Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport

The hotel was under construction, and therefore, the lobby and pool spa area were closed. Not a major inconvenience but... The shuttle driver to the airport was great!

This hotel was excellent. The free hot breakfast and free hot supper were a wonderful benefit. Beds were clean and comfortable. Indoor/outdoor pool was fun for my son and hot tub was great. Free alcoholic drinks for adults was greatly appreciated and very tasty too. Location is just off I-85 so very easy to get to.

This was a quick overnighter to rest between long flights. This lodge filled the quick rest need nicely with quick and efficient check-in, very comfortable room especially the bed. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy the complimentary breakfast (which looked good) other then coffee which was very tasty. As far as the complementary airport shuttle: it is scheduled every 30 minutes and only services the domestic terminal. We arrived at the International term and had to take a comically long 5 mile inter-terminal shuttle (free airport service) to the domestic (Kindly alerted to us by that shuttle driver that the international "Hotel Shuttle" sign is for airline staff only). It took a long time to finally reach the hotel but next morning was only about 10 minutes. We'd stay here again of our travels take us through ATL but we will likely avoid that super busy and complicated airport in the future.

The room was really clean and the beds were all comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the hot tub but several other guests I was with did and had nothing negative to say about it. They said it was really hot. The pool was reasonably clean considering it was an outdoor/indoor pool I was impressed that it didn’t have bugs or leaves in it.

They serve breakfast and dinner, it was such a convenience with having two small children. We visited Atlanta to do the aquarium/zoo/museum, and stayed three nights. The indoor pool is not heated, but it was comfortable enough to swim in. Pool towels fully stocked. The hotel is right beside the airport, so if your room is situated just right, you can see the planes landing and taking off. The area is safe, no issues there. Short drive to all the attractions. Room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. I’ll be looking to stay at other Drury locations in the future when we travel.

The Hotel is under construction and is a complete mess! The staff was rude and the pool and hot tub were not clean or taken care of at all. I alway stay at Dury Inn, but this was completely unacceptable. Do not stay there!

Transportation from the international airport is deceptive not as explained. Made multiple call to hotel trying to understand how to use shuttle service to hotel.Both gym and pool under maintenance but not explained prior to booking

Ability to leave my car safe gated place when I need to travel by air.

Stay was good; however, the spa was dirty, and the elevators went out and we were on the third floor. The front desk did volunteer to refund part of the cost and that was really nice. And again, service was always on 110%.

Everything was good except the pool and spa were down but we were compensated for the trouble. 😊

Stay was good, but the second night we came back from being gone all day, and room smelled like weed. They changed our room to only come to blood on a blanket for the sofa bed. Not the greatest stay for us.

Nice staff but the food wasn’t good. I definitely think they should hire a better cook. Bartender was lovely. The cleaning staff could clean better deep clean the beds, bathrooms and headboards.

When I called for directions I spoke to someone in a different state who read the directions off a script. Those directions turned out to be temporarily incorrect, due to construction, but there were enough yellow jackets around to help me. The shuttle left one minute early. This hotel has been very recently renovated; it is spectacularly clean, and really quite beautiful. The staff are all Southerners, so, of course, they are polite, friendly, and helpful. The indoor-outdoor pool was adequately heated, and I enjoyed my swim. Only one portion of the outdoor section could be considered deep, but the shallow parts were still 3 feet deep, and therefore usable. The free drinks and food at the nightly reception were appreciated — although I prefer to stay at hotels that have a real restaurant, and a real bar, so that I can get what I need if I’m not there early enough to take advantage of the freebies. That said, there are lots of food and bev options within a (fairly safe) five to ten minute walk. The free breakfast was adequate, and helpful. Checkout was painless. I was late for the shuttle, but it was even later than I was, so it worked out fine. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport on the shuttle. I was impressed with this hotel, its facilities, and its staff. I will probably stay here again; and I will also be looking for other Drury branded properties on my future travels.

Everything was exceptionally clean. Service was top notch. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but over all a great stay!

Had a very spacious accessible room, pristine cleanliness, comfy bed, quick airport shuttle, good breakfast & coffee. Will return for sure!

Stayed a night at this hotel. Lovely staff, convenient location but tired facility. Bathroom was clean but we had to ask for new bedsheets for one of the beds because it had stains on it. Carpets were tired and had stains on them. Room size was good for 4 people but the bathroom had an unlockable sliding door which is not very convenient if you have young kids who may decide to just wonder into the bathroom while you are getting dressed.

They are remodeling at this time. Room was new. Did see a cockroach on the wall of my room in the morning.

