Everyone who works here is great. Very friendly and will tell you where things to do are, and best places to eat. Absolutely will stay here again, the rooms are quiet, bed is big, work desk for my laptop, free wifi thats honestly not too bad. Runs my xbox and laptop wihout an issue. Due to the season the pool isnt open, but the fitness center is better than most other hotels, in hotel laundry is good priced. Only thing I wish differnt is the Bar being open for lunch and dinner.

Clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were flying out of Atlanta in the early hours. Asked the shuttle driver for a ride to the airport. He said they only do domestic shuttles. But drove us to international anyway. I think he knew we were stressed out. Great staff

Staff was awesome . I was there for an interview for Delta Airlines and the shuttle driver was nice enough to be able to drop me off at their headquarters which wasn’t part of their stops but was able to accommodate. Also had a mini emergency where my button to my vest had popped off and the front desk staff had sewing kits available for free. What a lifesaver . Nice and quiet location and beds were comfy . Couldn’t ask for more

My stay was a nightmare. I checked in 12/3-12/6. We literally had no hot water during the entirety of my stay, I believe it was back Friday evening. Thursday night at around 1:33am, the fire alarm loudly rings in my room and I make my way downstairs to the lobby where other guests and I wait outside for about 20-25 min as fire fighters come to assess the situation, turns out it was a burst water pipe. No explanation from management or front desk, infact the evening of Friday, I went up to the front desk and the lady was clueless as to the events of Thursday night and the lack of water on Friday morning. Yes, Friday morning I wake up to take another frigid shower and there is literally no water coming out of any faucet. She had no idea. That Friday morning, I went down to the front desk to inquire about the water (I called several times but no one answered) and he had no idea it was turned off until someone who was working on the pipes confirmed it. I left to work unbathed. So coming back that evening to follow up on last night's and this morning's events to be met with a blank stare from the front desk agent was rather jarring. Clearly there is zero communication amongst the staff and management. My toilet stopped flushing (I literally am not making this up!) that night. Called lobby, no answer. All good because at 4am I get to leave this place. On my way out that early morning, there was a walkie talkie with a note instructing you to use it if you need assistance! BEWARE!!!

The reception told breakfast at 6:00 am, turns out it was at 7:00 am. That's not the problem the kitchen crew and the receptionist decided to chat among each other, while I was waiting for the shuttle right in front of them. She could have put cupcakes or bagels on the counter, instead she chose to chat with receptionist to kill time until 7:00 am. You pay the price assuming breakfast is included. First they mislead you and then they show that they don't care to serve and kill time chit chatting while you wait.

I stayed for one night at Sonesta Select Atlanta Airport. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient; the front desk staff were courteous and organized, which was definitely appreciated. However, I did encounter a frustrating experience regarding a lost personal item. After realizing I left something in my room shortly after checking out, I filed an online case and also called the front desk. While they promised to follow up after housekeeping had checked the room, I never received any update. I had to repeatedly call myself for updates. Unfortunately, my item was not found, and there was no further communication or proactive follow-up from the property, either through guest relations or the front desk, even after almost a week. I was looking for a budget friendly hotel for my stay at Atlanta. I book a single king size bed for me and my wife and our baby. The room was actually perfect for us, very comfortable bed and very good pillows, the room its self was very clean as well. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful to us and was very interactive with our baby. The only downside to my stay was there was no breakfast included and the pool was close but there were some games in the lobby I enjoyed, as for the food there is a Walmart very close by (6 mins drive) and some restaurants and fast food around the area within walking distance. To sum it all up, it’s a nice place to stay at for the mean time in Atlanta if you don’t need that many accommodations.

This was an extremely last-minute booking, so I had reasonable expectations because there were a lot of business travelers here. The lobby is nice. It's very clean. Modern and staff was reasonably helpful the time however due to my circumstances, I was trying to get an early check-in which they couldn't accommodate and there doesn't seem to be many people here I asked for a late checkout and I was told that I haven't had to call the morning so that kind of takes away from anything that I had to do now my flight's delayed so I needed to waste time overall the room itself. It was fairly clean the shower I had an issue with I came in and there was a pool of water within the tub clearly no one in use this room before or for a while. The actual door to the terrace was open and I wasn't aware of it until later when I went to check the air conditioner was extremely noisy and for some reason there was a message in the room that would not clear so this light flashed all night. The bed was a little lumpy, and the TV was very old. Plus, I was able to do my laundry and the machines but they only have one machine for the entire property and one dryer so you could only do one load at a time again the amenities are fairly decent. I didn't make breakfast and it was only for one night so overall, I'd give it in three.. honestly though I would not pick this property to stay again just the rooms are very dated

Our stay was very pleasant and restful. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. Check-in was easy. I immediately was pleased by the clean and fragrant hotel lobby. The room was also clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I fly in to Atlanta. Very convenient to the airport only about a 10 minute drive from airport.
