Flight arrived early afternoon and they did their best to get us an early check in. Lobby was clean and decorated nicely. When we booked the hotel we were not notified that the pool was not open for the season. That was our plan for the first day so we were upset about that. When we got upstairs to our room, there was a room service tray with half eaton food on the floor outside our door from the previous ocupant. The furniture inside the room should be upgraded. The wooden door of the cabinet that housed the frig was falling off, looks like just stained plywood furniture, just not what I expected for a Hilton property. Hot water for showers was almost non existent for the entire three day stay. The next day when we left our room for brkfst the room service tray was still sitting on the floor. I called downstairs to have it removed. When we came back to our room at 3 in the afternoon the tray was still there. I called downstairs again. Again they said someone would come and get it and no one came. It was not removed until the night before we left when I asked a lady cleaning rooms in the hallway to remove it. Sitting outside by the restaurant on couches provided there was an extremely strong smell of gas. Reported it to the front desk, thinking someone might want to look into it, and in the two hours I was sitting there reading, no one ever came to check on the situation. That was the only sunny spot to sit, so I stayed. Staff was friendly but not productive.

Everything was good, except the back up generator wouldn’t start working I’m assuming. We were without power for a little over a hour.. maybe longer, I ended up falling asleep. It came on for a minute or two & then went right back o out. I thought that’s what the generators were for, to power up immediately if the power was to ever go out. Besides that, it was a smooth stay.

Disappointed there was no room service available when the website states that there is room service. Restaurant was not open in the evening although website states there is a restaurant! Had to order food at the bar and wait there for food order. Bar was understaffed, only 1 person serving and she was taking the food orders and bagging up the food, as well as trying to serve beverages to guests, resulting in long waits for everyone.

The Elevators were in terrible repair. Elevator 2 rumbled and was full of Ghosts of Former guests. The other Elevator one would take you to the 7th floor and leave you to walk down the stairs to the 4th floor . Upon entrance to the elevator on the 4th floor as you set it go to the lower floors it would travel to the 5th floor before taking you to the ground floor.

This is the dirtiest Double Tree I’ve stayed in. Stains in and out of the room (couches, hallways, etc) and the pool was green. They said it was closed for cleaning but something major had to happen for it to be that color.

It’s dressed up real pretty on the outside to walk inside to a completely different experience. It says it’s a no smoking hotel all over, but you walk in and immediately hit with the smell of marijuana and stale cigarettes. In EVERY corner of the hotel. The front desk guy was really nice, but get into the room and a huge stain on the couch. Nothing has been renovated in who knows how long and just DIRTY. We lasted 5 minutes in the room once the bugs started making an appearance. We grabbed all our stuff and checked out immediately. Immediately had to take a shower at our next hotel to get the smell off and the ick.

The staff member provided excellent customer service and always maintained a positive attitude. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Unfortunately, on 12/5 there was a water outage for about an hour. The hotel parking rate is super expensive-25 for self parking. There were stains on my sheets and the couches in the room. The bar soap was used and simply placed back in the container.

The lobby is very nice and clean, area feels safe but you do have to pay $24 a night for parking. Our room had mold in the shower as well as stains on the bed and curtains. The carpet was really dirty as well, in the rooms and in the hallways. The staff members we interacted with were all very friendly.

We ran the water in sink for more than 5 minutes and the water still did not get hot. So we ran the water in the shower thinking it would get hot. It still did not. There was only 1 trash can and it was in the bathroom. Refrigerator was not as cold as we would have liked.

This hotel is older and could use updates. The room seemed clean enough. I booked a King but we were given 2 queens room. We also did not get our chocolate chips cookies! We did appreciate the airport shuttle and the friendly driver.

The curtains in my room were falling down and one window had no black out shade to the lights in the parking lot lit my room all night. The shower floor was very slippery. The bar tender was running food and struggling to keep up with the small group of us (4-6 at various times).

it was fine, staff was AMAZINGLY friendly... but heard constant back and forth of what I can only assume was the elevator equipment. Couch was torn on the arm. Pretty big splotch of red on the carpet (red wine? blood??) and the a/c just didn't seem to keep the room cool. To be fair, it's possible I was doing something wrong, but the instructions seemed pretty simple. Just saying

After checking in I let the man at the counter know that the hot water wasn’t working and fridge wasn’t working, Nothing was done! The next lady on the next shift did nothing either! The next morning I called again, nothing! The engineer arrived the next day at noon and instructed the worker at the desk to change me to another room. He checked the fridge and hot water and both worked. The only worker with customer service skills! I also had to find towels from another room because they only had one set per room and the cleaning staff didn’t have any clean! So sad that a place like this is in business in a prime location. It wasn’t busy time at all. Don’t stay here!!! Double Tree on 3400 Norman Berry drive by the airport!

The room gets high marks for being clean. The reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, though. After being told a shuttle would be at the airport every 30 minutes to pick people up we waited nearly an hour for a DoubleTree van. We called twice to the hotel for assistance. Both times we were told someone would be there. It was late at night and very cold. Finally another shuttle driver felt sorry for us and took us to the hotel. When we got to the hotel we expressed our dissatisfaction. Our complaint was ignored and no apology given by the gentleman checking us in.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Tried to be modest due the events that was taking place over the weekend. Barely had a working shower. maintenance stated it was due to low water pressure and I had to use a technique for approximately 5-8 mins to get the shower to run but will lose water mid shower. It was terrible.. It was July 4th late night.. I was trying to check in but there was no light from outside when I was trying to find this hotel..guess what power outage...I understand..but frontdesk says nothing they can do...nothing..but they asked my name so they can get me refund...yes this is Hilton franchise Doubletree hotel...no accommodation at all? Long story short ..no refund issues yet!

This hotel was suitable for the purpose of our stay. We drove 3.5 hours to Atlanta to get a direct international flight. It's conveniently located to the airport and they offer a 24 hour shuttle service. The neighborhood is not the best, but they have a bar/restaurant on site our food was decent. The condition of the property and rooms is average, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, Timya at the check-in desk in particular. She was really kind, helpful and knowledgable with info about parking and the shuttle service.

Safe property close by the airport. There is staff 24/7 at the valet kiosk that stops cars and monitors those entering the property. I felt comfortable having my rental car parked in the lot. Front desk staff was nice and the property overall was clean. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room and the amenities of the hotel. Overall I am satisfied and would stay at this hotel again.

Its loud because of airplane traffic, but no one is staying here for tourism. This is a nice, clean, easily accessible airport hotel with reliable service to and from airport. Nice bedrooms. Big rooms. Try not to get first floor facing parking lot.

Hotel rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing i didnt like was no complementary breakfast. The breakfast they have avaliable is $20 dollars per serving! On a family of 4 is an easy $100! Way to expensive and inconvenient.

Yes and yes except when I checked in I was told the hours when breakfast was served. Come to find out its not included. It is an $18 dollar charge. I thnlink they purposefully dont tell guests of the charge so we would eat it and be stuck with extra charges.

The hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the warm cookie that greeted me had me in a state of pure bliss. It was especially delightful since I rarely indulge in chocolate-based treats. However, I must mention that the valet and self-parking options were a bit of a hassle. On multiple occasions, I had to leave and return only to find my car blocked by another vehicle. Fortunately, there were plenty of parking spots available if you prefer not to use valet. The on-site restaurant and bar were a great addition to the hotel. They had a pleasant atmosphere and an impressive selection of dishes. I was also impressed with the reasonable prices, as I believe you should be able to expect what you pay for. The pool was open during my stay, and they even offered breakfast options. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
