The indoor pool it was non operational. I choose this hotel just for the indoor pool. I went out and bought sqim suits and floats foe my children. The dining area did not have a high chair.

For a one night stay it was great, not far from the location of the event we were attending. However when arriving it was a bit hectic as there was only one elevator working with multiple guest checking in at the time due to other events going on in the hotel and around the city. The issue was recitifies within a couple of hours with an additional elevator being made operable. Will definitely stay again

Front desk staff could have been more nicer and informative. The pool needs some renovations there is an old covered hot tub with wood that looks like it will break if you step on it. Bathroom door gets sprayed on by shower head so the door has peaking paint and just so small of an entry.

The stay was great except for a couple issues. The pool was half outside and definitely NOT heated enough to swim in as I expected when I booked the trip. To add to the discomfort, the hot tub has long been removed. We were traveling & I was really looking forward to some warm water to submerge in. Then, our heat in the room stopped working and we woke up to 40 degree temperatures. The 2nd room had electrical issues & I had to plug my coffeee pot in on the side chair as it tripped all the sockets except the one behind the chair. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful. They helped my son and I figure out where to go to enjoy Atlanta & accommodated switching rooms expeditiously. The breakfast bar did offer GF & vegan items. We were there 2 mornings. The 2nd morning I had to inquire about GF items, which they brought out to the front for me as it wasn’t part of that days ‘menu’. Even with the snafoos, it was an overall wonderful experience.

This was my first time at this location, and by the pictures, I was happy to stay here. Once here, I was greeted by the exceptional host who was short and had on glasses. Her service was excellent, but as I got to the room and saw how old the hotel was, it showed. The door to my bathroom was peeling, the carpet was holding an odor, and the paper-thin walls had me up all night because I could hear everything going on beside me. Not to mention, when I first walked into the room, it smelled like old, cheap cologne and cleaning towels were still in the room. It was not my best experience in a hotel in that area. I doubt I will ever use this hotel as well.

The entrance and the lobby were beautifully deceiving. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The problem was the condition of the hotel after the lobby. The floor we stayed on had a smell that was a mixture of must and age. It just smelled damp and old. Our room also smelled this way. The curtains had several stains and the shower, though updated had a very old vent full of dirt and grime :( For this to be a Marriott hotel, we were disappointed. The pool was good and my kids had a great time. The fitness center was also good!

The hotel wasn’t bad, but it is overpriced. We got a standard king bed and the room was small and our “view” was facing an AC unit, so it blocked our view of the city even though it was the 5th floor. A lot of reviews say there’s no refrigerator, but they are under the TV. The staff was friendly and we got complimentary parking. Overall, 6 out of 10, because the room and view could’ve been better. And they could have a complimentary added for the prices they charge. But the location is great.

Daily Room Service was nice. Fridge did not work and had a musry, moldy smell. I let the front desk know Friday early morning; by the time I left on Monday, it still had not been replaced. None of the electrical plug-ins of the desk lamps wprked, good thing I had an extension cord so I could charge my phone. The heating/cooling unit was excessively noisy. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom was so small that I had to be standing in the tight spaces between toilet and sink, or toilet and shower, in order to open and close the door (and I am a medium sized guy). Could not get out of shower with the bathroom door open. Flush valve of the tpilet got stuck almost every time I flushed it, I had to remove the tank lid and jiggle the fill valve and lever to get the tank to fill.

All the bedside outlet springs were worn out and wouldn’t hold a plug. The new coffee makers tripped the circuits on the walls when you tried to make coffee. Soft water out of the faucet. Carpet old. King room very small.

The stay was okay, house keeping came to my door 3 times trying to get me to leave even though I told them I had a late check out and on the 3rd time they ENTERED my room!! Had I not had the top lock on they would’ve came in completely and apparently they did it to more guests as well. They also charge $25 a day for parking so with that and the extra fees it brought my total to $470 instead of the original $340 so he aware about that. More than likely I won’t be back to this hotel.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I was contacted the day prior and was asked if there was anything special I wished and I asked for an earlier check in and that was granted right away. I was given a room on a specific floor I wished as soon as I arrived. No problems at all. Would stay again.

1. At check-in, desk clerk was not welcoming or particularly helpful -- very businesslike, but that was all. 2. Received call about 10 p.m. from Marriott personnel saying there was a plumbing problem and we were not to use any water (for shower, sink, or toilet--think about that!). They had no idea at that point what caused the problem or how long it would last. Throughout the night, we heard banging, etc., as they worked on the problem. We called 3 times throughout the night for updates, but they could give us no information. At approximately 7 a.m., we were told the problem still wasn't identified and they had no idea when it would be resolved, but that we could check out if we wished--no offer of assistance in finding other lodging. We decided to leave and find another hotel for what should have been our second night at Marriott. By the time we packed and went to the front desk to check out, we were told the problem had been repaired and we could stay, but we had already made other plans by then. One person at the desk, Chris, was sympathetic, but really had no good options to suggest. He did offer free breakfast, which we accepted before leaving.

It was a good choice to stay here since it was only for one night. Had dinner at the Twisted Oak restaurant and that was good. I also had time to hit the gym and it was very nice. I loved the Stairmaster. I was just a little disappointed that the shower gel was empty and that the keurig did not work. I was really looking forward to that cup of coffee since we had to be up @4:30am to get to Northside Hospital on time.

If they offer breakfast for two for $1, take it. Otherwise, the breakfast is $18.95 per person or $9.95 per child. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of options. The fruit was very good. It fueled my 9-year-old grandson through Zoo Atlanta with just a snack.

Found the temperature in the room hot and stuffy even with the thermostat on 65 degrees which is the lowest setting allowed.During breakfast on 2/11, the female server was rude and acted as she was being bothered when asked a simple question. I will probably not book a stay here again as it’s very hard for me to deal with rude people in customer service positions. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to mall and great restaurants! This was our second stay here in 7 months, and I will say the first stay was much better!!

We had a great stay at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. The staff was polite & friendly. Hotel was clean & comfortable. The only complaint was the eggs were cold at breakfast on Saturday morning but would not stop me from coming back.

Great hotel! It’s in a nice location, with food places near by as well! Highly recommend booking a stay! breakfast is very delicious, as they serve fresh fruits, eggs grits, sausage, bacon, and more! Also bar in the main lobby if you need a drink!

We were there for a family reunion. The hotel was understaffed or not prepared to fulfill what they committed to. We were giving breakfast passes for all 3 mornings. The 1st morning we were went through a line and received custom omelets, Belgian waffles, etc…the staff had trouble keeping food and plates out. The 2nd and 3rd morning our breakfast bar was moved to the hall of the banquet room. We were not allowed to eat out side of the banquet area and one very small banquet room. We have over 300+ members. We ended up having members sit on the floor to eat. When members tried to go to the open tables they were told they couldn’t eat in there. Note there were several tables and areas no one was using. We ran out of food several times. On the 3rd morning we ran out of plates and were told we had to use bowls. The 1st day our bed linen was changed but the housekeeper didn’t change out our dirty towels we had piled up. We contacted the front desk and were told to contact housekeeping. Needless to say we had to use the same towel twice. We had uncooked chicken the night of our banquet. We had sweet tea and then it was removed and were told it wasn’t on the menu and we just get water. This is after members already poured their drinks. The dinner line was shut down while members were getting food. The desert ran out and was never filled again. The elevators broke down or the doors were shutting and opening so quick many people almost trapped.
