Stayed 2 nights

My stay is not good, I didn’t sleep well air conditioning too noisy. I called in the morning before I leave my room to inform front desk that air conditioning is too loud and water glass dirty, towels stain. I expect when I came back to my room my concern must be fix but nothing happened, water glasses still dirty, towels stain. Air conditioning still same I called back again engineer came to fix, after 5min. Back same story, it’s like a broken car too noisy.
