The stay was great and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was great. We would like to give Gabby (Gabrielle) recognition, she went out of her way to help us, I left my phone charger and she let me use her personal charger. Thanks very much.

Overall the property was great, staff was great as well! Only thing I did not like is that there wasn’t enough parking on property, I had to park all on the grass and others going down the road! It will be my go to spot from now on, I sure would hate if the grass ruins due to parking, so maybe invest in more parking lot room!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Very Safe and very clean. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Great laundry facility! Great breakfast and most friendly and accommodating staff. Wish I had this hotel for every tournament!

The laundry wasn’t working which is an issue when you’re there for a week playing baseball. The workout room was filthy. Had a nice expensive Peloton bike that couldn’t be used because the pedals had to have clip in shoes. The other pedals were broke and in a drawer. They never had workout towels or anything to wipe down the equipment. I wiped mine down before working out and it was filled with dust like it had never been cleaned. The pool had a greenish tint to it.

Great place: Clean, modern, convenient location & friendly staff. However there is no place in the room to put your suitcase. No surface is big enough and no drawers to unpack it in and no closet. We got a king room just for reference. Also the pool was closed this weekend but had been open the weekend before. It has a great social lobby, great breakfast and pet area!

Check in was horrendous due to the person being on duty at checkin. Long story No bars of soap in rooms .. it’s tubes of body wash or nothing. Of course, our tube was empty. Removed empty tube to discover the inside of tube holder was solid mold. They should sanitize when replacing tubes.

Not the cleanest hotel. The floors in our room were very sticky. The lobby was full of people being loud after 11. Every trash can outside, near the pool, near the elevators and in the lobby were overflowing with trash falling out on the floor. I went outside to load my car this morning and either my room key wouldn’t open the door near the pool or it was broken. I had to walk all the way around. Beds were worn out and pillows very flat. Not impressed by this location.

The hotel was good, newly remodelled, the staff was very nice. The rooms weren’t clean, I changed 2 rooms, one had dirty floor and the other had bread crumbs on the shelves and dirty towel left in shower. The other parts of the hotel were clean and good.

The concept for this hotel is a bit youthful, with colorful appointments and fake wood. Sometimes it is cute, and sometimes not. We had a mini fridge in our king "suite" and there were plenty of USB ports. The hotel wifi worked just fine. The room was on the small side, and the view down was the smallish swimming pool or look up and see an embankment. However, it was very quiet, and as there were a number of teens (travel ball, I believe) I was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of trash outside the elevator in the morning, because all of the cans in the rooms are tiny, and folks had brought their take out leavings as far as the elevator and dumped it. Yuck! Breakfast was adequate for one morning, but if I had stayed longer, I would probably have gone out. The location is convenient, but the cheap furnishings probably won't hold up for the long haul. Our booking was last minute, so I paid more than it was worth, but the overall experience was okay.

Breakfast was limited. Toaster never toasted only heated, breads hedged towards stale because the doors to bread holder didn’t close properly. Don’t head down at 8:45am if breakfast ends at 9 because nothing is restocked. The rooms felt more dormitory style than hotel. It is definitely a bare minimum hotel. However, I did appreciate the number of outlets that were in the room. If you’re looking to just chill out in the room after a long day, bring a book because the tv channel selection is very limited. Half of them say that particular channel is off line. Did the hotel serve its purpose? Yes Would I stay at a Tru hotel again? Probably not I will say that the bed was extremely comfortable and there were sufficient towels available. They do offer shampoo and conditioner and body wash (which had a very pleasant scent)

It sits on top of a hill, which makes it easier to see upon arrival. Front desk attendant was friendly and polite, and the whole check in process went fairly smooth. When I went inside my room it was very spacious and comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom. Not enough towels, and there was no napkins available. Breakfast was served just it mentioned , but if one’s expected a whole bunch of varieties that’s not it. Plenty of parking spaces available , and property was very cleaned .Overall this is not a bad place to visit.

Front desk ignored me until I said I would sit down until they were ready. Room I booked had damage ADA accessible, no window shades so they tried to make me take a non ADA room. Took room without window shades as I was exhausted. Had my dog, both your listing and Hilton said pet friendly with nothing about additional fee for pet. They wanted to charge me pet fee in addition to damaged room. Someone ran around all night in floor above making constant noise. Everytime I went through lobby, no attendant at front desk.

No hot water and our TV didn’t work. There was also insufficient breakfast to accommodate all of the guests. When I called to ask about the water and TV, the front desk worker said there was nothing that could be done and hung up on me. Very clean, but not a great experience overall.

Quiet; my room was near the elevators and I thought I thought it would be noisy, but it was relatively quiet. Clean rooms, great showers. Very nice complimentary breakfast. The only small issue, which didn’t affect me, was that the key card generator was down, so it was a technology issue

Good location and staff was very friendly. Buffet Breakfast could use some work, each day options were out and the buffet had only been open for 40 plus minutes. The attendant did not refill often and I had to ask about refills on juice, pancake mix, muffins and biscuits on 4 of the 5 days we were there.
