Very basic hotel. Arrived late and was exhausted- room was on the 3rd floor and there was NO ELEVATOR! Towels were like course sandpaper! Bed clothes were very old and worn. Carpets are old and worn. The breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, toast & muffins. Yougart would have been a good addition. Probably would not stay at an Econo Lodge again.

This was the cleanest Econolodge I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Room was spotless. The staff were attentive and polite. They were professional, prompt, and kept everything to a strict schedule/high standard. It was such a relief to see them test and treat the pool daily from our window. It truly made me comfortable letting my son use the pool. Will definitely stay here again if we ever get to come back to Lake Pointe!

Disappointing to say the least. We picked this hotel because it was a good price, had decent reviews, and a pool. However, I should have actually taken the time to read the reviews. They weren’t all that great. We wanted a pool for our toddler after being stuck in the car for 8 hours but the pool was not open but looked disappointing & dirty anyways. To top it off the AC stopped working around 2am so the one thing we had hoped for which was a good night sleep, we didn’t get. Breakfast shouldn’t be advertised. I had to search the room to find it. Frosted Flakes and hard, tiny muffins. I didn’t expect a 5 course meal but maybe a soft muffin. It was clean so that’s why I gave it 2 stars but I would highly recommend getting one of the other 5 surrounding hotels. Lesson learned, actually read reviews first!

Absolutely terrible. No elevator, even first floor is downstairs .. not for handicapped individuals. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, juice machine broken, coffee, white bread or raisin bread , bananas, and mini muffins. The end. Bed bug bites all over my body. The guy who checked me in was just rude. Will not stay here again. Will not let me add photos of the bites.

Yes, this motel is older, but I have not stayed in one as clean as this in many years. The rooms are small, but the beds were very comfortable and very clean. No dirt even in the corners in the bathroom. I was amazed! It smelled clean and fresh as well.

Room had an odor to the point I had to purchase a febreeze plug in just to make the stay tolerable. There was old pizza left between the desk and refrigerator and something questionable on the walls. The AC unit was weak and could not keep up with the heat. Overall will not be staying at another Econ Lodge. Very uncomfortable stay.

The room that we were in was good, comfortable, and quiet. What I didn't particularly like is that our room was below street level. This made the room seem less that cheery and bright. This is our second visit to this hotel and we were on the same hall, below street level. Is it because we have a miniature dauchound. For these reasons I cannot give a 5 star rating.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay before continuing on to our next destination. The hotel staff were super nice and the property was very clean. Our only complaint was the AC unit was very loud when kicking on and made it a bit hard to stay asleep. If you are a heavy sleeper, this will probably not bother you. However, I am a light sleeper so it was an issue for me.

Checked in late after a long drive and the woman at the counter proceeds to charge me for an additional person staying in the room. We booked the room it CLEARLY said sleeps 4 ( we had 3 ) but because we reserved and said 2 sje decided to charge an additional $40 her explanation was because there would be one more person coming in and out of the hotel!?! These people here are scammers. Had a call to the BBB ans Atorrney General needs to happen to stop this tupe of behavior.

The location is convenient to the venue for the basketball tournament. Charter bus pulled up with a Volleyball Team. So, this place is no secret. It’s a hidden treasure for a long day and needed sleep. Assured of clean, quiet and free continental breakfast to get the games on the next day!

This location was excellent for the money, and likely the best option in the area. My wife and I have tried two other hotels nearby and far prefer this one to those—dollar to dollar an excellent value and overall a nice stay without any real issues. The "Free Breakfast" is really just "Free bread yogurt, and cereal" so don't put too much stock in that. There was nothing warm offered (besides a toaster).

Very nice. Cane in later in the evening, we all just went right to sleep. Extra soft beds kids loved it. Breakfast was cereal, muffins, toast, bananas and oatmeal. Coffee was empty, I asked the gentleman to make more and for cereal milk. He obliged. Their juice machine was not working but they did have pineapple juice in the milk fridge. Shower was nice and hot. In and out.
