Comfy beds, nice pool, right next to a Denny's and close to the airport

Loved the swimming pool, lobby area, customer service and meal options. Was very impressed and happy with our stay.

I was very disappointed when I went to the pool area and there was no hot tub. I had been waiting all day to get in the hot tub. I had never stayed in a hotel without a hot tub before.

The hotel provides a voucher for the Denny's located in the parking lot for breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a vanilla latte and other choices. There is no hot tub.

We appreciated the sack breakfast for our 4:00 AM shuttle and being able to leave our vehicle at the property for the week we are gone. Very friendly front desk and shuttle driver that made our stay very pleasant.

Aside from the broken elevator and carrying bags upstairs, our room had a putride smell upon entering but it was after midnight and we didn’t have any other options. The tv was broken and couldn’t be turned on. The bed was soft tho

Clean, pool and exercise room were clean and nice. Dennys restaurant right next door. Really great free coffee machine in the lobby. Quiet. Parking was a like short especially for us pulling a trailer, there were no larger spots.

The elevator did not work & i ve had multiple hip surgeries so 3 flights of stairs w heavy luggage was very inconvenient to say the least..otherwise the room & stay was nice .

Room was clean, but wood surfaces were sticky. Mini Fridge was noisy and room HVAC heater didn't heat.

Stay was okay, staff was great, but a lot of noise in the hallway and cleaning ladies started vacuuming around 7:30 am and went on the whole morning, also the shower wasn’t very clean it had some hairs from the people before us.

The staff was amazing, my room was probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in! The pillows cant be beat! Elizabeth did an amazing job cleaning our room! I’m extremely picky and check everything, and couldn’t find anything dirty! Way to go Elizabeth!

Very nice property with good location. Denny's is across the sidewalk, so that was good. SUPER CLEAN room!!!!!

As someone who reads reviews to help my decisions, I feel obligated to be honest. This hotel is extremely run down. It was super rough and that didn’t show in the pictures online. Our room was not clean, there was toilet mess on the outside of the bowl. Carpet was dingy. I would not stay there again. I also want to be clear that the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. I accidentally left my phone in the room when I took the shuttle to the airport, and they retrieved it and shuttled it back to me-that kind of service is above and beyond! I was so grateful for good people.

Clean and consistent

Pee was left dried in the shower… I took a picture. The hotel room was super hot and wouldn’t cool down. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable

There was black mold in my room. There was someone else's hair all over the bathroom. The hotel smelled. My bathroom door was broken and would not lock.

Room was very clean. Staff were very courteous and handled check in and check out efficiently and quickly.

Room was not cleaned for 2 days. Pile of used towels stayed in room in pike for 2 days. Bed never made up since I checked in

It was okay. Got non smoking room but still smelled Smokey. No shower door either. But doable.

Extraordinarily uncomfortable bed - hard and lumpy. Bare amenities offered. Staff was wonderful.

Mostly the stay went well. However the hotel's WiFi was having a lot of trouble, and kept dropping my connection.

The room was beyond my expectations. Clean, laid out well, spacious. All furniture and appliances looked new. The bed was comfortable. A separate area for the couch and coffee table. A very nice desk with plenty of outlets, even usb outlets for devices. A Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods. It had a refrigerator & Microwave. The concierge staff were attentive and friendly.

The property itself is great, nice lobby, good breakfast options, good sized rooms etc.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Walls a bit thin so you can hear if you’re a light sleeper? But I don’t have any issues with it :)

The keys didn’t work the first attempt. The plumbing for the sink is exposed and the shelf thing looks tacky. The heat/ac was very finicky it would work one minute and then stop on the next

Pickup from airport took awhile. No check in till 4pm unless you want to pay extra. I consider that poor customer service because I was there at 2.30 I had to wait in the lobby

Did not appreciate the push for online check-in, only to have to repeat the process because of equipment failures. Staff were helpful and pleasant, if not always readily available.

My favorite part was the service. Our check in was very quick, the front desk was friendly, communicated well and had excellent customer service. In the morning the front desk was again friendly and helpful as we picked up a grab and go breakfast.

The new checkin process with the texting and kiosk was awesome. The shuttle guy was amazing!

The Check-in was not good! I called ahead to check in on the two rooms I reserved. The hotel employee confirmed both rooms were ready. I asked about early check-in. She stated that there would be an early check in fee. I asked how early I can check in before 4pm without a fee. She said anytime close to 3pm. I showed up to check in a few minutes before 3pm. The person at the front desk said I will need to pay a $20 early fee. I stated that i called ahead a few hours ago and the hotel employee said I can check-in with out a fee at 3pm. She insisted I need to pay the fee, and oh BTW one of my rooms was not ready! I asked how soon will that room be ready, so did not know. I wasn't happy and I walked out of the hotel. I immediately called Best Western Corporate, Customer Relations called the front desk of the hotel. Within 5m I was giving the green light to check-in without a fee AND both rooms were ready! I went to check-in and the front desk person i had previously spoke with, checked me in without any apology or I'm sorry!

