveniently located about 5 minutes from the two casinos and the airport. Good size suites with full kitchens and bedrooms. Reasonably priced for the size of the unit you get. Property is starting to need some TLC in the suites. The wifi was not good, on and off all weekend.

The place was great, quiet and clean. The only problem i had was that you couldnt park near your room. It was a little walk especially carrying heavy luggage.

The room was unfortunately unclean. The bathroom had hair on the floor, toilet, and tub. I basically had to clean the bathroom. There was also hair in both beds. Small debris on the floor suggests they had not been vacuumed. Under one bed was dog droppings and the other had a condom — obviously they had not been cleaned for some time. It was generally gross to be there. The door handle also did not work well and required a very particular pattern to open when it should just be fixed. We wanted to like the place as the two bedroom layout is great, but it was too poorly cleaned to recommend. It’s unfortunate as it could be a great place to stay for the price.

The outdoor maintenance was better taken care of than the indoor housekeeping! Our room was not the cleanest! The glass tables were dirty - there were finger prints and smudges. There were crumbs in-between the cushions on the couch, tub was not clean, the shelf by the sink was layered in dirt, chrome was spotted, doors to bathroom and bedrooms were black around the doorknob's! The ice tray in the freezer was dirty!

I had to walk to Walmart and buy disinfectant wipes and lint roller my room was covered in dog hair and there was sticky surfaces all over and I’m a 28 year old man and even I thought it was disgusting never again will I stay there or recommend it

This room smelled very strongly of dog urine. It looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed and there was red sticky stuff all over the front a chair in the living area. We didn’t even explore the kitchen to see its condition. We got there late and didn’t have it in us to ask for another room. Figured that it wouldn’t be much different. We woke up the next morning both wondering why in the world we didn’t ask for another room… we must’ve been really tired! We stayed here once years ago, and it was such a nice place. Too bad they have a kept it up so poorly.

Staff was friendly. We arrived late or i would have asked for a different room or refund. Overall it was filthy. Dirty carpet, hair on bathroom floor and shower..Overall conditio. Was dirty and worn out.

The property on the outside, nice. The inside, not clean, looks like people who have dropped, splashed stuff in walls, doors, never was cleaned. Bathroom shower drain would back up while in shower. Place l was in needs a major cleaning.

The apartment is advertised as having AC but what they don’t tell you is there is only AC in the living room so when you close the bedroom doors at night it gets hot. Plus there are no fans in the rooms. It would be very uncomfortable in the middle of the summer to stay here, unless you don’t want or need any privacy and you leave all the doors open. Beds were very comfortable though.

We stayed 2 nights and the rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable. The WiFi wasn’t the best and the TV was smarter than us but the one in the bedroom wasn’t as smart. Parking was right outside the door. I would stay again if we needed a room in Airway Heights, WA.

I liked the self contained set up with kitchenette, temperature control per unit and the layout of the suite. The internet and wifi were extremely slow and unworkable. It hampered my ability to work while at stay in hotel and was detrimental to my visit. The hotel staff did not help with poor wifi/internet.

I like that the suites are in like a duplex setting. The office ladies were super helpful and very understanding. I think I locked myself out twice and they were very understanding and did not have an attitude when I approached them. I love that it was a safe area bc I walked to my daughter’s house everyday which is over a mile away, and I felt very safe. I grew up in a small town in central Illinois so I’m very nervous about going places. But where we stayed to my daughter’s house was a perfect and safe walk! And a grocery store was just down the road so walking to get groceries was super easy. Overall awesome stay! I stayed at Stratford Suites a couple years ago, and when I come back to Washington I will be checking for availability at Stratford Suites first!