Everything was good except for every time the air conditioner came on, the noise was so loud it would wake everyone up.

The people were friendly and the breakfast was good. They even offered free dinner but we weren't there in time. The main reason for only 3 stars is the airplane and road noise. We were not able to sleep well. We assumed since the hotel was rated so well that there would not be much airport noise, but that was not the case. We were on the first floor furthest away from the office and both road noise and airplane noise woke us up regularly even with a sound machine on.

Stayed here due to close proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Very clean hotel with a nice smaller gym. Did not use the pool (partially indoors) or jacuzzi unfortunately as we were pressed for time. We also had to leave without trying the breakfast. Our room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

My main issue is that the rooms with low numbers surround a sound well that looks down on the seating area where breakfast and dinner take place. So unless you keep the same hours as the socializing guests, prepare to tolerate quite a din. They do have rooms away from the noise, but it wasn’t worth packing up and moving since we were getting up for breakfast anyway. The only thing it ruined was a nap. ;) Overall, it was a really nice experience.

Excellent spacious room perfect for a 5 night stay. Room service great. Airport view suited us well. Mostly very quiet. Breakfast okay. Adequate. Evening food of a good quality and plentiful. Definitely a great feature. Parking very good. Overall very impressed.

Front desk service was great! Hotel looked like it had just been refurbished so everything looked clean and fresh. We enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast.

Property is under renovation so a bit messed up at this time but all for the better .. We stayed in room 500 it was all new and was FANTASTIC ! The room had a great design to it that works for us , bed super comfy , carpet wonderful under feet & washroom was roomy. Great choices in decorating with ease & functional space.

This is a decent option near the airport but the rooms need updated. The staff are all fantastic though and that made the stay.

I found the beds to be very comfortable and the room was quiet. I also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast options. Really helped with making traveling easier. I also loved the shuttle service to the airport. Very helpful.

I was charged the wrong amount. The front desk was completely overwhelmed. The desk clerk started off by telling the line of people that if they booked with third party sites their reservation likely wouldn’t be honored. There was weather in Atlanta and they didn’t have enough rooms. The airport shuttle wasn’t running on time and the staff was generally rude. The room was very clean but the A/C was turned off in July in Atlanta. It took 90 minutes to cool down and I was only in the room for 5 hours to try to sleep. Bad circumstances led to a bad stay.

Sent to room twice with keys that did not work,then those red keys where exchanged by the host for green keys that only one worked on the room.Then the green keys locked us out of building at night because they did not work the exterior doors.Figure out your keys

The Drury Inn and Suites in Atlanta, Georgia was amazing. Updated and super clean rooms, delicious dinner and breakfast (with real eggs). But the best part of the Drury Inn was the people who work there. From Nicole, the manager, down to the people who prepared the meals, everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you felt comfortable.

This is NOT a safe place for single women. Had my passport and money stolen right out of my room and the clerk lied about checking into the incident. The manager’s solution was asking me if i wanted to leave vs reimbursing or compensating me for my losses on their dime

Check in was very efficient. Shuttle from airport was timely and easy. It was late, they went into the kitchen and made us a plate of hot food. They were so caring and kind.

The hotel was nice and on par with the reviews/ratings. The swimming pool/area was larger and nicer to similar quality hotels. But the big reason for the high rating was the level of service provided by the staff. I’ve never stayed at a Drury before so possibly the service is normal for this brand, but the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Their service was genuine and stood out compared to my experience at most hotels. The breakfast buffet is better than most as well.

Typical airport hotel, one plus is that it is within walking distance to the Delta museum of flight.

Love the free afternoon snack and easily walkable to Delta museum and shuttle to the airport.

Pancakes, bacon, omelets, frosted flakes, etc. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, and same selection of cereals for five straight days is boring.

Our Go-To travelling hotel: clean, comfy rooms, breakfast, dinner & snacks...plus 3 free drinks each. Simply cannot beat this value!

The typically reliable ratings let me down on this one. I chose this hotel over several others based on its high traveler reviews, but it turned out to be a disappointment—especially due to the lack of common spaces. The lobby and front desk were extremely small, and the hotel itself seemed to be a refurbished old atrium-style building. While my room was clean and adequate, the location was incredibly noisy—I felt like I was sleeping on a racetrack. Of the three employees I interacted with, two seemed disengaged and unhappy in their roles. I was also told that a boxed breakfast would be available for my early 5 AM airport departure, but when I checked, there was nothing. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I’ll definitely book elsewhere next time.
