This location was very close to everything. It felt very safe, requiring a key fob for entry and elevator access. I would recommend this location.

Upon arrival at our 16:00 check in time the key cafe did not work and said we had no key available. After spending 30 minutes trying to figure it out we found the key that was just left by the cleaning staff at 16:30. A little frustrating spending time trying to figure this out AFTER our check in time. Pros: - fantastic location - close to UP train, grocery, liquor store, waterfront, Rogers Centre (we were there for baseball) - having laundry in suite was wonderful - communication was good except for the late check in we were not expecting - suite had everything we needed and was nice to have a kitchen (versus hotel room), good storage - very quiet Cons: - only one elevator working for the building - not the fault of RivetStays but took FOREVER to get an elevator and you had to factor that in every time you left - cleanliness - after waiting for the cleaning staff i was unimpressed with the job they did cleaning -visible stains on the sinks and bathroom walls that i was easily able to clean, layer of dust on stove fan that i cleaned, the "dishcloth" was an old disgusting reused sponge (we bought towels at the store instead), communal coffee can that did not seem very sanitary (we bought our own) - patio door did not lock - no cable tv - we have Netflix so not an issue for us but weird - worst pillows ever! they were so thin! Overall we enjoyed our stay - cleanliness was the main issue which should be an easy fix

Condo was perfect for one night. Very secure/safe getting into and out of the building. Parking was confusing to access after hours off property as certain doors were locked.

Wish the parking instructions were more clear. Wasn’t sure which lot to park in. An earlier check in time would have been nice. Very close to all tourist attractions and great view from room

The only problem I had was nowhere to check my suitcase at the building, until my checkin time

The kitchen ad everything needed to cook and had a dishwasher as well. Everything was clean and tidy.

The apartment was not very clean. Rugs not vacuumed and floors were not clean (sticky to walk on). Extra sheets and towels were washed and left in the dryer, which I folded and put away in a closet. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher pods. The dryer was extremely loud when I used it. There was only one working elevator for 29 floors. The second elevator has not been working for months according to the people who live in the building. Overall, the location was wonderful and we were close to everything. The building was secure and quiet.

Only complaint was that at least one elevator was out of operation, leading to some long waits

Easy check in process, so so close to scotia bank arena and the ICE buildings are connected to path so you can actually walk to the arena and never step foot outside.

Cute clean property easy to find and great communication. Would stay again. Great location walkable from Union Station. Building is attached to the Path an underground pathway with access to lots without going outside

The condo is located in a fantastic location, but it was very dirty and desperately needs a renovation. The carpet and blinds look like someone vomitted on them a few months ago and they were stained. The bathroom was in terrible shape as there was hair in the shower and the toilet was broken. The doors and windows don't close properly, so it was very loud. I expected much more for the huge amount of money I spent.

The room was very clean and everything else was great, however the fridge needs deep cleaning especially around the fridge door.

This was an interesting property to say the least. Stains on the carpet in the bedroom, on the blinds, moldy shower curtain, toilet missing part of its button's to flush it, and a ton of dust under the beds.

Very clean, excellent location, a very comfortable bed, within walking distance of Scotiabank Centre, close to Billy Bishop airport, had everything we needed. The best part? The AMAZING view of the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre, and Lake Ontario.

The room could use a bit more cleaning. It smelled very clean when we walked in but it needs some work. The kitchen cabinets were dirty like in between the front wall. There was men’s hair from shaving behind the sink and the shower liner reaaaaally needs to be replaced. It’s off putting. It would be nice to have more than 1 hand towel and somewhere to hang your towels after your shower since you’re only given 1 towel each person. There’s just nowhere to put or hang anything in the bathroom. The location is fantastic and overall it’s a fine place to stay. I’d stay again but don’t expect anything above average for your stay. The elevator situation can be awful in the building but no one can help that, it’s just a good thing to know.

Location great. Manager very helpful. Sheets and towels we were to use in the dryer. Food smeared on the light switches. Cockroaches in the unit. False fire alarms at 5:30am (2) days in a row.

For the price of a one night stay we were disappointed with the property. Communication was easy however check in and parking was complicated. The room has a smashed mirror, floor boards raised up a few inches, broken curtain for lack of privacy, no toilet paper holder, broken towel rod, the bedroom door didn’t close properly. Location was great for what we wanted but felt the room was very over priced for the quality of the room.

