OMG- 1st of, I can not tell you how comforting it was to have the host reply to my messages almost instantly. That was a HUGE plus for me, not to mention how BEAUTIFUL the home is. The decor is fabulous. And the Casita was a Bonus for us as my husband and I needed a little get away and this was PERFECT. The casita is equipped with a small washer/Dryer combo which we didn’t use but if we were there longer, it would have been used. We were also delighted that the Casita had a Micro, fridge, water and snacks, Coffee maker and Tea, which we enjoyed. Like I said, the Decor of the home was Fabulous. Every room had a comfy bed which made us feel at home. The home was supplied with plenty of snacks for us as well. We ended up not using the hot tub in back, but wished we would have. The home was large enough for our guests who helped celebrate my daughter in law. Our guests used the pool table which came in handy. THANK YOU AGAIN for allowing us to host our Daughter in laws 30 Surprise party. She was totally surprised.

Open kitchen and dining worked well for entertaining family for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the extra backyard casacitta when infant showed up and needed a quiet baby rooom. Home has hot tub, but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Would recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay here. This house was everything that we wanted and needed to make my daughter’s birthday special! The first night we played pool to the late hours which was my daughter’s first time to play pool and it was a perfect space to teach her. The beds are extremely comfortable and the master bathroom is anyone’s dream bathroom. There is plenty of space for a small group of 4 (like us) or a large group of 8. There is a small casarita in the backyard that anyone could “live” in. The next two nights were spent enjoy the amazing hot tub that was well taken care of and extremely clean. We also used the grill on the patio the last night. The owners who very accessible and offered anything we needed to make the stay perfect - but we needed nothing because the house had everything already. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque look no farther. This is the place!

If you want to be close to everything in Albuquerque but not have to stay downtown this is the perfect spot. The location is great and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard is amazing with the turf, cornhole and hot tub. I highly recommend this spot for your next trip to ABQ.

If you are not use to bars on windows and doors, this neighborhood, may make you feel uncomfortable. It’s city life. I’m a lead housekeeper for a property management company. This home was very clean, well stocked, with kitchen supplies and towels. Hair dryer in main house only worked on cool, the little casitas in back yard is adorable, and comfy. Very nicely decorated, and we never felt uncomfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood, based off our days. We loved hot tub, but could use a better filter, and yards were neat and tidy. I would rent again. My experience at this home was great, and out ways the negatives that I have stated.

The property was just as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. Appreciated the nice yard, hot tub and casita. Owner was very responsive and went beyond in handling a hot tub issue. There are city light views from the front yard. It’s a working class neighborhood, and even though bars are on the windows, we didn’t feel unsafe. Loved the sound of the rooster. It was nice to have detergent in the laundry room. Regular cable for the TV’s would be the only suggestion for those of us that like news channels, HGTV and such when winding down in the evening.

Big gap around the front door is probably where they’re coming in. Master bedroom bed was awful but rest of the beds were comfy. A few other minor issues but would probably stay here again.

We stayed at this rental for a week with our three adult children and two small dogs. It is evident that effort has been made to upgrade and keep up this older home. The space is as described and worked well for our family. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is stocked well enough for basic meals although we struggled a bit with a few of other meals we planned. Overall the house was clean, however there were a few minor things that were overlooked. If we were ever in Albuquerque again, we would return.

Check in was easy and communication with host was great. Nice big backyard for our dogs , which they enjoyed. House was clean and functional . Neighborhood Walmart is close by and any attractions you would want to see in Albuquerque are within 20 mins. There was construction on freeway so it would be faster once that is done .

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had everything our family needed—nothing was lacking. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything easy. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and it’s conveniently located not far from the freeway. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay again!

