One of my main reasons for picking this hotel was for the swimming pool/hot tub. I was very saddened when I found out that there wasn’t either one on the property. So the next morning I bought it up to the desk clerk attention. I was told that.. the photos on the website PROBABLY came from OTHER properties photos and linked to theirs. SMH I can’t make this stuff up.. So for 174.00 ONE NIGHT.. and there isn’t a swimming pool NOR A hot tub! Nice hotel but for the price I’ll pass

Facility under renovation was not informed until after arrivsl. Pool unavailable in the middle of the summer. No freevparking for guests not informed yntil after check thst ut cost 15.00 a day to park. No key to let you in and put of parking lot. Had wait for front desk staff to acknowledge that you were at the gate. Waited for 10min. Until family went inside to have them open fate . .just overall inconvenience.

Nice hotel close to ATL. Room was comfortable and the express breakfast for those of us who had to catch the shuttle at 4am was very adequate. It was nice to have that available. There is also a restaurant in walking distance since there was none at the restaurant.

My room was never cleaned during my 3day stay. I left early every day and returned late in the evening daily and no one cleaned the room. The privacy sign was not on the door knob. I would not visit this establishment again.

Our room had a severe air conditioner leak. They came to vacuum the water but we had to ask to be moved. The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expected and the general upkeep seemed lacking.

Everything was wonderful. It was very convenient of how close it was to the airport and everyone on the front desk was very helpful and fast. My only complaint would be during our stay we had seen three roaches in our room

Arrived to hotel 2am in the morning and checked out by 9:30am to attend a funeral, but overall the hotel was decent for the time stayed. I did not like the cleanliness of the room. I could see dust accumulation in certain areas of the room and bathroom. Also, the bottom of the tub was painted instead of maintenance reglazing the tub. One of the towels was stained…gross. The toilet had water stains. The vents need cleaning. I would not stay at this hotel again. Surprised at this Marriott brand.

Check-in was easy and painless. Staff was kind and courteous. The hotel lobby and hallways seems clean and kept up. The Room was another story. I pull back the sheets to inspect for bedbugs. The mattress had lots of curly hair all over the bed. It also had a couple of mystery stains, and a pee stained mattress protector. The lamp shade was drawn all over and also had some mysterious stains. The bathroom walls also had mysterious dirt all over it. I took one of the wash rags and cleaned it up and it was gone. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room was poor. The continental breakfast was fine, but with how dirty the room was, I am cautious on how clean their food facilities are maintained.

In desperate need of an overhaul. We needed a quick and easy location by the airport and online this looked like a great property. In person it is anything but. Our shower faucet was literally hanging out of the wall. Vents were covered in huge dust clumps, dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. The area is a bit secluded so there isn’t much around within a short drive. It was fine for a night but would not return if in the area again. Had our booking been for two nights, I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Just uncomfortable due to the overall state of the hotel. Gate to exit is on its last legs I think. Our key card never worked at the exit and had to call the desk to let us out. Worked fine going in but never out. Made us dread needing to leave the property because it was such a hassle. Staff was great and that was the only saving grace.

A missed connection resulted in my stay. The staff were very helpful and provided toiletries for my stay. Breakfast was adequate. Over all a comfortable night and some pleasant, helpful staff - some not so much! (Hung up on my twice - when all I wanted was a shower cap!!) Sean was super helpful and very professional - thank you!

The hotel cancelled my confirmed, bought-and-paid-for reservation, which I booked early in the evening, knowing my 7-hour delayed flight would get me into Atlanta past midnight. Once we landed, I called the hotel to ask if a shuttle was still on its way to the airport (it was almost 1am at this point) and I was told in no uncertain terms that there were no rooms and if I came on the shuttle, I would be turned away. She did not care that I had a reservation, told me they had not taken any money (though Hotels.com certainly had) and that "you don't get a room until you actually show up". I replied that's why you charge the customer in advance, as most hotels do! Unbelievable and certainly will not give them or any Fairfield Inn business if I can help it.

The front desk refused to answer questions when I called to ask how to find their shuttle from the airport, putting me on hold several times before I could ask for the info. The person who checked us in seemed like she would have preferred to be anywhere other than working the front desk. When asked where we might get a bite to eat, she failed to mention the hotel next door. Instead, we took an Uber to a different hotel (and had a nice meal there). No one seemed to be able to explain how to get onto their WiFi system from a Windows laptop. I figured that one out myself, eventually. When I asked to speak to the manager (to report that the airport shuttle area did not include the hotel's name on its list of hotels served, necessitating yet another phone call, which at least was answered this time), I was told there was no manager on duty. Bottom-line, an okay place to stay if you don't have any other alternative. But not up to the typical Fairfield standard.

I arrived around 930pm and the front desk person was nice and friendly. I called from my hotel room because the TV didn't work. I called and they said they'd send someone over. No one came. I left early in the morning to the ATL and realized I left my jacket in the room. I called three times and they said they'd call back and I haven't heard from anyone since. I tried calling the rental car place too, and haven't heard from anyone either.

There are some restaurants somewhat nearby but if you need to be near activity or lighted roads, this is not your place. It close to the airport but it is in a desolate area and at night it's really dark. Ruby Tuesday is also not fine dining. The rooms were clean and the front desk was friendly. Breakfast is free, so again...breakfast is free. You should be able to find something you like but it isn't a restaurant so keep exoectations in line. I thought it was decent. I would stay here again if someone besides me had to do the driving. Overall i was definitely satisfied. Oh...if you need a gym..it was closed down during my visit so you should check with the hotel.
