Our stay was WONDERFUL really due to the service provided by all of the staff. We arrived in ABQ at midnight and the staff was quick to provide friendly shuttle service. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Only down side was the hot tub. It has been hit and miss the last few times we stayed. Either it was working or it had problems. Other than that. The stay is always good. Been staying there everytime we come to town the last few years.

This was a great property. The staff was helpful and very concerned that we were happy and having a good stay. Breakfast had many options and was nicely set up. The only area I was disappointed about was the hot tub. It was closed for repairs.

A great experience. Max from the front desk called before we arrived to let us know everything would be ready when we arrived. Check in was painless, and my boy was able to get some swimming in. Pool area and guest laundry were sparkling and washing machine and dryer worked. This hotel actually has a security guard who drives and walks the parking lot which made the wife and I feel safe, since we are smokers and would be outside in the parking lot. Security did this every hour and we felt better about our vehicles security. In the morning bacon and eggs were great as well as the coffee and juice. Checkout was a piece of cake and got excellent service from JT and Avy. I will admit that I was skeptical about this stay, being that I have always used Embassy Suites, but I admit that after the excellent service and welcoming nature of Max, JT, and Avy and the great job of housekeeping and the breakfast prep crew we have just found our “Go To” hotel for our stays in Albuquerque New Mexico. Last thing, I was absolutely impressed and astonished at the cleanliness of the hotel but mainly our room. From roof to floor, even the mini fridge was spotless as well as the microwave. Seriously I don’t give reviews but again, very impressed and satisfied with Comfort Suites. Like I said bye bye embassy suites, comfort suites is our new home away from home. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. I had read a lot of reviews beforehand and can definitely see why this location has such high ratings. Upon entering the lobby, it smells amazing! Not just a masked clean smell, but it smells and looks truly immaculate. Room, bed, and bathroom were all fantastic. Beds were quite comfortable and rooms were very clean. Continental breakfast was vast and the coffee w to-go mugs was an unexpected treat to take with me. So thankful for a delightful stay, amidst a stressful week. Will absolutely be back when I return to Albuquerque.

Well it was our first time staying at this hotel, friday night was good but saturday morning was laying down and found a bed bug! Told the front about it switched me rooms! Even though they switched me rooms my wife wasnt able to sleep just thinking we found one!

When I first arrived to the property, my room the first room I had didn’t smell so great so I went down to the front desk. They didn’t have any other rooms cause they were booked for the night, but they did move me the next day. I did end up check out early. They didn’t even allow me to get the early checkout or money back for the early check out due to the fact that there was nobody on duty to clean the room so they had to charge me for the night with no one in the room, but majority of the staff was great. The manager is sketchy didn’t get to meet him, but he had a whole lot to say on the phone to employees. All in all the situation could’ve been handled a lot better but other than that, it was a great day.

This property (Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport) was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room (a King bed) was spacious and comfortable after a long drive. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. The morning breakfast was typical for hotels with hot and cold options. Not much fresh fruit and no pastries, but there were bagels and a toast option. We woudl stay again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was mostly clean just the bathroom sink and shower floor were wiped but needed a little more attention to detail. Hot tub timer was broken but the jets worked. Our stay was pleasant overall.

Our stay was great. There was a pill found by the couch and a hair hanging in the bathroom vent. We did tell front desk and they were very nice about and apologize. They right away told housekeeping.

Spacious room and clean overall, no issues with Wi-Fi or anything else really. The complimentary breakfast was pretty nice to my surprise, was able to make a solid breakfast sandwich. Everything about this hotel was excellent and value priced. Large, clean, very well taken care of rooms and hotel on the whole. Breakfast was the standard pre made and heated up fare, but they were more conscious of dietary needs than some others, providing no sugar syrup and so forth. Also a good supply of proteins--not just bread and high carb junk. Extra treat was I was there for the balloon festival. Hotel is situated so one whole side of it takes in the valley view, hence all the balloons--some of which were only a few hundred feet away! (Ask for a room with an odd number to enjoy the view.) Already told hubby about it and we will return when opportunity arises!

it is a great hotel to stay at after you get royally screwed [yet again] by united airlines, next to a bar and the airport. as I was leaving I asked the front desk if they had a shuttle to the airport and to my amazement she said "I can take you right now" as she was picking up the keys to a car that was parked right outside the front door.

When we got there at 136am the staff was not at her desk. We called and rang the bell for 15 plus minutes. When she finally came to the desk looking groggy, she claimed she was gone for 5 minutes and not even an apology. I get it’s the late shift and she was probably taking a nap and was tired but how deep of a sleeper do you have to be to not hear the buzzer? That was loud as hell, and we were calling at the same time while ringing it!

Room was clean and spacious. Hot breakfast buffet was good but I've had better. One nearby restaurant. No nearby shopping. Ample parking. Main problem I had was no one available at the front desk. When I arrived to check in after 9 hours on the road, I waited at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up. I called the front desk while I was standing there. The phone rang unanswered then hung up after 30+ rings. I called again and the phone remained unanswered. There were at least 3 portable phones by the ringing phone. Perhaps if the absent front desk person had one of them he could have answered. Finally, Daniel showed up saying that he had to be away for a few minutes for some reason. Didn't apologize for the wait after I told him I'd been waiting and had called a couple times. When I checked out the next day, again no one a the front desk. I finally just put my key in the key deposit cup after waiting for a couple minutes and left. I won't be coming back to this hotel because of the lack of service. Every other hotel I stayed at during my 12 day trip always had someone there to assist with my needs.
