Great location. You dont need a car for sightseeing. Join sira gecesi at the same hotel which you will enjoy much. Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a nice stay.

Tek sıkıntı sıra gecesi yapıldığında katılmasanız dahi sesi tüm otelde duyuluyor ancak 11 gibi bitiriyorlar. Bizce pek sıkıntı olmadı. Memnun kaldık tekrar Şanlıurfa'ya gelirsek yine Âlâ Han'da kalırız.

We had a great view of the old city and it was an ideal location to walk to some of the sites we wanted to see as we only ha one night. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. They are painting the rooms with veneer (not especially beautiful) and the hallways are dirty from construction. Breakfast was very nice. Noisy location.

The hotel/room was absolutely beautiful. They offered delicious Turkish breakfast and sights such as Fish Lake, Mosque, Caves and Museum are all within very short walking distance. I’d happily stay here again!

I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.

Gayet temiz, gayet rahat çok güzel bir otel deneyimiydi. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Çalışanlar her açıdan çok yardımcı oldular, çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlılardı. Konumu çok güzeldi, zaten Balıklıgöl'e 0 denecek kadar yakında, onun dışında da gezilerden dönerken hep çarşıda gezebildik. 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde de otobüs durağı var. Güzel bir Şanlıurfa gezisi için kesinlikle düşünülecek bir otel.

Gayet temiz, gayet rahat çok güzel bir otel deneyimiydi. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Çalışanlar her açıdan çok yardımcı oldular, çok güler yüzlü ve anlayışlılardı. Konumu çok güzeldi, zaten Balıklıgöl'e 0 denecek kadar yakında, onun dışında da gezilerden dönerken hep çarşıda gezebildik. 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde de otobüs durağı var. La chambre impeccable! Le personnel sympathique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top! Permet de visiter quasiment tout à pied. Accueil avec un panier de fruits, très appréciable. Le décoré de l’hôtel magnifique!!!! Petit déjeuner complet!

Das Frühstück war ausreichend gute Ambiente. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und auch gekühlt. Das Bad sollte erneut werden. Zimmer Hygiene war sehr gut.

Inrichting van het hotel was in ottomaanse stijl en erg smaakvol ingericht. Het was heerlijk rustig in het hotel. Medewerkers waren correct en behulpzaam maar niet proactief. Restourant gedeelte vonden we tegenvallen. Ontbijt was de eerste dag matig, tweede dag waren er meer gasten en de ontbijt was dan ook uitgebreider. Ook de helft van wat op het menu stond was niet bestelbaar, erg irritant.

Excellent service from the Staff. Got a free room upgrade and a welcome platter of nuts from Management. Room is very clean and air con is working fine. Location is in the heart of Balikligol. Its perhaps my 3rd or 4th stay there.

Was a great room and view. All the good stuff is walkable. Also, they arranged a round trip driver to Gobekli Tepe for a very reasonable rate. Can’t miss with this one.

A different hotel atmosphere very near to the Fish lake and other attractions. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious with adequate amenities. Buffet bfast has vast variety to choose from.

Great location. You dont need a car for sightseeing. Join sira gecesi at the same hotel which you will enjoy much. Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a nice stay.
