Horrible horrible... you pay for extended stay, i had my groceries, but they had absolutely NO DISHWARE...TV the people were blue, NO maintenance, and ONLY ONE housekeeping... REALLY!! I checked out the same day N you all refuse to give me a refund for staying only 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN..HORRIBLE

For the price good stay. Pretty clean good sized room with fridge and microwave. Tv is about a 42in but suitable. Clean but scratches marks and burns on many things. No ice machine you have to freeze your own ice pretty inconvenient ended up going to gas station for ice. Next to Starbucks and fast food options. Hallway smelled like curry the whole stay but room was fine. Bfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal. Basic but suitable. No coffee machine in room or utensils or anything else I guess you check them out at front desk.

They lie about everything, maybe because no 1 knows anything but they lie and steal your money with impunity. I had to clean my own room & because I was forced to stay longer than anticipated they stole my money on the lie about free wifi. Then they gave me the run around with more lies & an attempted theft. Its disgusting

No keys to your room. Had to get someone to open the room door every time you came back to the room. The continental breakfast that was on your sight, was no where to be found. I asked for the breakfast and I was pointing to a coffee pot that had no cups. Had to make my own ice, no ice machine. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again. Just a horrible experience.

As soon as I walked in the lobby, I felt a sense of foreboding. The lobby wreaked of marijuana. The clerk came pretty quickly to help me though. I went up to my room, which was down the most filthy hallway I could imagine; the carpet was black with dirt and people's trash was outside their doors. It was very smelly. When I opened the door to my room, it smelled like spoiled milk or cheese that had gone bad. These are suites, which are advertised as "fully equipped". There was NOTHING in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker. No spoons, plates, cups or anything. The dinner I brought had to be heated in it's storage dish and I had to eat it with my hands. I will never stay here again, nor will I suggest that anyone else do so.

Unfortunately, I don’t usually like to provide negative feedback. 1st when arriving to the hotel I was told “Just a reminder the elevator is out of service” well I was never informed in the 1st place that the elevator was working when making my reservation. The property does accommodate guest with pets which I’m not opposed to. However, the walkways outside of the facility had animal feces that apparently had been there for a while. Inside of the property could’ve been cleaner. Don’t make reservations at this hotel thinking the complementary breakfast is anymore than coffee and hot water to make tea. I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned which was okay but when calling the front desk letting them know I needed additional towels, hand towels and wash cloths I was told to go to the front desk and they would be provided. Needless to say I won’t be staying at this property again while in Vacaville.

The parking lot was crowded with traffic from the fast food and shopping center. The television had no signal, and the room smelled like insecticide. I needed to change rooms for the TV, and that room smelled like chlorine bleach. They have low pressure shower heads.

The white bed cover had dry blood on it, and cockroaches on the counter. Called the office to let them know. She moved me to another room…hot Cheetos on the floor, balloons behind the chair and more cockroaches again. Those rooms obviously don’t get cleaned after someone checks out. When I went to check out the next morning the lady didn’t say 1 word to me. Not friendly at all. Never again

The property has a homeless incampment in the front. There were cockroaches climbing up the wall. No one cleans up after their pets, there was poop everywhere. I left after one night, and I don't care that I won't get a refund. It was so gross.

The staff was all really friendly not matter the time of day or night. Tina, the hotel manager, was able to help me when I was in a bad situation. She did not have to and I greatly appreciate it.

We booked for two night for Thursday and Friday. Because of the heavy traffic plus rain, we arrive there at 2:30 am. I know we are late to check in but we already book and we are telling the guy from lobby we are late because of the traffic but the guy from the lobby said he can’t let us check in because of we are late! How ever we explain or call the Hotel.com customer service, they didn’t let us check in and telling again and again to come back when the sun rise… whoosh! We has our baby in the car and that is not to be ok with a baby waiting in the car till morning. We travel alot and never happen like this before. The worse customer service ever!!!!!!

Brittany, Indigo, Gina, Olivia, and Dustin are by far the most wonderful staff this hotel has to offer. They are so kind, considerate, helpful, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is a 9/10 for the price; the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the coffee is always hot and fresh in the morning. The only thing keeping it from 10/10 is the limited options for the on the go breakfast and the lack of coffee supplies. Overall though, I will definitely choose staying here every time over the other options in the area. Wonderful experience!

Me and my niece went to Aftershock. This hotel we stayed at was available the last minute and very affordable. Although it was a ways I loved it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love that it had a full fridge and kitchen so we can save money on going to eat. Will be booking next year in Sacramento. Extended stay will be my #1 choice.

Brittany, Indigo, Gina, Olivia, and Dustin are by far the most wonderful staff this hotel has to offer. They are so kind, considerate, helpful, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is a 9/10 for the price; the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the coffee is always hot and fresh in the morning.