Leading up to our stay Kendra and John were really good with communication and on the day we checked in they made sure to reach out and see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. Check in was easy and everything was just as promised in the listing. There were even holiday decorations up! The house and casita were perfect for our group and we had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a comfortable break away.
Leading up to our stay Kendra and John were really good with communication and on the day we checked in they made sure to reach out and see if there were any issues or if we needed anything. Check in was easy and everything was just as promised in the listing. There were even holiday decorations up! The house and casita were perfect for our group and we had everything we could need. I would highly recommend this location for those looking for a comfortable break away.

Check in was easy and communication with host was great. Nice big backyard for our dogs , which they enjoyed. House was clean and functional . Neighborhood Walmart is close by and any attractions you would want to see in Albuquerque are within 20 mins. There was construction on freeway so it would be faster once that is done .

My family and I rented this lovely home for a one night stay, because we had an early flight the following morning. The home was cozy, clean, and well appointed. I can’t say enough good about Jon, the property manager, who was a fantastic communicator when we needed him! There was a small glitch at the beginning of our stay, and he was SO QUICK to remedy the situation with kindness, apology, and understanding. We rent homes regularly, and this assistance was a huge boon for us!! We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to others.

The location for what we were there for was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with. I like that I wasn't required to do any type of cleaning before leaving the cleaning fee was worth it.

WE came to Albuquerque for Gathering of Nations Powwow 2025. This property was 14 miles from the event. EVERYTHING about the property was absolutely INCREDIBLE !!! The pics didn't begin to tell how wonderful this was.....my dawgz were in heaven....and we, as guests, could NOT have been HAPPIER !!! If you want to be close to everything in Albuquerque but not have to stay downtown this is the perfect spot. The location is great and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard is amazing with the turf, cornhole and hot tub. I highly recommend this spot for your next trip to ABQ.

If you are not use to bars on windows and doors, this neighborhood, may make you feel uncomfortable. It’s city life. I’m a lead housekeeper for a property management company. This home was very clean, well stocked, with kitchen supplies and towels. Hair dryer in main house only worked on cool, the little casitas in back yard is adorable, and comfy. Very nicely decorated, and we never felt uncomfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood, based off our days. We loved hot tub, but could use a better filter, and yards were neat and tidy. I would rent again. My experience at this home was great, and out ways the negatives that I have stated.

The property was just as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. Appreciated the nice yard, hot tub and casita. Owner was very responsive and went beyond in handling a hot tub issue. There are city light views from the front yard. It’s a working class neighborhood, and even though bars are on the windows, we didn’t feel unsafe. Loved the sound of the rooster. It was nice to have detergent in the laundry room. Regular cable for the TV’s would be the only suggestion for those of us that like news channels, HGTV and such when winding down in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had everything our family needed—nothing was lacking. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything easy. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and it’s conveniently located not far from the freeway. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay again!

Property was spotless, beds were comfortable, furniture in living room could use a refresh...OK but not so comfortable. Hot tub was nice, clean, and hot! What a treat after 600 miles in the car! Pool table would be great for kids but for more serious players (APA / BCA) don't bother to bring your sticks. Upon arrival it was determined the A/C wasn't functioning correctly and house was hot. I called John, the host, he immediately reached out to owner who came with a crew to work on A/C that evering. When it was determined that a part was needed, they returned with 3 window A/C's and installed them in key areas. By Day 2, late in day, the part was located and replaced. Air conditioner was back in business and working great!Location was alittle out of the way (far west mesa) but nice view of the mountains and City. Several dogs in neighborhood who can be alittle noisy when sitting on patio but more often than not, they were inside and we didn't know they were there. All in all, a great stay. The A/C issue could have ruined the trip but property manager and owner were so responsive and helpful that I couldn't complain. We had a great stay and will be back!

As a group of 7, spanning 4 generations from age 2 to 79, this was a great place for us. The hosts were very communicative, and obviously took our comfort and enjoyment seriously. Lots of little add-ons or touches that just made everything simple, comfortable and easy. We enjoyed the family games and pool table on the one rainy day. The outside area and hot tub were great! We will definitely be back
