we arrived at the motel after midnight, 2 rooms with 2 beds each. The lobby was messy, and there were medication bottles that belonged to the person working the desk out on the guest table, and she told us that they were overbooked, so she had needed to force someone else to leave in order to have our rooms clean in time. She was visibly confused and kept making simple mistakes. Once we received our keys (which needed to be rekeyed twice), my son and I checked into one room, and my friend and her daughter checked into the room next door. My room had not been cleaned. There were body hairs in the bed, and the sheets and linens were freshly stained. There was blood splatter on the CEILING, there were dog prints on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and the trash cans were full. We ended up staying next door in my friend's room (so we had to share beds), and there were also stains on the bedding, what appeared to be vomit on the ceiling and wall near the door. We got through the night and were woken up when someone walked into the room at 7:30am. We went to the lobby to complain, the clerk literally behaved as though she was on heavy pain medication, and she refused to give us a refund. We will be taking this further to make sure we receive our money back. Photos attached.

BEWARE. This property is not what the pictures show. My daughter and I showed up to check in and didn't even get out of the car. The property was dirty and had homeless people in the parking lot. One man came up to our window with his hand out. So we left. I forfeited the $139.00 which was a ripoff, rather than stay there. I wouldn't stay there if it was only $50.00 a night. The property was not like the picture on Expedia, it has been painted a dark gray color.

Worse place to stay. Rooms are old have items not working. We had to change rooms. Then the new room smelled like cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was not working. Lots of homeless hanging out on the property. When we checked in the lobby it was full of everywhere. A guy was just sitting there not sure if he was staying there or not. In the morning I went to turn the key in and no one there. A guy eating flag a women then said are you checking out you can leave the key. He could have said that when I walked in instead of letting me stand there for a while. Don’t recommend at all. Pictures make it look great and it’s not.

I paid for 2 nights stay king bed. Had to find other accommodation no room at hotel. Got hit up for money from a couple of homeless. One person staying there was staying up outside all night while his wife and daughter slept because it wasn’t safe. Can’t get a refund unless I pay $90 up front,,so much for making a reservation with Expedia.

We never checked in. The property was sketchy just pulling in the parking lot so many vagrants around. the young lady at the desk was so nice and helped us get a room that was safe for 2 women traveling alone. This should absolutely be removed from an online reservation list!!!!!

I paid for the room via Hotels.com but was unable to stay there. When I arrived, there were drug deals and prostitution going on in the parking lot and right in front of the office! It was unsafe, with gang activities. I couldn't leave my car. The hotel refused to give me a refund. Nightmare.

The manager was a very nice person. However the breakfast was very limited. I only saw orange/apple juice, bread for toast, oatmeal. The TV channels was very limited. Very few channels. The floor in the room was dirty. The HVAC was hard to control. I turned it down a degree and was cold. Turned it up a degree was warm.

Bed covers stained. Stain on two of the rags and towels. I'm a burqueño myself, so I know the city is a little rough, but damn there was dopeheads all around that area. (Heidi) the maintenance man, and the women at the desk in the morning are all very friendly. Thank you guys. But the rooms could really use an upgrade old tv, (remote didn't work) had trouble getting the door open everytime I went in and out of the room.

First of all, my highest rank was service. Heidi was stellar! Super friendly and helpful. She has a hard job! I think that this hotel houses previously homeless people. Which fine, and I commend that. But it should be indicated somewhere in the profile that there are different clientele and that there may be a bit of chaos. I'm all for housing the homeless, and even though I was prepared to find a different one, I didn't. I stayed.. There was a fight outside my room in the middle of the night. The environment was rough. The room looked clean, but it was not. I mopped the floor with a towel. You can see the pic of the result. I did it 3 times. The A/C is really loud and difficult to sleep at night. I figured out that if I put the A/C to 60F in the evening and turned it off when I went to bed, the heat wouldn't bother me until about 5am. All of the bathroom linens were stained, some so stained that I wouldn't use them. The sink fixture leaked, so I had to keep a town next to it. The shower curtain would not keep water from flowing out, no matter how much I tried to keep it up against the wall and tub, so towels down there. If budget is key for you and you can manage everything mentioned, then go for it. If you are at all a bit squeamish, pay more to be in WDo.

The worst service, horrible, the toilet seat was loose and they didn't fix it, the beds weren't cleaned, the room never came to clean, I had to ask for towels so I could have breakfast and lunch, coffee with Maria cookies!!!!!

I knew this was a cheap hotel when i got it but there’s no excuse. The blankets had blood stains , floor was dirty, the remote to the tv didn’t work. We notified front text via phone . No one showed up. I had to go tell them in person for anything to get done .

