Breakfast is very good with a excellent selection, parking is plentiful. The room was comfortable, clean and decent amenities. The room wasn't ready until 3:15, and staff were not very apologetic concerning this.

Stayed 3 nights

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is nicely situated on the riverbank of the Petitcodiak river, and from their patio/deck, you can watch the tidal bore daily. There is a large parking lot and a huge shopping complex across the traffic lights with a gas station and grocery store. We had the Edinburgh (castle) room. It had a sumptuous feel for a King junior suite and we enjoyed it immensely. The room was spacious and had windows in the bedroom and in the living area. The bed was comfortable and the room had dresser drawers for storage and a closet. There was a large screen tv in both the bedroom side and the living area. We had a view of the river and the amenities were great! We had a mini fridge and microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. The bathroom is large and has a long vanity with two sinks and a separate makeup counter and stool. The rain shower panel with multiple jets was luxurious! We encountered friendly staff during our stay. The only downside was our arrival. The check-in time is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and room wasn’t ready. We had to wait just short of an hour and a half to be able to access our room. For weary travellers that was very disappointing, The female person at the front desk at check-in, didn’t seem very sympathetic. She simply stated that they had a tour bus arrive before housekeeping was dispatched for them. There’s a modest bar and to our credit, we made the best of it on the outside deck since the weather was good.
