Amazing facility, especially for the price. Parking isn’t too far, it’s free of course. Mainly the kids wanted to swim and their pool is good. The Hotel itself is very nice. Big tv and good wifi.

We stayed at this hotel because of the Air Supply concert which was scheduled there-the concert was 100% awesome by the way. However, the hotel was way too expensive ($270ish for 1 night) for the location and amenities. Our room had some kind of noodles (food) on the floor when we checked in, apparently the room hadn’t been vacuumed from the previous guests. For a hotel stay at this price there should have been a complimentary breakfast included as well, but there was not. I don’t belong to the Spokane Tribe, but I feel like the hotel should offer a discount to tribal members from other tribes, and I was offered none. My family is vegetarian and after scanning all the menus from the 4ish eating places on the property, there weren’t any real vegetarian items other than cheese pizza, a grilled cheese sandwich or french fries-so you can guess what we had for dinner-cheese pizza and french fries. You should offer more vegetarian friendly options. So other than being convenient for attending the concert, the hotel didn’t offer us much. We checked in at 6pm and checked out 16 hours later. We don’t think it was worth the money and probably wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly though.

Beds were super comfortable and did not make any noise when I moved around. Confused as to why there was no ice machine on the ground floor but there was one on every other one. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room or even available anywhere unless you rented one for $15/NIGHT. Probably won't be staying here again.

nice place. comfortable bed. clean. modern. good wifi (i was getting 60/30 speeds). great shower. the service was EXCELLENT--everyone was _really_ nice and really sought to please (without overdoing it). two things: 1. for some reason, ssh is blocked on their wifi and so i could not upload files using sftp (filezilla). 2. the doors to the rooms are unusually very hard to open/hold open. some fire code design or something? as a whole, we would absolutely stay here again.

I liked the cleanliness, room decor, interior design, seemed large and lighting was fantastic. We both did not like the Queen Beds. Way too Soft and lumpy. We both did not sleep well. This would stop me from ever staying again at this property.

I have stayed here several times and have given good reviews, this stay was very disappointing. When I got to the hotel, the gal at the desk was pleasant, but was having difficulty with checking in a person with a dog, nobody that came to help her would make eye contact or check in people. Waited almost 20 minutes to check in. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. Came to my room, it smelled like a bunch of dirty socks or an animal was housed in the room. I revisited the gal, she said she would check into it and have maintenance address it. She would call or text me when it had been addressed. No call, no text....when checking at the front desk, the gentleman I told him my problem, he said he would have maintenance go and check it out. Nobody came. I then called the desk and requested another room. Was moved to another room, but it smelled the same. I'm not sure if it's the cleaning products or if it's because both rooms have a furnace exchange in them that need servicing. Whatever it is, caused me to wake up with a headache. It's sad because I like staying there. I will give it one more chance but if the room smells like it did, I will find a different place to stay. On a side note, the gentleman did say there was no note left by the gal that checked me in, she she didn't request maintenance to visit the room. 😡

Nice property. Good accommodations. Had an issue with the airport shuttle pick up at 10:30 PM. Be sure to schedule a ride the day before. The manager did a nice job compensating me for my inconvenience. The room was clean. However, I put the do not disturb sign on my room and the house cleaning service entered my room and partially cleaned it very disturbing.

The check in was a nightmare. They said their internet was down so they couldn’t do anything. We were the only ones checking in after midnight due to a long travel day and after waiting around for over 30 minutes they finally decided to call a manager who proceeded to check us in from their home. While the gentleman apologized for the inconvenience he said the morning manager should be able to comp us something for the inconvenience. Spoke with her and she didn’t care that we spent over 30 min waiting with a tired kid. Said it was out of their control and she wouldn’t do anything for our inconvenience and that I was happy to contact Comcast. It’s not like I was asking for a free room. Any little gesture showing they cared about having future happy repeat customers was not a concern. Oh well, they lost any future business of ours.

We did not receive good service from valet . I asked the genteman standing at the door how we retrieve our car and he was short and rude to us. Told us next time to read our text messages. Unfortunate because we had a great stay and that was our last minutes in the hotel.

We came in fairly late just for the 1 night because it was close to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and check-in was quick and easy. This will probably be our go to place to stay when flying out of Spokane. Next time we'll try to get in earlier to enjoy the casino and amenities.

Easy access to and from airport. Due to our late arrival 11:30pm we had to take Lyft to hotel. Return to airport was easy to schedule and on time. Only stayed 1 night but would return for future visits.

I went to Spokane to attend the Spokane Festival of Speed. The track was conveniently located just a few miles from the hotel. There was plenty of parking, even if you are towing a trailer. I would have felt safe leaving my race car and trailer parked at night.

Greta place to stay when visiting the area. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Nice food options when you can’t or don’t want to leave the hotel. Close the airport, Fairchild AFB as well as dining and entertainment options. I was able to do a number of activities in no more than a 5-10 minute radius. I’ve stayed here twice and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely stay beee again!

Our first visit was, indeed, delightful. Your entire staff was friendly, kind, and so very professional. The hotel is exceptional…gorgeous artwork. The property was very clean, and our room was lovely. The bed is comfortable and the space is generous. Our ONLY complaint is with the bakery goods. They’re awful! Sorry, but everything else is so great and the bakery goods in the little shop were truly terrible…taste, recipe, presentation…all of it. You really NEED a new bakery. More than anything, we loved the staff. We felt cared for by all with whom we had contact. Thanks and thanks again.

Really nice staff, check in was a breeze. When it's close to 9:00 PM a front desk person comes to the pool to let the guests with minors know its almost time for the 18 and less to leave the pool area. Really like the room service option and the food was delicious.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is convient and close to shopping Spokane and the West Plains. If you are an early person like I am, you will have to find breakfast in Airway Heights as the restaurant doesn't open until 8am
