Solo Hotel Taksim

We stayed 4 nights at the Solo Hotel with my friend and our trip couldn’t have been better. During our stay, we met Fatih at the reception, and he was absolutely incredible. He was so helpful, kind, and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile. Honestly, he couldn’t have been better and really made our stay special. We also loved all the activities the hotel offers, especially with the convenient transfers to and from the hotel. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend this hotel – and a special thank you to Fatih for making our experience unforgettable! Soukaina and Lilou

Everything was so good. The staff was really nice and friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast was more than enough. Everyone was so pleasant, especially Mahsun, he helped us a lot also regarding arranging the taxi to the airport as well, definitely going back again.

Guy on the desk (name Fatih) was very helpful… Area around hotel not clean but hotel and rooms are updated and clean..! We stayed for 3 days with no issues. We paid for shuttle to airport and Fatih take care of it, shuttle was on time.

The room was great with very good toilet and bathroom facilities. The location was also great as was a short walk to the top of Taksim where you can start your day and access many parts of Istanbul. They also provide pick up and collection from airport as well as excellent, partnered Hammam service. Overall for the price I paid the value is incredible.

This hotel has no room cleaning service, breakfast is the same thing everyday with boiled eggs, breads and some cut cucumbers while the person makes it also watching you like a watchdog.. The elevator always have issues. The bathrooms have problems with leaking.. there is no microwaves in the room.

Great value hotel. Good location - safe, and easy to get everywhere. Staff are what makes this hotel so appealing. Faith in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to offer excellent service. The lady who manages breakfast was also sweet. Clean, quiet rooms. Elevator. Nice atmosphere. I’d recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again when in Istanbul.

My stay was pleasant. I found the breakfast bar small and limited considering to other motels i stayed in Turkiye. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially dayshift agent. He went out of his way yo help me get around with ease. I found the property is well kept and every thing is clean and well maintained

The hotel is very good for the price, clean rooms, except under the bed, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and nice staff. The problem here is not the hotel, but the street it is on. Even though right on that street there are a few 3 and 4 star hotels, the street is very dirty, hardly any sidewalk space because people use the sidewalk for other purposes such as parking motorcycles and throwing trash, therefore people end up walking on the streets amid all the vehicles which makes it dangerous. The street has mainly car shops, auto parts, and junk yards.

Kac kere gunduz vakti receptiona söyledim, kahvalti iyidi servisi profesionel, cikista gec cikamadik otelden.

The room temperature was so hot and they locked the AC

AC didn’t work in either room, no iron provided and have to share one between all guests, flies in the room coming from a ceiling cover in the bathroom. Staff were good but the language barrier made it very difficult to get our points across

Staff was friendly. A/C was not working, but we also didn't let anyone know. Breakfast was delicious.

Average Turkish breakfast .small space when busy.other than that I’m not bothered in the crowd.room is a bit sad, need a bit of TLC.aircon don’t work.the only thing that I like is the price.still happy with the stay

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok nazik özellikle Mahsun bey çok yapıcı tabi diğer arkadaşlarda teşekkürler

Had great time for the second time I really enjoyed good location close to M metro to get to the city airport, have connection to every where staff was friendly thanks again for the hospitality!

We hope to come back again and again and the only constant is that it will always remain like this. Thank you for your hospitality.

The receptionists were wonderful like Mahsun and Huseyin they were very helpful. But room service was aweful and had to ask them instead of daily room service and so weak in charging the room. The lady work in kitchen was very disrepectful.

It was great in all aspects , Staff was really nice and helpful.

Nice hotel. Great rooms. Good breakfast. The hill you have to walk up to get to Taksim Square is not for everyone.

It was an excellent hotel, centrally located near Taksim and friendly staff. No frills hotel stay

Kahvaltı da karton bardakla çay servis ediliyor. Cam bardak olabilirdi.
