Lovely room cleaned daily good gym and spa which I used often very helpful staff. The only downside was the Atrax restaurant, I had a meal with my wife my order was wrong which was changed my wife ordered the steak which inedible so tough and the vegetables and potatoes were cold on returning the dish it came back with the same vegetables that were sent back , still cold the steak was better but not great. The staff didn’t even enquire if the meal was now to our satisfaction and stated after they were busy , the most expensive meal of our short stay but definitely the worst. Shame as we had cocktails there the previous few nights when it wasn’t busy and the staff were great.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Next door to an aquarium and shopping center. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool area was large and the spa beautiful. The back gate leads you out to the oceanside walk which is lovely for an evening stroll.

This hotel has a great pool and gym. Perfect place to relax after spending some time exploring Istanbul. It’s also right next door to a mall which provided a lot of entertainment (shopping, aquarium, movies, etc). While the buffet breakfast is quite expensive, it’s expected for such a hotel. You can avoid it by just walking over to one of the many cafes in the mall. Overall, a quiet, clean and enjoyable hotel to stay in.

Disgrace. They shouldnt be allowed to display the outdoor and pool photos in the sun, when the entire thing is closed due to refurbishments. As well, as the rooftop bar. Literally not one place in the sun to sit. Did they make me aware of this before arrival? of course not. Did they offer me any compensation? Of course not.

En kötü tecrübe ise sabaha karşı 04:30 gibi oda servisi tarafından siparişiniz var diye uyandırılmaktı. Yanlış odaya getirmişler. Sabah çıkış öncesi de (10h00) gibi kapı sert bir şekilde vurularak çıkmamız gerektiği bildirildi. 5 yıldızlı bir otelden beklenmeyecek bir davranıştı. Bunun çok daha insancıl ve kibar yolları varken bu nasıl bir davranış..! Maalesef ilk defa denemek için geldiğimiz bu otelden memnun kal(a)madık.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and this hotel is our least favorite. Our bathroom was dirty. There was mold in and around the top of our tub and the drain in the shower was dirty. We left at 8am and requested our room to be cleaned. We returned at 4pm and they only had just started cleaning our room. The only bonus of this hotel is that you are close to a very nice mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately we were there for business and didn’t get to enjoy the mall but it was convenient when trying to eat after working all day.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Frau Mereyem die das Zimmer sauber gemacht hat ,war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war immer tipptopp. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer allgemein ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Im Zimmer hört man gar nichts … EinkaufsMöglichkeiten zu Fuß 3 Minuten. Alles perfekt.

Everything was amazing and faultless, the staff were great, and the accommodations were exemplary. The only concern was during our last night at the hotel, there was a wedding that lasted till 1-ish am, and it was loud, and everything can be heard from our room; from the dancing to the music. It is understandable that there will be weddings in that location, as it is a beautiful location, it’s just that it is a bit difficult to sleep, especially if you have a sick person or a young child. But other than that concern, it was a lovely and impeccable stay. Will definitely be staying again in the future. And I would like to thank everyone for such an amazing week.

The place is generally good. Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be improved in terms of comfort. Although the rooms are fairly soundproof, I can confirm that the hotel hosts events that may disturb you. During my stay, there were wedding celebrations, and the reception area is close to several rooms—I had to wait until 12:30 a.m. before the loud music stopped and I could sleep. My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul-Florya for five nights starting on August 30th, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. From the moment we checked in, things started poorly when the staff refused our request for an upper-floor room and wouldn't credit our IHG account the points for the stay because we made our reservation through Expedia. The room we were assigned was damp and smelled musty, like a wet basement. To make matters worse, the AC broke down twice during our visit. The location by the sea is one of the few positives, as it's perfect for taking a stroll and enjoying beautiful Istanbul sunsets. There's also a nearby upscale mall with plenty of shops and restaurants offering both Turkish and international cuisines. While the location is great, the overall experience could have been much better with better service and a more comfortable room.

The hotel was mixed. Front lobby staff was great as was the dinner dining room, but room service was a challenge. Housekeeping did fine, but didn't replace things we used, like the cups and spoons for tea and when I went to the bar and asked for a separate cup to take to my room (my cups were not replaced), they didn't make it easy.

Crown Plaza Florya is one of our favorite hotel that we enjoy staying in Istanbul. There is one thing I would like to bring forward that we are not happy and we don't find it polite that reception is running a mini bar check during check-out specifically to Turkish customers. Foreigners who are processed before us during check-out have only been asked about their mini bar usage and no checks have been run. They have only been told "goodbye", that's it. It is completely non-sense, shameful that we (as turkish passport holders) have been gone through this unpolite check while staying in a hotel costs 200$-300$ per night and such a huge brand, this hotel, assuming that we wil runaway without paying whatever we spent from mini bar. This is an extremely shameful and disrespectful application.

호텔 자체는 근처 쇼핑몰도 있고 괜찮습니다. 다만 만약 이스탄불 공항에 가까운 호텔을 생각하신다면 별로입니다. 안내에는 공항에서 차로 가깝다고 되어 있으나 이는 아타투르크 공항(예전 공항)을 의미하며 공항에서 차로 40분 택시비가 약 6만원 정도 나오니 transfer목적으로 선택하신다면 추천드리지 않습니다.

It is a 5 star hotel but can use some decor updates. The buffet is great, the pool is lovely. Right next to Aquarium and a large mall with many restaurants. Just be aware it is not in the middle of Istanbul, but further over on the European side.. with traffic it took over 2 hrs to get from SAW airport

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Florya and was genuinely impressed with how ideal the location is. Being right on the seafront meant waking up to beautiful views of the Marmara Sea every morning, which was such a treat. What made it even more convenient was that the hotel is literally next to Aqua Florya Shopping Mall—just a few steps away. Whether I wanted to grab a coffee, do a bit of shopping, or find somewhere nice to eat, everything was right there. I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was consistently spotless and comfortable, and I have to give a special mention to Fidel, our lovely housekeeper. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always made sure our room was perfectly clean and well-maintained.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und unser hatte seitlichem Meerblick, Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr umfangreich und abwechselnd. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas ausserhalb des Stadtteils Bakirköy direkt an einer grossen Shoppingmall Aqua Florya mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten gelegen. Mit der Metrolinie B1 ist man auch schnell in der Altstadt, die Haltestelle ist ca 500 Meter vom Hotel entfern. (Kostet Stand 15.05.25 - 60 TL pro Strecke. Alternativ kann man auch mit dem Tax fahren das kostet ca 20 Euro. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel etwas weg vom Trubel und ich denke wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
