I had booked premise. Once booked premise emailed saying their cable was out and dining room closed. When we arrived our room keys did not work but cleaning staff took and had rekeyed them. At night rear patio door only had light sheer curtains and a light shone into room WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately, Pinestone is in-between ownership and it shows. Staff not getting paid until new ownership. Very tired and dated interior. We were notified prior that the TV was not working and the on site restaurant was closed. Disappointing. The biggest let down was not being notified about the planned power outage overnight and into the morning. Unable to shower and flush the toilet. SERIOUSLY?? Won't be staying there again

The location was aware of a scheduled power outage and did not notify us at the time of check in. There were no tv channels and when we called the front desk to find out why - they said it was noted on the website and we should know about that. They said there was a change of ownership. I have never been so dissatisfied

Not so good! A property well past its prime! I was shocked to see how poor the condition was remembering how it looked in the 80s & 90s! Absolutely no investment has been put into this place!
