The rooms are spacious and very clean. We had three females staying in one room and there was plenty of mirrors and outlets for everyone to get ready at once. The coffee maker is nice too. Make sure to use the pool and sauna on the 6th floor. Super relaxing!

No carts for carrying luggage. There was no mention of restaurant being closed on Mondays prior to making reservations. It would have bee nice to have a normal sitdown breakfast and dinner while staying here. Rooms are not sound proofed as advertised, traffic noise was unbelievable even though we were on 12th floor. The Cleaning staff was Very noisy, use of two-way radios very annoying. We were moved to different floor to no avail, still the same problem. We could smell weed in the hallway. The pool water was cold, we had to inform front desk. The steam room sauna was not operational. There were lights out in pool area and shower area, never fixed. The pool had bugs on bottom. The elevator had chewing gum on the wall. The wifi cost $25 even though they say they would refund at check out. This was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. The bath towels were like sand paper, very hard. The water pressure was low as well the temp was low. The tv kept going off and on no matter what channel was on. The entry door to our room was very hard to open, the handel would stick after the electronic keyless entry was activated. There was not even a complimentary coffee station.

We picked this location for the shopping and Westin name. Parking was $54 a night and that was self parking in a garage my truck could hardly fit into. It was dark and water was dripping from overhead pipes. We checked into a room with "two queen beds" which were actually double beds. There was black mold in the shower on the ceiling. The next day we ordered room service. 1 continental breakfast for $10 and an All American Meal. The eggs we wrong, the hashbrowns were like mcdonalds but cold and greesey. They forgot an Oj and the pasteries were hard. They charged us 132 dollars! 10 for a delivery fee, 20 for in room service fee and 10 for taxes. We left for the day and when we came back no one had cleaned the room or left towels. We tried to use the wifi and that was $11 more dollars. Our 2 nights ended up costing $609. That is insane. You would expect a great experience for that price. On out last day we went to the "heated pool" it was freezing cold. Oh and we had to wait for someone to unlock it at 11am even though it says it opens at 6am. The sauna was broken and the ceiling was coming down.The floor was disgusting in the poolroom and there was no hot tub. I don’t ever complain or right reviews but people should know the truth about this location.

I will not return. check in was smooth. Our bathroom floor needed to be swept upon arrival, the tub faucet was turned sideways, the shower’s water pressure was low, lint and hair in the beds. I went to close the curtains and saw a drop of blood on them. The beds were comfy & the staff was nice.

I had to move rooms due to my hotel door being jammed from within (I could not lock it from within, which is a safety hazard for me). In my second room, the door was the same way, however I settled for it because I was jet lagged and had a really bad headache at this point. Upon using the glass cups in the room, I noticed that the cup had old red wine/juice stains and grime on it. Good thing I looked prior to even rinsing out the cup out. The room door was also leaking some kind of liquid, not sure what that was, (hope that was not hazardous). I’ve visited all of the Westin’s that Georgia has to offer and overall I can say this was by far one of worse experiences. The establishment appears to be great, however I am not too sure of the overall cleanliness and up keep of the building.

Overall the stay was good! I asked the cleaning service to come up on Saturday at 9 am before we left, got back at 2:30 pm and it still wasn’t cleaned nor restocked. So I called them again, the boy who answered was rude and said they would be there to clean it “by the end of the day” and couldn’t even give me an estimate of the time they’d come because they were “busy cleaning”…. So we left again around 3 We had to hunt down the cleaning people in the hallways just to get more rags! And by time we came back around 7:30-8 pm it STILL wasn’t cleaned so I didn’t bother calling again. That was very disappointing.

Perfect location for shopping, dining and just about 15min away from the stadiums and a lot other popular attractions within the city. Staff were pleasant but the housekeeping in room was poor. Toilet was not cleaned from prior guests, sink had a dirt ring within it as if that also hadn’t been cleaned. Disappointed in cleanliness of room but overall we enjoyed our stay.

If you’re going to be in Buckhead, this is the place to stay. I recommend a corner room with a city view. The Atlanta skyline at night is beautiful. Lenox Square mall is in walking distance. I would suggest eating at one of the nearby restaurants instead of The Palm restaurant in the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and updated. The staff were all very friendly and amazing. Our bed was the comfiest bed we have ever had at a hotel. This place will not disappoint.

Friendly, and ease of check in. We had a corner room (1120) and the view was amazing. I walked to Lenox Mall for Black Friday and was the perfect move. Rooms were clean and updated. I wish I got the young lady’s name at the coffee shop on the motor level… She was so friendly and made me the best cup of coffee for my quick walk to the mall. May start doing that on the regular. Thanks for a nice stay!