While a little antiquated it was clean and nice and has been updated and I was pleasantly surprised with the things that I needed being there including an iron and dishes Soap A full little kitchen It was quite nice for the price and convenient to most things Thank you so much whoever the lady was that drive to work at 12:30 to check us in after hours You’re the best

I booked two rooms. We picked up room keys and had a very late night. When we returned at 2 am, we found that the keys to one of the rooms did not work. He went to the front desk but it was closed. There was no one onsite to open the room. The next day we noticed that a phone number is posted for "emergencies" but it was very dark and we did not see it when we went to the front desk at 2 am. I understand that mistakes happen. The reason for the 1 star review is how this mistake was handled by the hotel staff. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the manager had been alerted and that I would receive a call from the manager at noon. Never happened. I've contacted hotel management several times and left voicemail but have not received a call back.

Check in was acceptable, location of property was easy to find in a nice area and quiet. Facility was as described. TV’s were left on when we arrived. Living Room and bathroom needed a deep clean as dust was still on the shelves and mirrors with smudges on the tables. A wipe was done but needed more attention to deep cleaning. Check out on Sunday was less then adequate. The front desk is not staffed 24/7 and no place to put room keys off hours, had to leave keys on top of a box at the office door (unsecured option) and had to call while on the road to let them know we had left. The companies website does not have a quick check out option.

The stay was great, and I have no complaints about the property at all, and would gladly stay there again, but I had one issue. I needed to check out at 6:30am, but the office was closed til 8:30, and there was nothing to instruct a customer on what to do in my situation. They left an emergency after hours number for late check-ins, which I tried calling, but no answer. So I was delayed by 2 hours due to this issue

I liked the facility, The flight landed at noon, I wanted to stow our personals, get lunch and head to work. I asked the receptionist to check-in earlier, she gave a boilerplate I also explained the situation, in addition we wouldn't be able to check in after midnight if not than, without a moment of hesitation, not any effort to see if there was anything she could even pretend to do to give the appearance of taking care, and sympathizing, same boilerplate back at my face. We show up at 1AM and have to sit in the vehicle for 25mins for someone to check us in. Needs a fix,management!

I like the friendliness of the staff and property was clean. However, I did ask for extra blankets and I was told that they would be brought to my room when they were out of the dryer, but no one ever came.. Also, the lobby did not open until 9 AM on Sunday morning, so I ended up leaving early to go find coffee elsewhere. I also wanted water in the vending machine, but the machine does not carry water. Since I never received extra blankets, I shared a bed with family and found that the beds had very loud squeaky springs and trying to discreetly wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom was impossible with the doors squeaking loudly.

For Spokane and close to airport honestly this was better then some of the others we’ve found . They were like tiny town houses with two bedroom one bath with parking directly outside your unit . Plenty of seating if your with family and trying to sit together . Was little worn down however and one of the items we noticed was the blinds every single room you couldn’t operate properly as the string were missing and or broken and when we went to open the window a little to cool down the place around windows were very dirty probably as the cleaners couldn’t clean with the blinds being like this we did let front staff know so maybe they can fix issue other wise the beds were comfortable and the area stayed quite . They had couple basic things in the kitchen to cook with which was nice but bring your own oil etc . And the main office had coffee machine which was nice . With how with how close it was to airport id recommend

Room was so spacious and clean. It was well decorated and had all the amenities that one could ask for. I never heard a sound all week from anybody. Restaurants close by, coffee shops, convenience stores. Easy entrance and quick exit to the freeways. Great place to stay. They said they had Breakfast but didn't find that. Other than that it was outstanding. Thanks.

Overall very satisfied with our accommodations. Had some difficulties with getting the AC to remain on but I think it was our problem using the remote! Staff was very helpful with hints to open our door to printing of our boarding passes. Would have used the gas grills but too hot to cook outside!

Best place to stay when visiting Spokane or EWU (Cheney) we did sister/daughters college tours driving west to east of CWU, EWU and WSU. My daughter and I shared a room, while my sister and niece were in the other. Ate in (great kitchen!) on night two and played games, watched movies, so much better than a "typical" hotel!

The office was very nice and explained everything gave us places to eat at for dinner. House cleaning and maintenance needs to evaluate the rooms better Needs sime updating furnoture wise. But, all in all good for the few days we stayed there.
