First of all the staff is really kind and helpful, that has to be said as a first. They are very hospitable for sure. The hotel itself is however very outdated. The bed sheets had literally holes in them, and the bed was very hard. The room is also quite small, and our door had trouble opening up, so we had to ask multiple times for someone to assist on it. Moreover, the walls are super thin, so we could hear anyone just moving past our doors, and also the neighbours in the room next to us fighting. The location is fine, and great if you want to explore the old parts of Istanbul. We also tried the spa facilities and were not blown away by that either. The sauna does not get warm enough, and the steam room is very noisy, so you can't really relax in that room. The hammam experience was really nice though and the therapists are very kind. We also got a small gift upon our departure which was a nice thought. Basically the owner is just really trying to get maximum revenue for as little as possible expense and it shows. Staff is great though.

We arrived at 3:00 am at the hotel. We received a warm welcome. With vanities and great beds. We slept as in out home both days. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It is well located close to the major attractions in walking distance. If I return I would choose them again

Excellent location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit small but this was fine for us and the convenient location more than made up for it. Towels and pillows were clean, but a little marked. We would definitely stay again if we came back to istanbul

Rooms were very small but clean and comfortable.good strong shower. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Taxi was arranged for us and was on time. When we left a small present was presented to my wife which was a nice thought. It's location is great. Blue Mosque is a couple of mins away. Lots of good places to eat. The included buffer breakfast was varied but the hot selection was tepid at best! Overall we enjoyed our stay
