Small and clean hotel. I booked this as reviews were good and said it was a new hotel. Did not disappoint. Good breakfast choice. Loved the fact that rooms have wooden floor and rug rather than carpet. Room very nice and fantastic shower with excellent pressure and very hot water. Downside was there was work going on in the room above us and it was noisy for a couple of days at 8:30am not ideal if you wanted a lie in. Plus the workers were throwing cigarette stubs on our balcony but that stopped once we mentioned it to management. Free water bottles in room daily and a small gym which was enough. Downside is it’s far from tourist attractions, 45min walk to taxsim sq but it’s a easy walk as there are lots of shops on route. Taxi to Tourist area around 200Tl, that’s £5. Airport taxi £20

We arrived early to the hotel, and the stafff kindly arranged a room for us by 11am! All staff were attentive and very friendly. What stood out for us was the massage and hamam experience, the therapist Jale Öz was fantastic, my husband and I enjoyed a private experience which was lovely. The rooms are clean and breakfast on the top floor was also lovely. It’s a short walk from the metro, but be prepared to use your leg muscles as it’s a bit off a walk, especially if you’ve spent the day out. Overall would defo recommend. For the price you pay it’s exceptional.

Our room was not properly maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, towels were torn, bed sheets were dirty and stained. While this hotel boasts an excellent location, it is definitely not worth more than 2 stars, given its (lack of) cleanliness.

This is my second time here. The best hotel in Istanbul. Ercan and his FB crew were exceptional. Rooms were crystal clean every day. Breakfast was better in the hotel than restaurants outside. Will be coming here every year.

Pleasant stay at the Ramada. The room waa spacious, clean and comfortable. Only gripes are the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation causing it to get very hot & wish the the AC vent had a directional feature as the air flow directly hits the beds which gets very cold overnight. Daily breakfast was good, staff was friendly and location was clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again as its a great value.

Due to flight delay my reservation was cancelled cause my reservation was to pay at the property, Got short notice 2 hours before cancellation, tried hard to pay while at the airport but no body wanted to help me keep my reservation, contacted Expedia for help but no body helped me at all, Expedia customer service person I spoke with hanged The phone on me, arrived Istanbul at 1 in the morning and headed to the hotel looking to find a room to spend the night, my negotiation with staff ended up either to sleep on the street while cold and rainy for two senior above 70. Any way the staff called a hotel and found a room for me for double price usually charge, had to agree in order not to stay at the street, the hotel I moved in manipulated mea gain by assigning a terrible room, with terrible behavior from the hotel staff.anyway I would say that Expedia treated me very bad rather than helping me(shame on Expedia person I called for help. Shame on Ramada staff for not helping me and looks like all was planned between the two hotels.

We stayed a two full weeks in Istanbul at the Ramada Encore. It was great! The location was convenient and away from the main traffic. Neighborhood was safe and had many cute coffee shops near by. Many local restaurants that tasted great. Cleaning staff really went out of there to make sure our room was cleaned even if it was requested later in the day. If we had any requests from the front desk they would be at our door within minutes. All staff were very friendly and kind and so helpful in many ways! I have not seen a hotel staff like this. Well done!

Liked the room, excellent breakfast. We had paid for the accommodation before we checked in. One night before we were scheduled to leave we settled other bills: drinks, juice. On the day of check out as we were getting into the taxi, a staff member said we had not paid for accommodation. I provided my visa statement showing we had paid. The counter staff wanted to see the receipt as their system was not showing this. I had to take out my suitcase, locate the receipt & show it before we were permitted to leave. We had to pay extra waiting charges for the taxi. Very bad experience. Received no apologies.

Hi after being disappointed with hotel I booked from England, I am so glad I stayed at Ramada Encore. What can I say about the level of customer service here. Every one at Ramada has been so friendly and helpful. Especially Buthan, Erken, Ceres,Yunus, Kerem and Rita. They have all helped me with anything I needed and also helped with with directions to metro and how I can visit each place. Help from all these staff has made by stay better. The breakfast here is outstanding. Definitely recommend. We have enjoyed the high level of breakfast on offer and the facilities available at the hotel like massage and hammam. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my family and friends and if I come to Istanbul again will be staying at Ramada Encore. Check out was so smooth thanks to Syrene EFe was so friendly and helped with putting my bags in storage while I could go out for a bit as my flight was later on.

The main advantage of this property is that it is new. It's a converted apartment building on a busy street, in the midst of other apartment buildings. Lower floors may be noisy. Værelserne er rene. Hvis man ikke er med bil, ligger det nærmeste metro 10-15 min gå afstand. Ved ind tjekning til hotellet blev vi ikke informeret om morgenmad og Appelsin juice ikke er med i prisen på morgenmad. Der blev vi overrasket over at vi ved ud tjekning skulle betale ca. 500 kr for de appelsin juice vi fik. Ellers ok hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada Encore Sislí. The location is great and has many nearby dining options. The front desk provided a Istanbulkart card for the train station and kindly mapped out directions for sights I was interested in. The breakfast is awesome and includes something for everyone. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit to Istanbul.
