Pool in bad condition. Yellow-green color. I used the pool broom to attempt to clean the dirt at the bottom and the dirt didn’t move. Half the free weights in the exercise room were missing. The oatmeal for breakfast was watered down for two days. Like soup. Elevator broken and for a 74 year old senior citizen it was difficult to get up three flights of stairs

Everything was great except the pet policy is not advertised correctly on hotels.com It says $100 per accommodation, when I checked in so was told it was per pet. If I had known it was going to cost me $200 for my pets to stay, I never would have booked it. Please fix the listing to say per pet not per accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets. The room was clean. Breakfast was great and the lady who served it was amazing! Staff at the desk was helpful but seems to be always busy to give you their full attention.The swimming pool was dirty and with urine odor so we didn’t swim, even though that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Not sure if we be back unless they will clean the pool. Thank you.

Property and room was perfect! The only thing I would say is they would need to let guests know there is no jacuzzi. Please Residence Inn take that picture off of the profile so everyone knows it’s just a pool. Also the elevator didn’t work and it was a struggle going up the stairs to the third floor with our older family members. Other than that it was perfect!

Hallways were frequently dirty and needed vacuuming. Things were not working like the elevator and computer in the business area. Elevators were out of service for three full weeks. Laundry facility was there but offered no soap or softener dispensers so unless you brought your own you had to go shopping for detergent. Breakfast was the same every day. Plumbing in room needed attention. Drains were slow and partially clogged. Disposal in kitchen sink was not working properly. The stove top in room wasnt working properly and therefor I could not use it to cook anything. I couldn’t even boil water. When I asked for housekeeping all I got was a made up bed and a few new towels. No new sheets. No dishwasher soap. No cleaning of the kitchen.

The staff doesn’t represent the hotel professionally. The TV in my room had cable box and all kinds of wires, tied to the back of it, fire hazard, turned it and it wouldn’t work, maintenance told me to pack up and they would charge my room, after that, no one came to resolve the issue, staff were no where to be found. Pool had feces floating in it. I left the property, also, Wi-Fi didn’t work after many attempts, staff would not help. Nightmare!

The one downside is after we checked in, I called the front desk to tell them there was a horrible noise coming from the AC unit. He already knew it made the noise but booked us in that room anyway. If they know the room has a problem, don’t hook us there and put us in the other room from the start. first!

I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in the area and this has to be one of the best. Location was great not too far from stores restaurants but also tucked away so minimal noise. Room was big really good size and comfortable/convenient. Full kitchen, mini living room. Staff was great friendly and helpful.

The room we were in for night #1 had no working AC, the had brought in a portable window AC which leaked water on the floor next to the bed. Very disappointed in response from hotel staff, they put a towel under it and didn't move us until the next day.

On arrival was told our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. Fortunately they found a room for us, but that was stressful. Not too excited about lots of kids playing sports around property. Hallways reeked of hot seafood, which is disgusting. The room was great and as expected - except tv in bedroom not functional.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. Edna and Preeti made the check-in and check-out process super-fast and easy, which I really appreciated. Kanta greeted us every morning with a warm smile during breakfast and was especially thoughtful in accommodating both my daughter and my dietary preferences. Their hospitality truly made our visit memorable.

Soon as i checked in and went to get my stiff to go in my room. The key didnt work and had to wait for someone to come with a new key. Then the nexy day the key didnt work again and wouldn't gibe my husband a key? Because of his name wasn"t on the room and they seen him with me.

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament from Friday to Sunday. Davis Complex is a 24 minute drive. When we first checked in, we were given the wrong room. We had booked a one-bedroom suite but instead got a studio, which are two completely different types of rooms. It turns out they didn't have a one-bedroom suite available. On Friday, Pearl, the receptionist, was kind and gave us a free night. The next night, we were able to get our one-bedroom suite. The kitchen staff is lovely, especially the African American lady. The location is amazing, The indoor pool is great, and the icing on the cake is the outlets literally next door to the hotel, with great shops like Nike, Adidas, Abercrombie, Hollister, and many more. There are lots of food options available. The elevator is still not working, but the stairs are doable since it is a 3-story building. Currently, they are not charging for parking because the elevator isn't working, which seems fair to me. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The hotel offers a pleasant stay for those attending the soccer tournament.

The Place was clean, had all things we needed & some. The only thing I would change was the TV, to Small. I would put one above it with a movable station to face bed, or Sofa. Possibly 2 extra towels. Especially when you’re u get a room for 4 ppl. The Cop car being parked out by the Corner & thre the darn light right at our faces. We went to get a Pie from Nations…. 15 min later there was 6-7 police suvs out there. The corner & area is very dark. Then some light around the parking lot. However, I do not recommend parking in the back. As there was a couple smoking Pot, right at the ENTRANCE door. The Room was nice though. We just felt a bit unsafe. Don’t know if the cops got called, or if they go there to take a NAP & wait to be called. Honestly. Their lights were OFF & not a beep. Complete Silence. Hmmmmm.

Overall, the stay was good, the only issue that we had was with the breakfast which was not very warm, and my wife found a small spot of mold on her english muffin. Thank you for hosting us.