I called a few hours early to check in about my two rooms I reserved. I asked if the rooms were both ready and if so how early can we check in. The hotel staff told me that both rooms were ready but would need to pay a early check in fee. I said I didn't want to pay a fee and asked how early I can check in without paying a fee (normal check is 4pm). She said anytime around 3pm the hotel would allow us to check in. I arrived at the hotel and asked to check into both rooms. The Front Desk person said I would need to pay a $20 early check in fee. I explained I had already called ahead and was told both rooms were ready and I can check in at 3pm(ish) and not pay a fee. She asked the name of that person, i explained I do not remember. She continued to ask for a fee and also stated that one of the rooms was not available. So I need to pay an early fee but one of my rooms was not ready!! I said that is not acceptable and walked out. I called Best Western Corporate and spoke with Customer Relations about my situation. I was put on hold and within 5min after Customer Relations called the hotel front desk person, I was giving the ok to check in early without a fee and BTW my other room is now available!! I went in to check in and no apology or I'm sorry. The employees at the front desk do not have a name badge, otherwise I would name that person. Strange because we are given a slip to go online to rate the hotel and if you "name" a employee for g service they receive a small bonus!

Good location close to the freeway but far enough removed that no traffic noise. Pet friendly with a nice lawn to walk the dog.

This hotel is immediately adjacent to a gas station and shares a parking lot with a Dennys, both of which are convenient. It's not far off the freeway and is close to the airport. There is some airplane noise but the room I was in had an option on the heat / a/c unit where the fan would run consistently so it was more or less a white noise machine. The front desk staff was friendly both when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out. The hotel offers a kiosk where you can complete a process on your cell phone and skip the front desk altogether but I was driving so that was not an option for me and I would rather talk to a person anyway; but it is an option here.

Finding the entrance to the property was a challenge.

Good location, 7 minute drive to the airport. Next to Dennys Restaurant and Jackson’s Convenience Store and gas station. Easy check-in, friendly staff and nice rooms.

Hotel seemed renovated. Entire hotel including room in top shape. Bed ver my comfortable and bathroom pristine. Great proximity to Spokane airport but didn’t hear any noise. Shares parking lot with both a 24 hr dennys and 24 hour gas big station so very easy to refill your rental car, get snacks, or get a meal.

This is a freeway hotel on a newer highway interchange. There is only one restaurant in the area, Dennys. A long drive is necessary for anything else. No in hotel breakfast, but we did get a voucher for $7/person at Dennys. Otherwise, accommodations were fine for an overnight break going from here to there. Dennys, as you might imagine, was busy.

This property is located by a gas station and Denny's and the major road. I wouldn't recommend walking around at night.

Wonderful place to stay for Park and Fly….convenient from the highway…shuttle service handy. Was first stay here and my next trip will definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff. The free breakfast you walk across the parking lot to Denny’s which was a little different but OK.

The room and facility itself was fine. However, they partner with the Denny's across the parking lot for breakfast. This would be fine, except they refuse to give the vouchers until the morning of and even then, not until EXACTLY 7am. We were at the desk at 6:55 and were told they couldn't give them out for another 5 minutes. We were in town for a baseball tournament so had to leave to get our son to his first game on time so couldn't wait for them to release the "included" vouchers, walk across the lot to be seated, and so on. There was minor maintenance issue with the door to the room, but that wasn't a significant issue.

The to go breakfast was terrible. It was not clear to me upon booking that the included breakfast was a voucher for a nearby restaurant, we thought we were getting on site hot breakfast when we booked.

We had just spent 2 days at another hotel chain that was excellent so comparing the 2 might not be completely fair. The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane, Washington was a good option, just not the best we have been to, but way above the worst we have ever stayed at. I didn't think the bed or the pillows were that comfortable, but my 2 traveling companions thought they were okay, and they were okay. We were a little disappointed that the hot breakfast was not in the inn itself, but at a Denny's just a few feet away. This proved a little difficult for our daughter who had hoped to run downstairs, eat quickly and get back to her laptop to do some business for her work before checking out. The hotel did have a quick and go breakfast bag or vouchers for a discount to eat at Denny's. The Denny's was clean, and the service was great as was the food. It was a great location for us as it was a quick on and off to the freeway.

This property didn't disappoint. The front desk was friendly, and the check-in was fairly quick. The room was clean, with ample space to move around. I like that there's a desk and chair to work, very convenient if you need to work on your computer. Our overnight stay went very well. The complimentary breakfast at Denny's was really nice.

Online check in with key pick up from kiosk was very helpful and time saving. Room was spacious and clean. Neighboring tenants were noisy and for some reason were up all night with a child running around and being loud in the corridor, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Some people just have no manners. I wish the breakfast coupons were available a night before instead of 7 am in the morning. We had to leave before 7 am and we could have redeemed the promised coupon at the 24 hours Denny’s across the parking lot but those coupons don’t become available before 7 am. So even though the hotel gave us some muffins and yogurt etc, the Denny’s option would have been much better if the coupon is given earlier.

I like that I can park and leave my car here when I travel, they have an airport shuttle. However, breakfast for the early morning traveler consists of a bottle of water, piece of fruit, and granola bar. Also, the hotel could not provide me with a wine bottle opener upon request and the gas station next door did not have one and neither did Denny’s. Very disappointing.
