There was literally a bullet hole in my window. The whole property was dilapidated & the advertisement for a pool was outdated by at least 2 years according to the attendant. Everything was filthy. I had to book another room and check out early. Worst travel experience ever.

Poor Quality Inn”. I had a very unpleasant experience at this quality inn. First, my room smelled so strongly of Fabulosa I could barely breathe. Then, the room keys they gave me did not work and I had to go back to the front desk to get replacements. Then the water went out for 4-5 hrs. They said construction was taking place. I had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom. Then when the water turned back on it was brown coming out of the faucets. No way I was drinking that water! There was no warning when I booked this hotel or when I checked in that this construction was going to be taking place. There were zero concessions offered or made to make it right. Spend the extra dollar and go somewhere else.

So this wasn't the best experience but it also wasn't the worst experience we have had. The front desk guy was very nice when we checked in and when the TV didnt work in my parents room they fixed it within the hour. I think this hotel is a work in progress. The toilets, tvs, and beds seemed to be all new. While some of the other furniture needed some upgrades along with the bath tub. The lobby was definitely renovated recently and very nice and clean. It worked for what we needed which was just a 1 night stay.

This property is currently being remodeled. Customer service was above average until it was the day of check out. The clean people come to knock on your door to make sure you "GET OUT" even before check out time. Late nights can get a little loud.

Generally dirty, rooms need maintenance. “Smoke Free” room smelled like someone who was smoking had just left the room, also smelled like dirty toilet. Changed rooms for one somewhat better but also had smoke ingrained into paint and furnishings. Stayed in a few other Quality Inns before and while those were not on same level with other hotels, this was by far the worst experience yet.

The quality in is not the 5* Ritz, so if you’re expecting a turndown service and luxury at every turn, you will be disappointed, but if you’re seeking really good value for money then this place is a winner. Really comfortable beds. Amazing TV that is functional with Netflix and real good clarity. Good hot showers and clean. USB and lug points all over the room. The choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms, depending on what you want in a stay. Is a rare treat. The reception area is clean, bright and freshly decorated. There is the added benefit of it being the breakfast area as well and everything that seem to need to be available was available. There are self making waffle machines fresh yoghurt very palatable Coffee bagels cream cheese, fresh fruit. Parking is included and there is ample space for vehicles. Very conveniently located next to the I85, which means a 10 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. Friendly helpful staff. Asking for towels, soap et cetera never seem to be an issue. For 70-80 bucks a night it is a good place to stay..

Checked in and was in a rush , so the man let me check in early. The first room I was in , the heat did not work and noisy neighbors. So I went to the front desk (12am) and the rep called the manager and in no time my room was moved. Can’t ask for better customer service than that. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative is the stairs but it’s not too many so it was not bad at all. Thank you.

Stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend for Dragon Con. Only a 15 minute drive to Atlanta midtown which was so convenient. Easy access right off of hwy, but down in a little nook that felt totally safe and quite. Room was next to a cute courtyard with big, old and beautiful trees. Room was super clean with a nice, huge flat screen tv on the wall. Shower was great with a curved out shower curtain that doesn't touch you. Room had a microwave and a mini fridge, and one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on. Probably the best quality room I ever gotten for such an affordable price. The name fits this place perfectly. Never had time to try the free breakfast, but maybe next year when we come back to Dragon Con because we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Quality Inn for such a pleasant stay.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the water pressure was great! Other than that, be aware, this is a MOTEL, not a HOTEL...the pictures do not show that. The Entrance/Exit to get in and out of this location is very dangerous, with it being next to the highway and a curve in the road. Next, when we got to our room, the outside wreaked of weed and my Dads room smelled very strong of cleaner (you could tell it was to cover up something else). There was a bug stuck to the ceiling above one of the beds. If you left the bathroom light/vent on for any length of time, it would start making the room smell like weed, assuming from upstairs. The TV in our room would not work, not sure if it was not connected to cable or what. We did not want anyone in our room, so we kept the Do Not Disturb sign on the door while we were gone, only to come back to the room one evening to all of our towels replaced, which means, someone was in the room. The breakfast did not look very appetizing, so we didn't even bother eating there. The rooms need to be painted and updated!

Breakfast bar had eggs and sausage, and I think biscuits & gravy, before the pandemic. I do appreciate the fresh apples and bananas, but everything else is sugary or fast-acting carbs. Maybe some cheese would help to add some protein? I know, I know - $$. Also, I forgot my earplugs. Those screaming little girls next door were relentless after midnight. Otherwise, comfortable and clean, great staff, and a good price.
