I was in hospital for surgery, so we stayed at the Hilton. Bad call on my part. My wife enterrd the only functional elevator and it broke between floors. She had to wait for FD to get her out, about an hour. She never got a call from the front desk to see if she was ok. I find this unacceptable 😤!!!!!!

Clean and nice looking place to stay! A/C couldn’t cool the room and there was no improvement after telling the front desk, as well as the parking is not sufficient. There is no complimentary breakfast; however, you do get room service and fresh towels daily. We would consider staying here again.

We had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had blood on sheets. The 3rd and final room had mold in the shower. The sheets were dirty as you can see the picture below. The tables beside the bed had dirt and stuff all over them. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I can say that.

I called the morning of my reservation to see if we could do early check-in. I was told by the staff who answered the phone that they were cleaning the carpets so that would be unlikely. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time and were accommodated. My baby dropped her pacifier in the bedroom and while looking for it, I discovered a dried up used condom on the floor. I alerted the front desk and he apologized profusely and stated that he would let housekeeping know. The first two nights of our three night stay, there was an overpowering marijuana smell wafting under our door and through the hallways. Housekeeping only came to our room once during our three nights. We ended up putting our trash out in the hallway for it to be picked up. The bed was comfortable. The pullout couch bed was okay. A pack n play was provided for my baby to sleep in. And the staff were very friendly.

This isvthe second time hilton have failed to deliver a clean room. The room smelled terrible abd i have breathing problems. Not sure if mold or animals were in the room previous. I specifically ask for pet free room. Sofa was broken. No possibility to pull out for tird person to sleep. I had to squeeze my 30 old daughter and my self on a full size bed. I had a important appointment in the morning, i am unrested and feel tired. 19 y. Old son had to take the other bed. I will never stay in a hilton again.

First of all, this hotel is NOT a clean property. The room 414 that we were assigned had stained/ dirty walls, doors, dresser, pull out sofa linen & the bedroom window was so filthy, I couldn’t see outside. The carpet stains were plentiful. Honestly, the reviews were what swayed my stay, however the reviews that I read did not match the experience we had. We had a club level room, (which meant nothing because the club was “closed” per desk staff. I won’t be back to the property, definitely not a “clean” Hilton… needs a remodel badly.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disgust with my stay at Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed roaches hiding in the walls and crawling into the ceiling. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel where people are supposed to rest and sleep. I had just spent an entire day traveling on a plane, only to be met with this appalling situation. To make matters worse, when I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff was rude and initially questioned me as if I were lying. It was only after I provided photographic evidence of the roaches that their tone shifted, and they offered to switch my room. While I was moved to another room, this new room has its own issues, including a heater that does not work properly. Adding insult to injury, I now have to deal with roof construction starting early in the morning, making it impossible to get any rest. This hotel is poorly managed, not well-kept, and frankly, infested. The reviews and photos online are outright misleading, and this experience has completely shattered any trust I had in the Hilton brand. I came to Hilton expecting a clean, comfortable, and worry-free experience. Instead, I am dealing with stress, discomfort, and an unsanitary environment. This is wrong on every level.

Once we checked in I found long black hair all over the bathroom floor, the carpet looked as if it had not been vaccuumed at all. Then when we picked up one of the pillows and the one under it had terrible stains and more long black hair. The experience was disgusting. I had to get us moved and the second room was better, but we had been driving all day long and the last thing we needed was to pack up and have to move a second time. The property looks lovely on the surface, but our experience shows I you surely can't judge a book by its cover.

Everyone at the front desk was really nice very much helpful. Everything went well during my stay. I’ve never stayed at this Hilton before, but I was happy. They had a tub and I could take a nice bath. Also housekeeping was very nice and I love that they had a balcony that you can actually go out on. My only complaint was my noisy neighbor next-door. They were just reckless with the noise, but thank you guys so much. I will definitely stay here again.

Check in is always a hassle whenever I visit Hilton. Check in is at 3pm and I always arrive in town overnight so I don’t check in until 3am -7am the following morning. I make sure I notify the hotel that I will be a late check in and I also call while on my way and also when I am 2 hours out to make sure my reservation is not cancelled. However every time upon arrival the lady behind the desk can never find my reservation and just has me standing there for 20 minutes. I never know what is going on or what she is doing because she never says anything. After driving 10-12 hours this is not what I want to deal with and it has happened all 3 times I have stayed here. Will not be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

As I was about to check out, I received a phone call from the front desk that said I was smoking in my room. Told her I do not smoke. So before I proceeded to leave my room, I went and found someone that works in the hotel to walk in my room and make sure there wasn’t any smoking in my room. The maintenance man came in and checked it out and said he would walk downstairs with me. When I got downstairs, he proceeded to tell the front desk clerk that I wasn’t smoking and it was a smell on the floor that I was staying on. Then she said she charged me $50 late checkout fee and I tried to explain to her that the only reason I was late is because I was trying to find someone to inspect my room so I would not be charged later. Being a Hilton honors member that’s literally in a Hilton hotel 2 to 3 nights out of every week. This is very disappointing.

The front desk clerk’s comment to the guest are awful. The guy who checked me in, was very rude unprofessional and the 2nd request for the room to be cleaned, she “ claiming she do not having access to have someone to clean up” I’ve requested 1st thing in the morning. Return the room is still not cleaned. 4 day stayed & only have had my room cleaned 1x. This is my 3/4th time staying here. Close proximity for my travel. Awful front desk clerk! The last chap that checked me in! Forgive me, his name, very professional & dress as if he’s at work. Very nice. Overall, management needing to do something about the other 2 employees