Room was not ready when we arrived because they were "understaffed". Once the room was "ready", we had to leave a window open due to the almost unbearably strong cleaning chemical smell. Heidi was very nice, but we were unable to use the shower or sink for most of our stay because all water coming out was extremely too hot to even touch. It was "fixed" for just an afternoon. Clearly did not know how to use or adjust their new water heaters. Broken latch on door. An employee entered our room while we were inside. Missing leg from the fridge. Everything was a pretty hot mess to say the least. Thought Wyndam was a good company. I was clearly wrong. Waiting to hear about a partial refund or credit.

Worse place to stay. Rooms are old have items not working. We had to change rooms. Then the new room smelled like cigarette smoke and the refrigerator was not working. Lots of homeless hanging out on the property. When we checked in the lobby it was full of everywhere. A guy was just sitting there not sure if he was staying there or not. In the morning I went to turn the key in and no one there. A guy eating flag a women then said are you checking out you can leave the key. He could have said that when I walked in instead of letting me stand there for a while. Don’t recommend at all. Pictures make it look great and it’s not.

This is a terrible hotel. Room door was hard to open. We had no hot water for tub. It must have not been hooked up right as sink had very hot water. Bed was comfortable. They indicated breakfast but basically not with what they offered

The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. Other than that, stay away from the motel if you want a good night sleep. It is so noisy that we hardly got any sleep that night due to the traffic and people talking outside.

Well, let’s see the reservation was made and I checked in at 3 AM and they had no room for me. They gave my room away then they didn’t want to refund my money and they had no excuse for their poor service. I would I will not use hotels.com to book any more rooms ever again and the hotel is totally responsible for it and she gave me my money back.

we arrived at the motel after midnight, 2 rooms with 2 beds each. The lobby was messy, and there were medication bottles that belonged to the person working the desk out on the guest table, and she told us that they were overbooked, so she had needed to force someone else to leave in order to have our rooms clean in time. She was visibly confused and kept making simple mistakes. Once we received our keys (which needed to be rekeyed twice), my son and I checked into one room, and my friend and her daughter checked into the room next door. My room had not been cleaned. There were body hairs in the bed, and the sheets and linens were freshly stained. There was blood splatter on the CEILING, there were dog prints on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and the trash cans were full. We ended up staying next door in my friend's room (so we had to share beds), and there were also stains on the bedding, what appeared to be vomit on the ceiling and wall near the door. We got through the night and were woken up when someone walked into the room at 7:30am. We went to the lobby to complain, the clerk literally behaved as though she was on heavy pain medication, and she refused to give us a refund. We will be taking this further to make sure we receive our money back. Photos attached.

First of all, my highest rank was service. Heidi was stellar! Super friendly and helpful. She has a hard job! I think that this hotel houses previously homeless people. Which fine, and I commend that. But it should be indicated somewhere in the profile that there are different clientele and that there may be a bit of chaos. I'm all for housing the homeless, and even though I was prepared to find a different one, I didn't. I stayed.. There was a fight outside my room in the middle of the night. The environment was rough. The room looked clean, but it was not. I mopped the floor with a towel. You can see the pic of the result. I did it 3 times. The A/C is really loud and difficult to sleep at night. I figured out that if I put the A/C to 60F in the evening and turned it off when I went to bed, the heat wouldn't bother me until about 5am. All of the bathroom linens were stained, some so stained that I wouldn't use them. The sink fixture leaked, so I had to keep a town next to it. The shower curtain would not keep water from flowing out, no matter how much I tried to keep it up against the wall and tub, so towels down there. If budget is key for you and you can manage everything mentioned, then go for it. If you are at all a bit squeamish, pay more to be in WDo.

BEWARE. This property is not what the pictures show. My daughter and I showed up to check in and didn't even get out of the car. The property was dirty and had homeless people in the parking lot. One man came up to our window with his hand out. So we left. I forfeited the $139.00 which was a ripoff, rather than stay there. I wouldn't stay there if it was only $50.00 a night. The property was not like the picture on Expedia, it has been painted a dark gray color.

We never checked in. The property was sketchy just pulling in the parking lot so many vagrants around. the young lady at the desk was so nice and helped us get a room that was safe for 2 women traveling alone. This should absolutely be removed from an online reservation list!!!!!

I paid for the room via Hotels.com but was unable to stay there. When I arrived, there were drug deals and prostitution going on in the parking lot and right in front of the office! It was unsafe, with gang activities. I couldn't leave my car. The hotel refused to give me a refund. Nightmare.

The manager was a very nice person. However the breakfast was very limited. I only saw orange/apple juice, bread for toast, oatmeal. The TV channels was very limited. Very few channels. The floor in the room was dirty. The HVAC was hard to control. I turned it down a degree and was cold. Turned it up a degree was warm.
