The pillows on both the queen beds in our suite reeked of drool. We had to sleep with towels over our pillows to withstand the smell.

The staff was efficient, the room was clean, and the Roadhouse restaurant connected was excellent. We used the shuttle to the airport, and the driver was quite helpful.

Could of been great, location is good for the airport even though we were there for a convention, room overall was cleanish, can't complain too much, however the beds were hard as a rock, woke up with a bad sciatica flare up on the last day you were literally sleeping on the springs, no cushionning whatsoever. Then there's breakfast... it's included, I sure hope you like bagels and cereals, not really any hot food option, if you woke up past 8:30am there's not much left, a couple of tangerines and a couple containers of yogurt, ended up going out both mornings. Elevator was out, was told two weeks prior to reservation so I figured it might be fixed by then but it wasn't, fair enough there's only 3 floors. Then there's the parking situation which is what infuriated me the most. Checked in Friday night around 10:30, woke up next morning with a notice on my windshield saying that I cannot park there and my truck will be towed. I go inside to the front desk to ask what's with the ominous notice, I'm told that I had to tell the clerk that I had a vehicle even though I was never asked in the first place (which I admittedly did find odd) THEN the lady tells me that I must pay 25$ for the day even though I'm checked in. I told her it's literally the first time I see this (mind you the only other time I've seen this was downtown TO). I checked the way it's written, it makes it seem like you can park and fly for 25$ a night but nope, it's for guests as well. Very disappointed.

Very attentive staff. Check in was easy and they sent a text asking how everything was a short time later. Clean and comfortable. A bit older property but clean and very near the airport. Overall a good choice.
