Stayed 3 nights

We were looking for something closer to downtown Toronto, but it was a very nice stay. We didn't use the facilities much though, but the hotel itself is very nice.

When we arrived at the hotel there was just one lady at the desk and there was a queue of people. When it was our turn I told the lady that we specifically wanted a room with a balcony, which I also requested when I booking the room. She told us all the rooms had balconies which is not true. We actually had to change rooms because the first room We were given had no balcony. The website is misleading as well because we thought there was free parking automatically once you book a room but that is actually an extra add on. For the remainder two days of our stay there was no internet connection for the Tv which was really bad.

The reception is basically non existent.every time you call, you get voicemail and any message left is not returned. We had issues with overheating in the room.the solution provided was to leave the window open in the middle of a winter storm One nite there was a massive police presence in the lobby.no hotel staff were available to assist hotel guests with alternative access to elevators or even calm guests down that had just got back to the hotel and we're scared me f what could happen to them. Non functioning water dispenser in gym for the whole time we were there. Horrible service.