The property has a beautiful view of the CN Tower. Besides that, the elevators are constantly crowded with lines of people waiting to get on, so be prepared to wait for extended periods during peak hours of the day. The room we rented was not clean, dirty mirrors, floors, bathtub-even the balcony just looked rough with dirt and grime.

Lousy sleep. Shades didn’t cover completely so night lights kept us awake. Noisy traffic even though on 34th floor

TV needed instructions - never would have figured it out without assistance, also channels were limited. Would have liked a top sheet on the bed - duvet much too warm. Otherwise, a really good place to stay, within walking distance of many attractions.

Condo was in a great location, and suited our needs. But it needed some updating( moldings, paint, stained carpet, no toilet roll holder, no hooks for towels), and a deep clean!

Honestly everything was good. The place is wore out and could use some help. It wasn’t dirty by any means. Communication was amazing and did everything to help our stay.

Windows were filthy, deck table was dirty, blinds don’t cover the window, the TV is wonky (screen goes black randomly) limited pots and silverware, would definitely stay again

The location of the apartment was fantastic, overlooking the CN tower and very easy to access when arriving from union station. The check in and out process was very easy with instructions emailed a few days before. The only real issue we had was that the curtains in the bedroom did not cover the full windows, particularly in the second bedroom. Two of the walls in this room were glass and not all panes had curtains, with the ones that did not covering the full area. This meant it was very light in the room at all times. Something to note if you need darkness to sleep!

The apartment was very clean, well appointed, quiet even whilst being in the heart of the city, and comfortable. Unfortunately, a number of issues prevented a perfect 5: 1. The wifi details were inaccurate (network did not show up on list of available networks), and I had to use my own cell phone hotspot. 2. The automatic dishwasher appeared to be incorrectly installed, leading to the entire unit lurching forward when the door was opened to load items to wash. 3. Not wanting to risk a flood in the apartment, I opted to handwash the soiled cutlery and crockery. No scrubbing pad available to do this either!

Exceptional location. Very small for 4 people, perfect for 2. But this is location location location

The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable and it’s conveniently located to Rogers Centre. The problem I had was the check in. The people I dealt with over text were very courteous but the process was convoluted. I had to email my ID info to the hotel and provide a deposit I’m using an online link in order to get the check in instructions. The system they use to get keys didn’t work for me at first — luckily there happened to be someone who seemed to work there when I went and he was able to help me. However, when I pointed out that the keys didn’t include the garage door opener he told me they weren’t supposed to have sold that parking spot. I was still able to park there but had to ring the parking attendant for access. Also, you only receive one fob and set of keys and for a two bedroom apartment you would expect a couple of sets.

Out of the two, one lift didn’t work throughout our stay, this was annoying as the wait was too long. We found the drier full of laundry on arrival. Good location , good property but can be managed better. They also ask for a security deposit before giving you the key box passcode.

This appartement is in a great location, has a beautiful view and spacious. Was not advised of the 500 deposit required for check inn. Check in wasn’t the greatest experience, because it was on Expedia I was expecting to be a hotel reception but had to wait for a guy to run the keys to us.

Excellent location, overall we had a great stay, however could be more seating in the living area, friendly staff and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again!!!

The check in process was awful. The keys to the room were lost and very little support to help. It was also very unclear that this was not a normal hotel with onsite staff from the booking site. Kiosks and phone numbers are a poor substitute when things go wrong.

No staff all automated worked well

The place was great. Great location. Good size. The experience was definitely soured by a late check-in. We were told check-in was 4. I asked to pay for an early check-in, but was told “they’d see if it would work out.” What I didn’t expect was to not be able to check-in until 4:45! We ended up waiting in the lobby with all our stuff for about an hour and then had to get ready for dinner in the parking lot. I expected the room to be impeccably clean as we were told we were waiting on the cleaning staff. Impeccable it wasn’t. The staff at the contact number were doing their best and were responsive, but I would hesitate to book this again.

Perfect location!

It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.

Location, locations locations.

The location was perfect! In the heart of Toronto. Was able to walk to all the significant attractions and take quick Uber rides to other spots. Having a kitchen was such a plus because of take out orders! Was able to reheat and serve on plates.

Great location in the heart of the business district and walking distance to Union Station. Our unit on the 11th floor had a view of Roger’s Stadium - couldn’t quite see the CN Tower but it nearby. Our building connected to the PATH so we were able to walk to some sights without going outside in the cold. Check in was a bit confusing but as promised, a staff person was on site to provide keys and take us to our unit. Problems were handled quickly and pleasantly.

Perfect location. Lovely little apartment. Would definitely stay here again
