An amazing hotel, built from stone blocks. Added bonus was live music on the rooftop deck with a dinner menu. Hotel arranged for a driver to take us around to the main attractions….Karahan Tepe, Gobekli Tepe etc. A memorable experience!

The room inside was perfect and everything was as we expected. However, the outside was dusty because of the construction site at the hotel. In addition to that the breakfast was also great. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful. The hotel is being expanded so building works and the bathroom needed tidying up, but otherwise kind staff, extremely comfortable room, delicious breakfast and wonderful driver, Irfan, who took me to Gobleki Tepe and taught me (some) Turkish.

Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful. The hotel is being expanded so building works and the bathroom needed tidying up, but otherwise kind staff, extremely comfortable room, delicious breakfast and wonderful driver, Irfan, who took me to Gobleki Tepe and taught me (some) Turkish.

Beste Lage. Alles Fussläufig zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, bezüglich Auswahl und Qualität. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Wir fahren als Familie für einen Tag da und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Abraham otelin konumu, temizliği, odaları ve tabii personeli muhteşemdi. Doğu turunda kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Balıklı göle ve çarşıya çok yakın hatta Balıklıgöl hemen karşısı. Otelde her akşam sıra gecesi de var ve performansları muazzam.

Abraham otelin konumu, temizliği, odaları ve tabii personeli muhteşemdi. Doğu turunda kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Balıklı göle ve çarşıya çok yakın hatta Balıklıgöl hemen karşısı. Otelde her akşam sıra gecesi de var ve performansları muazzam.

Urfa’nın en iyi konak otellerinden biri diye gittik 2 gece kaldık çok büyük hayal kırıklığı ile ayrıldık. Yerel bir işletme olduğu için otel işletmeciliğinde hiç bir profesyonellik yok ve en önemlisi odalar ve otel genel olarak hiç temiz değil değil. Odalardaki tozu halılardaki pisliği ve tuvaletlerdeki pisliği görünce bizim burda ne işimiz var diyorsunuz. Bayram olduğu için başka bir otel bulamadığımız için kalmak zorunda kaldık. Otele arabayla girmek istiyorsun önce arabadan inip merdivenlerden çıkıp resepsiyona söylüyorsun kapıyı açmalarını sonra tekrar arabana binip içiri giriyorsun. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Zincir otel markalarını tercih edin.

otelden memnun kaldim,yanlizca 3 gün kaldik oda temizliği yoktu,ama güleryüzlü insanlar vardi! bir süpürselerdi iyi olurdu,ama umutluyum.hergün sıra gecesi vardi saat akşam 8 -11 arasi dediler ama 12 yi buluyordu uyuması zor.balikligöle çok yakındı,tavsiye ederim,yine gidersen tercihim olur.

Das Zimmer hat eine super größe und ist wirklich sauber. Allerdings ein sehr großer minuspunkt, die offene küche neben den unteren Zimmern. Es wurde hier bis 2 Uhr morgens gespült, Gläser sind runtergefallen. Es war wirklich so laut dass ich zweimal aus dem Zimmer raus musste um das Personal zu bitten leiser zu sein.

Nice rooms, varıable service from Receptıon, excellent servıce at breakfast. Be aware the hotel lets out the roof for parties, which can be very noisy. Quite tricky to approach by car because of the one way system. Best possible Urfa view from the common areas.

The room was lovely,the bed was very comfortable and the Turkish breakfast was delicious with lots of items and even two types of eggs spicy scrambled and a cheesy omlette,the bread was warm and fresh with plenty of tea aswell.

Very bad experience. I paid for the more expensive room a Design Studio Suite and hotel put in the cheaper room a Deluxe double. They told me it was the room I booked and manager will not refund the difference. Manager is rude and dishonest. The hotel has live music and is very noisy and groups of men sit outside hotel and talk which was also noisy. Breakfast was good but is where the live music is held so smells like smoke. The description of the room is misleading. There is no lake view at all, the hotel faces the castle wall, and there is no separate sitting area in the room. The sitting area is a table and chair at the end of the bed. Staff were nice and tried to help but the manager was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel and if you do go don't waste your money on the Design Studio Suite.

I love the breakfast, so delicious, the staff was very accommodating and supportive. they helped carry my suitcases up and down the stairs for check-in and out. Adjusted the menu selection to food I can eat and did their best to accommodate no-cross contamination or allergens.

Very bad experience. I paid for the more expensive room a Design Studio Suite and hotel put in the cheaper room a Deluxe double. They told me it was the room I booked and manager will not refund the difference. Manager is rude and dishonest. The hotel has live music and is very noisy and groups of men sit outside hotel and talk which was also noisy. Breakfast was good but is where the live music is held so smells like smoke. The description of the room is misleading. There is no lake view at all, the hotel faces the castle wall, and there is no separate sitting area in the room. The sitting area is a table and chair at the end of the bed. Staff were nice and tried to help but the manager was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel and if you do go don't waste your money on the Design Studio Suite.

Nice rooms, varıable service from Receptıon, excellent servıce at breakfast. Be aware the hotel lets out the roof for parties, which can be very noisy. Quite tricky to approach by car because of the one way system. Best possible Urfa view from the common areas.

Abraham otelin konumu, temizliği, odaları ve tabii personeli muhteşemdi. Doğu turunda kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Balıklı göle ve çarşıya çok yakın hatta Balıklıgöl hemen karşısı. Otelde her akşam sıra gecesi de var ve performansları muazzam.

The room was lovely,the bed was very comfortable and the Turkish breakfast was delicious with lots of items and even two types of eggs spicy scrambled and a cheesy omlette,the bread was warm and fresh with plenty of tea aswell.

Perfect choice for Sanliurfa. Fish pools just over the road and beautiful views from the hotel of the fish pool gardens and castle wall ruins. Breakfast was amazing! First class. We also had a fantastic dinner in the cellar for a Turkish evening. It is pretty loud but a lot of fun with authentic Turkish music and fantastic food. The top restaurant wasn’t open that would have seen the views, I’m guessing because it was too windy?

Very cute local feeling hotel with beautiful mosic wall art yet it felt upscale. Typically local old world feels also come with outdated amenities but this hotel didnt. Ice cold AC, beautiful bathroom and soft beds. The Sira Gessi is a must as well.
