Everything was good, however the ice machine was bone dry and not operational.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. The staff did not answer calls from our room, and I was left on hold for about 20–30 minutes without getting the assistance I needed. There was also very little communication or explanation about the parking situation, which made things more frustrating. On top of that, the shower turned cold while I was using it. Also was charged for parking and internet which I barely used. The hotel itself had some positives, but the lack of responsiveness, communication, and basic room comfort definitely affected the overall experience. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The hotel overall was very nice. It is in a quiet location with adequate parking. This location is very well maintained. My only issue was that I wished the rooms included a microwave.

Pool was full of leaves at top and bottom of pool water. Had to ask fir someone to come clean ip so it could be used by us and our guests. Also had to request towels. A maintenance man came to drop a pool cleaning device in to vacuum and another came to use net to clean surface. A customer should not have to request this to be done..Facility manager needs to be evaluated as their is big opportunity for improvements. Overall input is that the property appears tired and staff levels low. It may be ok for business travelers who are in and out working all day. This property is most certainly not a destination location for a stay to enjoy amenities. Cafe/Restaurant/Bar are staffed by a single person, two at most in restaurant only. Staff are friendly but limited in what they can provide to reach exceptional customer service on an ingoing basis.
