The Dilworth was a nice, clean hotel. Staff at sign in were efficient and friendly and very welcoming to my small dog. The only comment I have was that the breakfast should have had some more gluten free options.

The room was very hot . The air conditioner didn’t work. Couldn’t open the window because the screen was ripped and the roof was at our window. Very noisy. The bathroom was very dirty . Hair in the shower, floor was not clean . The toilet was dirty . The rugs were stained . One thing that was a positive is the guy at the front was very nicely dressed and very pleasant. Continental breakfast was very poor .Needs a total overhaul . Definitely not my favourite hotel.

This hotel is very old and not kept up well. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, bathrooms from the 70’s full of mold, and the beds are in serious need of replacement. Air conditioner did not work. Had to change hotels.
