Very large rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Dog-friendly hotel is a big plus! Loved the bar! Pool area is small but close to rooms. Pool is small but I enjoyed the atmosphere. This is my 5 star hotel close to Vacaville Premium Outlets.

Hotel was clean. there was a wedding at the convention center that shares the parking lot so parking was difficult. The parking lot does not have a path down the middle so wheeling your luggage around every aisle was irritating. Overall hotel was great. friendly staff, quiet rooms, great breakfast.

Rooms were clean, shopping nearby, beds comfortable, and in my budget. Staff very friendly, and 2 showers in pool are with towels. Breakfast is good. My room had no bathtub. Cons :pool not heated and got real windy, no jacuzzi, microwave is available in lobby, not the room.

Check in is at 3:00 pm Got there 20 min before check in counter person was ready to charge me half the cost of ONE DAY not telling me , plus the security deposit in the same transaction which I understand deposit it’s normal ! The biggest problem LISTEN NO PARKING hotel has a event area next to hotel and most trucks will take two parking spaces but took me over 1 1/2 hours to find one spot front office staff not helpful at all then NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS UOU CALL AND THERE IS EXTRA FEE ! I don’t normally write comments like this on reviews but I will give this facility maybe 2 stars and I’m generous. Food really sucks you are better off at a fast food chain than this restaurant. There are lots of good eating places near facility that’s all but this facility sucks !!

This is now going to be my go-to hotel in the area. Very fair price for a modern, Chic hotel with a restaurant, bar and a hot breakfast that has a lot to offer. They also have a pool that they said was heated but it didn't feel like it was. Very spacious bathroom and seating area in the room. Don't miss this hotel for the others in the area this is the best one!

This is a newer hotel and it's nice. For being a 6-year-old hotel I would expect them to have all LED light bulbs. In fact in all the lamps they are CFLs. It's better for the environment the electrical grid and in the long run cheaper for the hotel so come on let's get with it. It has a very small pool but it is private and nice. Unfortunately there is no hot tub which I think all nice hotels should have. Not much of a view a bunch of businesses surrounding the hotel. The lobby was very nice although I did not like it being pretty much part of the bar. I wish the breakfast was a bit better. I wish there were more choices and I wish it was set up differently. There was milk to drink but not an individual cartons it was in a glass water pitcher so you had to pour the milk yourself. I don't really like that open having everybody grab the milk and things could fall into the glass pitcher. In my opinion it's much better to have individual sealed containers of drink so we know it's 100% sanitary with no chance of nothing getting in it. Any hotel that offers a breakfast should have a pancake maker or a waffle maker, this hotel had neither that was a bit disappointing. Still overall stay I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were verry friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The only issues I had were my blinds were broke and everyday they went up less and less. The shower head needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as it more poured and and not sprayed. The carpet was sticky and needs replaced or deep cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay.

Unfortunately we were welcomed by the roaches from MIB. We found multiple roaches in our shower area and bathroom space. We were comforted but the mysterious stains on the couch. My daughter used a bathroom in the common area and was greeted by yet, another roach. We’ve stayed here multiple times but for some reason something has drastically changed. Lack of care or we were just in a rarely used room either case was left a dissatisfied feeling from the whole family.

The hosts both morning and night were not welcoming. The pool had several huge bundles of hair that we had to take out with the net ourselves. The carpet in the room had several stains. There was no way to turn off a loud sound coming from the bathroom. I asked the host about it and she said she had no idea. Disappointing experience, but you live and learn. Won't go back when I visit Vacaville often. Too many options.

This was a great facility. It was close to many restaurants, shops, and the freeway. It felt like it was in a very safe area. Property was clean, breakfast had lots of great choices. The ONLY reason I did not give this hotel a "5 Star" has to do not with this specific location, but whoever designed the rooms (at the corporate level). The door to the bathroom is a sliding "Barn Door" and looks great and saves room, but it is brushed glass - you can definitely see shapes thru it. When you have teens in the room who want their privacy, this is a bit of an issue. And because it's glass, the light from the bathroom shines thru, which at night when you are trying to sleep, can be distrurbing if you are light sensitive. The bathroom door does not face directly into the sleeping area, so it's not a huge issue, but it is not the best design option IMO. However, everything else about this hotel was outstanding. Great workout area; large, clean lobby with many seating options (couches, tables, etc).

Property was in a great location with dining, shopping and easy access to freeway. We went with another family and with conjoining rooms, which the accommodated. The AC went out in one of the rooms and they were sold out so offered to put them in a different Hyatt but since we only had one more night they decided to stay. They brought us fans and we opened the doors to get air circulating into their room.

My room was large and comfortable with all expected amenities except microwave oven (there is a microwave oven available in the public space). The in-room refrigerator is inside a cabinet to dampen the noise. They have a special system that allows you to Chromecast easily to the TV. Window shade shut out all light. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with non-skid floor, high shower head, and towels inside the shower! Easy-to-use luggage carts provided. Breakfast is complete with hot and cold options. This hotel is way above average and much nicer than I expected in Vacaville. Highly recommend, it's a great value too.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. No microwave in the room. It took a very long time for the shower water to get hot. Breakfast had toast or bagels, no muffins or pastries. The yogurt was in one large bowl. Individuals yogurts are better and can offer different flavors. Probably will not stay here again.

Fairly easy to find. Parking stalls felt constricted. Check in was outstanding. Bad on me for not getting the lady’s name but if I were running a hotel, she would be hired and used to train staff. Layout was nice: lounging, breakfast, bar areas separate but flowed together. Hallways clean, navigation to room was clearly marked. Room clean and good sized. Bed was satisfactory. Cleaning staff was especially outstanding. Warm, friendly, engaging. Breakfast area slightly disorganized due to layout. You can see what they were trying to accomplish but people do not move efficiently in large spaces. They tend to stand in the middle causing congestion. Large breakfast area, decent fare. Would have liked an automatic door to eat outside. Biggest complaint is checkout. Was unable to get a receipt. Stood in line 20 minutes and made no progress so left empty handed. Maybe slide one under the door checkout eve?

Hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve had with my kids. We were all tucked into bed close to 10 and the people above us sounded like they were jumping off their beds onto the ground over and over again. After multiple communications with the front desk about the noise they said the people above me had kids (mind you I have five) and there solution was to offer to move me, after we were all in our pajamas and in bed, I asked if they could move since they were the ones making the noise. She said she’d offer, they never moved apparently but simmered down a little, only to start again at 6:30 am!!!! Pounding over and over again. This was our hotel “sleep” after 8 hrs of driving. And when providing that feed back at night and in AM no sort of olive branch was extended except oh sorry.

Surprised there was only one registration desk on arrival. Hotel description says there is a restaurant on site but there are only a few items that can be purchased at the registration desk. It was raining and the there was only one umbrella and it had already been loaned out. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable and had nice glasses and a coffee maker. We would stay here again as it is convenient for shopping and restaurants as well as the interstate highways.
