Very friendly staff and great location. Pool was very nice and bar/cafe was decent if pricey. My only issues really were 1) only one washer and one dry for the entire hotel meant we couldn't dry out our shoes after getting caught in the rain at Disney. 2) Shortly after checking in 2 of the 3 elevators went down. The whole 16 floors had to use one elevator. Getting around was terrible.

We were happy with our stay, lovely big room, big enough to open our suitcases on the floor! Beds were very comfortable. Only one thing of annoyance, there is only 1 washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel, consequently impossible to get a space in the queue using those facilities.

Fantastic hotel, very convenient location near Disney Springs. The free shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. Restaurant on-site has a decent breakfast buffet with a Mickey waffle maker. Staff were very helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to the cruise port when we checked out. Resort fee includes water bottles every day of your stay. Great value here!

This location is perfect if you’re visiting the Disney parks. We had a bus shuttle available; you just have to remember to make the reservation! Breakfast is good, it’s super close to Disney Springs so lots of choices for dinner nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed as a family for five days. Although the hotel is old, it was clean and had a calm atmosphere. The room was equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker, which was very convenient for us. The staff were also very kind. The location was great as we could walk to Disney Springs. The only downside was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained poorly. We informed the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We ended up using a small plastic bottle to fix the clog ourselves. Although the facilities are old and it may be difficult, we hope plumbing issues like this can be addressed promptly.

Called ahead as we were going to be a late arrival, it was no problem. Free drink coupon for an adult beverage at the bar. Pool was clean, with plenty of chair and towels supplied. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Plenty of outlets. Easy walk to Disney Springs on a nice paved trail with scenic views of ponds and wildlife. Last morning 5/26, there was no hot water. All the staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We would definitely return to this property.

The property is nice enough, although overall not terribly clean or updated. The room in particular felt as though it had not been cleaned well at all (hairs in the shower, etc.). The balcony was narrow and had a concrete half wall (not the railing pictured) so sitting in a chair at eye level (I’m 6’1”) was a view of the half wall, not a view of the pool. Additionally, it was not mentioned that parking was not included, instead I discovered the $25/day charge after receiving my final bill after checkout. The proximity to the parks was great, although in hindsight I would have rather stayed somewhere better cared for, even if it was further away. Lesson learned.

This hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs and surrounding parks and attractions. The rooms are large and quiet. They have balconies with Disney fireworks views and that is amazing. It is an older hotel that needs a little bit of upgrading. There were issues in the bathroom with the drain and the bar in the shower. There were also ants in the bathroom and on the desk near the TV. The AC in our room had to be fixed during our stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. The bed was super comfortable, the room was cleaned every day (which many aren’t doing anymore). We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and had different sections - one shallow enough for smaller kids. The snack every afternoon was a bonus. Transporting between the parks and hotel was easy using the bus. Disney Springs was a 10 min walk with an elevated walkway to make it safer. There were many places to sit and eat dinner. We had ours delivered and ate in the dining area used for breakfast. The food from the hotel restaurant looked just as good, probably better because it was hot, and reasonably priced. Wish I could have found a menu online before we ordered from somewhere else. Didn’t get breakfast because it was expensive. If you want to eat there it is worth getting the room rate that includes it. There was coffee and tea available every morning. Only bad thing was the road noise since we were on the highway side of the building. Excellent experience - we will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here at Holiday Inn. It was quiet as far as the interior goes. We could hear the highway traffic from our room a good bit though. The pool area is very nice. There is a hot tub, but only one small one. The free bottles of water every day is nice. (2) It is in "walking" distance to Disney Springs, but be aware it is a good 10 minute walk, which doesn't seem like far, unless you have walked a lot of steps at the park(s) earlier that day. The food options are lacking, especially for breakfast, unless you want to pay $25 per person for the buffet.

This is our go to property when visiting Disney. It’s very close to Disney Springs and the parks, plus after a long day of walking you want to be able to come back to the hotel and sleep comfortably. The beds have never been a disappointment. The only thing I will say negative about this stay was the 5th floor felt like the forgotten floor. It had a dirty dish in the corner, there was a crib right as soon as you exited the elevator and there wasn’t a fresh clean smell. However, the bed slept amazing!!!

We had an issue when we checked in, when we arrived the room we were issued it was being cleaned and not available. I had to go back downstairs and was told it was mistake and issued another room which the key did not work for. Had to go bad down again to get it sorted out. The staff was very nice and gave me extra drink tickets for the inconvenience. Overall the place was clean and the staff was super friendly.

Bathroom looks dated. Parking does not have a sign so a little confusing especially if it’s self parking and a code is needed to enter their parking lot. One of the valet guys was rude, I guess he wasn’t happy we didn’t hand him the car keys.

Everything was top class, especially the staff and amenities. The pool was perfect after enjoying the area and the room was great. Our only issue was with the "concierge", who left us with a very bitter taste in our mouth on the first day. He claimed to have a gift for us, which was really just a timeshare speech - when we told him we weren't interested he said we were very disrespectful for wasting his time. I recommend staying here, but do yourself a favour and ignore the guys in the orange shirts near the front desk.

Great location and room was very clean. Front desk was friendly but very slow to check in and did not give same rate that I had confirmation of through hotels.com. They assured me the extra charge was a deposit but it was not removed from my credit card after my stay. There was also confusion with the cards for early entry for Disney parks and it took a long time to get them, which was annoying after waiting so long to check in.

I always stay at this property for my Orlando trips 30 mins from the airport. 17 minute walk to Disney springs and free buses to the Disney parks. 15 minute drive to universal studios it’s quite literally perfect. 3 times I’ve stayed here now 3 different years and planning again in 2026

This hotel was very clean and conveniently located to everything. It is within walking distance from Disney Springs. The staff is very friendly and our room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is nice with clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was a good temperature and large enough to enjoy even with multiple guests present. Only downside was the breakfast isn’t that good ($20 per person) and there are no other restaurants in easy walking distance. Hotel snack bar also limited. Would stay there again but plan to eat elsewhere.

This was a great property located extremely close to Disney Springs. It was a nice walkable route with good sidewalks and close to the overpass. The dining options at this location leave a little to be desired as they are very limited on breakfast options times included and the one other restaurant/bar Seems very disorganized. I will say that the food was excellent, but the long wait was a little more than I would’ve expected for a salad with grilled shrimp when I was the only one placing an order the second day that I dined in the area, I guess because it was so busy the two bartenders , moved like they had molasses under their feet even though they were friendly they did not seem to pay attention as they needed. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, but choose somewhere else to dine as you are so close to Disney Springs, but be sure and book some of the restaurants well in advance of your stay.

My stay here was incredible. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I talked to them about the crappy Burthday that I had and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had extra excellent service. I don’t have the names of who took care of me, but the front desk was amazing. The bartenders were amazing. The staff everyone was just so welcoming that I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Cant say enough good things about them. They saw that were were overheated and gave us water bottles. 2 complementary free drinks at the bar. The bar food was good. We had the club wrap and fries. Good portions. Fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy which felt incredible after a long day of walking. And when we couldn't walk anymore, we went back to the room to relax and watch the Disney fireworks which were about 3-4 miles away. They lasted longer than I expected. Overall, I would book again. Great price about 15 minutes to Disney world and super close to Disney Springs to shop. I wish we would have used the pool, though, but we packed our itinerary too full. Next time!
