Nice clean & safe hotel. Questionable valet. We waited an hour & 20 minutes in the lobby for our vehicle ... kept checking with front desk and they kept telling me it was on the way. 6 other vehicles showed up in front who requested after us. I had to threaten to call the cops and they miraculously found my keys.

The facility itself is dated - rooms are clean, but lack higher end upgrades (mugs instead of paper cups, better coffee machine, more drinking water given in room) the staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast was excellent and different hot items each day of our stay. Location was in the hospital zone, so not much right in the local streets to see or do. A short 15 min walk was near many restaurants and some shops. Being from Canada, I had terrible phone service in the Buffalo downtown area, which impacted things greatly, could not get an Uber, or look up restaurants even though my phone read it was reviving T-mobile service - I would recommend getting a SIM card next time and possibly ATAnd T seems to be a better network.

The room smelled quiet musty when we arrived and was told the hotel was fully booked and we could not be moved. The only solution they could come up with was to offer to stray the room with orange scented disinfectant (which we declined, that would have just been worse) The weak ventilation in the bathroom is the issue. Otherwise, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice. Free valet parking was great, just need to let them know 10min before you need your car. There is also a small gym and a guest laundry room (for a fee) on the 2nd floor

Property comes highly rated and is close to downtown Buffalo. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly (two dirty wash cloths hanging in tub area, microwave filthy, hair in toilet area) so it wasn’t a great start to our stay. Staff moved us to a different room and left us a note apologizing for the inconvenience as well as a few small bottles of champagne and chocolates. Overall we thought rooms were dated and staff for the most part were not all that friendly. We would definitely pick a different hotel on our next visit to Buffalo.

The hotel room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The sheets and the beds were clean which is the only reason we stayed but we door dashed Clorox wipes to clean the room ourselves because it had not been touched since the last guest. Crumbs everywhere, the toilet has stains on it, the refrigerator had spills all inside it. No care had gone into cleaning this room whatsoever.

This is a beautiful property and a very convenient location. The room was sparkling, clean with all the amenities in place and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very quiet in the nighttime hours so sleeping is not a problem. The hotel has a shuttle bus service that takes you within the downtown area so you can let valet park your car and not worry about driving yourself around! It’s an ideal place to stay if you want to experience some of Buffalo’s nightlife.

I felt area to pull in was very small. It was very tough pulling in to check in and there wasn’t any thing to put luggage in to take out of car so they could park it. It is smack on top of other buildings not a lot of outside areas to sit. Lots of spiders in room too.

The staff was really great...everyone you ran into during the stay was friendly and helpful...definitely could tell they'd been encouraged to be friendly/interactive. Pillows definitely leave a lot to be desired as they had no support at all. Needs some sound proofing as we could hear neighbors above us and beside us. ACs need cleaned out as well as the air was very stale when you ran them.

The stay was good overall. Front desk agents were warm and welcoming. The property is close to the airport and the surrounding area was clean and safe. The water was too hot in the early morning. It ranged from hot to boiling and on the last day of our stay we could not shower to travel as the water was unusable. It was pretty noisy in the hallways. You could hear constant movement in the days and flushing of toilets next door. Surprisingly there were no blackout curtains and the curtains were transparent. The sun came right through the windows in the days and there were workers on the rooftops.

The staff was INCREDIBLE 🤩 front desk helped in every way possible. we were unsure about getting back after a concert and the shuttle driver waited and found us to make sure we got back to the hotel safe because he knew we weren’t from there. The front desk agent name Debbie. There are times when you must acknowledge the wonderful customer service you received from certain people. And Debbie deserves five stars, as does her coworkers. Everyone from the cook in the kitchen housekeeping to the valet drivers, what a great experience. I cannot wait book a room with them again. Totally recommended.

I was staying because my father was in the hospital across the road. I shared with the staff that my father was dying and asked for early check-in because I just flew in from Florida and didn’t have a place to go with my luggage. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. I feel like they truly cared about me and my difficult situation. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows are the best! the shuttle service was so great. The drivers were great and made sure I was taken around safely. I felt like a made a new extended family.

Overall a nice stay. Hotel is clean, smells good and the staff are all very friendly. The continental breakfast is basic but satisfactory. Area around hotel is pretty bad but then again it is Buffalo. 45 minute walk to Buffalo Sabres game and about 30 to the theatres. Would stay here again if in the area.

They have complimentary breakfast however the set up looks temporary as in maybe they had or will open a restaurant/cafe. Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we needed and more. With appointments at Oshei and Rosewell, it was the perfect location to walk and have a central spot bewteen appointments. Only thing i would add is there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms. I could have called hospitality, but I ended up using a hand towel instead.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. My room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The free shuttle to dinning and other things in the area is wonderful and helpful since it's in the middle of a medical district. This is the only negative of this property - it's surrounded by hospitals and medical buildings, so nothing is very close.

Very nice, very clean hotel right across from the hospital. About 1-2 from Key Bank Arena and the ball field. Would absolutely stay there again for the price point. FYI: it is valet parking (I got it free because I’m a silver member on hotels.com and there isn’t a pool).

Very mediocre hotel. Would be nice to have water bottles in the room every day. The breakfast was really poor. Cheap paper plates, plastic utensils and mediocre food. The only fruit available was an apple. Rooms were generally comfortable. However, I would not stay there again. For the price, there are many other better hotels.
