The host does a great job with the additional amenities offered. I was not expecting this B&B to resemble a hostel, as there is a second level with additional rooms. The common area shared was spacious and comfortable. There needs to be more parking to accommodate all guests, as parking on the street is not prohibited. Great property for an up and becoming development area.

Home was easy to find. The door code security and individual room door code security was easy to navigate and very safe. Spacious common area and kitchen space. Great accommodations- toiletries, towels, linens, coffee, snack and beverage selections. Room was a great size. I really appreciate the full length mirror in the bedroom as well. The blackout curtains were very pleasant to have. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I had a great stay at Alecia's. Upon arrival I was able to easily identify the parking area and once inside I was impressed by the small details like snacks a ND beverages available. It's stuff like that whichakes a difference.

This was my first time booking a shared space and I must say this place was better than I thought it would be. The room was very clean and house was very quiet. The host puts out snack, fruit and drinks everyday for you to have free of charge. My room had its own heater and air conditioning. 5 star service for sure.

Do not stay here unless you want to room with the biggest cockroaches you have seen in your life. I was eating dinner and I saw a cockroach crawling around my feet the size of a big male toe. (sorry men) I lost my appetite. Her customer service skills are bad from the first time I contacted her. She encourages people to look else where to stay if you dislike minor things. She also charges people an additional deposit after booking through Hotels. I would prefer to do all finances through Hotels as I trust this company. Also, the property does not match the pictures listed. In addition, her place is very dirty with multiple bugs and insects in the room. There is construction going on which can be dangerous for those staying there. Only stay here if you like glamping with cockroaches.

I was looking forward to this stay but quickly was unimpressed. The room I was originally assigned had a dirty fridge and cramped with a blow up bed even though I asked for a king deluxe signature room and paid for that. Once I changed rooms it was okay. Response to text were not as quick as I would have preferred. There were cockroaches which although I k mentions the south, I was very disgusted by. Then I was charged $20 for one pillow case that had my hair color on it, which I found ridiculous. I was not happy at all. Even though it was close to my destination and close to the highway, I would not consider this property again if looking for a bed and breakfast experience.

I stayed in Room #1. There was a used towel underneath the bed. Stains on the curtains, linens, washcloths, and there was hair on the towels. Sticky stain on the wall with hair in it. Proprietor was unresponsive. Heater didn’t work. Unable to get new towels/linens. The floor was uneven and I tripped walking between the bedroom and bathroom. It’s clear that the proprietor remodeled and created the room from a larger room and as a result the construction is haphazard and create safety concerns.

Host was not good about responding to texts, but was very friendly in person. The place was nicely built and put together. Floors and sheets did not look clean. There were spider webs and spiders in the room near the beds. The room was extremely hot and humid, even with the AC on full blast.

I stayed at Alecia B&B Two from March 6-8, 2025. It looked like a recently flipped house that was converted to like a hostel type rental with private rooms with a bathroom in each room. There were exposed wires in the common room, painters tape all over, leaky shower, etc. cheap and random size furniture in the rooms, pillows were extremely firm and there was a flicking light in the hallway that gave "The Shining" vibes. It was in a low developed area of town, so you spent money Ubering to downtown anyway. I have stayed at many places before, and this was the first one that I almost left and found a different place.

Don't book this!! They confirm your reservation, take your money and don't give you the information to gain entrance. Stood outside for 1/2 hr whiles Hotels.com also tried to contact them & no answer by phone or text or email. Had to go find another hotel because they would not respond.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY. If i could give this location negative stars i would. When i arrived another guest was on the porch unable to access the building as his code was not working. He thought i was the property manager and came at me in frustration. I explained that I also was a guest and against my better judgment i got out of my car to try my access code with no success. We could not get any response or support from Expedia or propery management. The neighborhood was rundown and very dark and i felt very unsafe. I had to book a last minute hotel and spend another $150. Bybthe time i was settled it was 1am and i had to be at the airport at 5am. This was a hige waste of time, money and sleep. As a woman traveling alone, safety is always an issue and this location left me in a very vulnerable position. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I am done staying inthese types of locations and my faith in Expedia has been severely shaken.

Location convenient, quiet for the most part. The room was decent. It was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I got great sleep. It was a bit confusing at first to check in. There are free snacks in the common area. I would stay here again. This trip was for work and so I can get quiet quality sleep

Definitely make sure to text/call days before checkin to make sure you have the details, other than that everything was great and we loved staying here! The rooms were nice, the food was good, and everyone we encountered was nice. There’s a bus stop that connects to the train right at the street so getting around was easy and the stay definitely made our trip better!!

I had to book a last minute hotel and spend another $150. Bybthe time i was settled it was 1am and i had to be at the airport at 5am. This was a hige waste of time, money and sleep. As a woman traveling alone, safety is always an issue and this location left me in a very vulnerable position. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I am done staying inthese types of locations and my faith in Expedia has been severely shaken.

Great room for good price. It’s located near the air port and on the drive to the location, the surrounding area seemed a bit shady, but the place is hidden in a nice neighborhood. Like a diamond in the rough, really blew my expectations and was quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again instead of a hotel of the same price range.

Didn’t like any of it, had to fix the bed frame to sleep on it couldn’t get the heat to work, the “breakfast” was a joke, rules were outrageous. We own a vrbo and I would never expect people to deal with this

This was my first time booking a shared space and I must say this place was better than I thought it would be. The room was very clean and house was very quiet. The host puts out snack, fruit and drinks everyday for you to have free of charge. My room had its own heater and air conditioning. 5 star service for sure.

I had a great stay at Alecia's. Upon arrival I was able to easily identify the parking area and once inside I was impressed by the small details like snacks a ND beverages available. It's stuff like that whichakes a difference.

The room was fine, but I don’t recommend this property as a solo female traveler. The surrounding area is pretty blighted and I had three amazon deliveries stolen off the porch. I was not comfortable with the shared common area you have to pass through as the room did not have a dedicated outdoor entrance. I will say the price was nice and I didn’t have problems getting access.

Alicia greeted my fiance and I upon arrival. She was very warm and welcoming. The B&B was very accommodating. There were snacks/drinks available free of charge which was very nice . The room itself wasn't bad.There was a smart Tv and we were able to watch Netflix. The bed wasn't horrible but the mattress could've been a little bit better. Bathroom was nice and had extras in case you forgot something. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again if I visited Georgia.