First, I hate leaving poor reviews — but this place really needs some help. The Good: The staff was friendly, professional, and generally responsive. Parking: The valet process was confusing. I was billed for two days even though my car was there for less than 24 hours. Also, the parking rates were significantly higher than what was listed online and on Hotels.com — this should really be made clearer to guests. Facilities: The rooms, bathrooms, and lobby could definitely use a facelift — they feel a bit tired and worn. The Not-So-Good: The noise level was next-level bad. We were on the 16th floor with a city view, and we could hear everything — cars, sirens, you name it. Even worse, the room next to ours was filled with young partiers who didn’t quiet down until after 4:30 AM. Security came by multiple times, but as soon as they left, the noise would start right back up. I tried calling the front desk around 4:00 AM but couldn’t get anyone to answer — it seemed like they had stopped taking calls at that point. Follow-up: The next morning, I spoke with the front desk, and the staff member was great — professional and very understanding. She offered to move us to a different room (we didn’t end up moving), and thankfully we didn’t hear any more noise from the neighboring room after that. I hope management takes this feedback to heart, there’s potential here, but some key improvements are needed.

I flew the red eye from LAX and arrived there around 5am on July 3rd to run the Peachtree10K on the 4th of July. I was going to ask if they could store my luggage until i could check-in, but the front desk clerk was so caring and understanding of my exhausted state, she found me a room and I was able to check-in early. The room was lovely and everyone from the front desk staff, the gentleman near the valet area, to the bartenders at The Cafe, 100% first rate. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to race again.

I booked my room 3 months in advance and I checked in the night before online. But when I went to check in I was told that they no longer had the two queen beds room available. NO excuse whatsoever just we have a king with a sofa bed. It was like take it or leave it. They wouldn't even comp the valet. The person that check me in made me feel like I was a bother.

Booked this room for our anniversary, upon arriving we stood in line for about 30 minutes before they told us the internet was down and they couldn’t process credit cards or room keys. After what seemed like another 30 minutes they started moving people thru the line and making copies of their id and credit cards. Then had to be escorted up to our room. We were told when the problem was fixed we would get a call to come get our room key. So here we are in our room with no key to get back in if we leave the room couldn’t access the pool area nothing.Fast forward to 10pm we went by the front desk to ask about room keys and oh yes we have them here you go. Everything was ok after that until the morning of our checkout day and the phone starts ringing at 7 am to let me know my card did not go thru why it had to be at 7am I don’t know. I get up go down to the desk and magically first try it goes thru. Upon returning to our room the key does not work so here goes another trip to the front desk. Not really the way I pictured a nice weekend away with my wife.

Very nice and clean. Great location - central to so much and very walkable-right across the street from the mall Lenox Square and other shopping food and entertainment. On site restaurant, in room dining, gym, pool, steam room and sauna. Staff very friendly and nice. I want to mention Dion and Gabriel who helped me with some resevation issues for which I had to call multiple times...they helped out with good customer service...especially Dion!!! There was a manager who helped as well (not as nice but he helped and very much resolved my issue-so no complaints really!) I will be returning and will encourage others to come as well!!!

The Westin’s Buckhead Atlanta is in an ideal location. Lenox Mall and the Cheesecake Factory are 4 minutes away. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the hotel again. In fact I would prefer to stay there if the room rates are competitive for the nights that I need.

This hotel is literally 2 min walk to Lenox mall. About 25 min walk to buckhead village and maybe 10-15 min walk if you feel daring enough to cross traffic and goto Phipps plaza. Very clean and spacious room. They have a cafe on the premises for a quick breakfast. We only stayed overnight but definitely would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving trip. Beautiful hotel and room accommodation. Perfect location 'but' it was Black Friday and the proximity to the malls made it nearly impossible to get in and out of hotel. Big college football game, too and the team was staying at hotel. We arrived at the same time so parking garage and elevators were a little hectic. Other than that, hotel was great. Beautiful. Nice area, clean, nice dining areas.

Comfort and cleanliness was definitely the best. The reason I rated it 4 stars were because during check-in they did not mention my $25 food/beverage promotion and once I remembered I called the front desk. They were quick in assisting me with the issue, however I was told over the phone that the credit could not be used for in-room dining and only for the rise cafe (which had minimum breakfast food options that were not kid-friendly, as I had my toddler with me. The other reasons I gave it 4-stars were because the entire hotel pool is 4 1/2 ft ONLY, which again was not kid-friendly. And self-parking was $54, which was ridiculous as a guest.

Overall, a good place to stay. However, we were very disappointed to find that a major Buckhead hotel like this has NO breakfast service. The only option was to stand in line at a retail coffee bar offering coffee, some pastries and juice. No tables or chairs to sit and a long line moving very slowly. Probably our last stay at this property.

Lovely balcony area conf level and great little coffee shop lower level with the 2 nicest ladies working there. Door handle was super hard to open - multiple tries required. And the shampoo wasn’t great. The elevators are fast which is appreciated! Check in desk gave me tips about getting snacks delivered—it would be awesome if y’all had some gluten free or allergen conscious selections. Pool was under construction so no comment on that. The restaurant staff at the palm are wonderful. Breakfast could be fresher for the price but that’s the Palm not hotel. Excellent conference area amenities.
