The staff is great, but the elevator actually buckled my knees it is so rough when it stops. The bathroom floor grout was pretty gross. It seemed clean overall, but because of bathroom floor, it definitely made me wonder. Location is convenient.

We have stayed here several times and every time is more disappointing. Last time we we there the parking lot was filled with construction vehicles so there was no place to park. This time it was filled with even more work vehicles and equipment. Again no place to park. The TV's were also not working. There was plastic over all of the windows so you couldn't see anything outside. This is usually our stopping place on our way to Florida but I think it's time for a change.

Cons: Elevator not working and front desk not staffed. Property owner appears to not reinvestment profits back into the business. Only one elevator is understandable, BUT the owner needs to make absolutely sure it is properly and regularly maintained. When checking out in the morning, no staff at the front desk, a line of guest waiting for someone, anyone! No staff ‘anywhere’ to ask for HELP ! Customers disgusted just walking out the lobby door. ABSOLUTELY inexcusable Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. Self service breakfast was adequate.

Elevator makes awful noises, and makes you wonder if it works! 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke, and the stairwell smelled like rotten food. Room was clean, beds comfortable, but it smelled musty. Hotel definitely needs a refresh!! Homeless lady was wandering around in parking lot. Not sure how this place has a 9.0 rating.

Room service is upon request only which i found out after i called the front desk. I made the request for the next day. I went out and came back and my bed was not made. I spent 3 nights on the same sheets. The carpet in the hallway smells unclean when you first walk in. The bathing soap is really tiny. The elevator feels like is gonna get stuck right before it stops, very scary.

There is little to no soundproofing. It sounded like the people above would come through the ceiling and beside us we could hear them just talking in normal voices. Windows are thin, loud trucks all night. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. We could still hear the ones running in neighboring rooms. The bathroom had clear areas of mildew in many places. The bed was a rock. Won't be back.

This property got a nine out of 10 rating, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the hallway carpet was very dirty, there was a smell of smoke in the hallway, and the room smelled of must and mold. The two girls at the front desk were wonderful, and very helpful.

Friendly staff, the room is nicely renovated and I loved the huge glass shower. One suggestion is to add a blanket to the bedding or change the comforter out for a cotton one. The polyester comforter had a plastic feel and made us too hot but then we were too cold with just a sheet.

Dawn Dawn Dawn amazing help!!! I accidentally left my work and personal laptop behind and didn’t realize it until we were 4hrs away!! Called the hotel and due to privacy policies she couldn’t just go into the room to retrieve. But tried calling gusts for hours into the night to reach them. Well by the morning she had reached them and gotten my items back😄. And let me tell you I paid the shipping label and they shipped the items back to me and everything was bbbke wrapped and packaged so nearly when it arrived!! I can’t thank all involved enough for all of the assistance!! In addition the hotel is in a great location especially if you have activities at Lake Point Sportsplex. Walking distance to that and also there is a lot of entertainment for adults and kids at the gaming center…bowling, arcades, mini-golf etc…

I had been traveling all day and I needed a room so I pulled over and picked the hotel and when I got there they said I signed up for the next night. I got online with your agent and they called the hotel and we got it done in about 10 minutes. Dawn at Sleep Inn was super helpful.

Would give this 5 stars however we had to wait almost 50mins before someone showed up at front desk to get us checked in. Then the keys we received didn’t work. So over all it took us nearly two hours after arriving on property to get into our room, due to staff issues. Facilities was clean, and morning staff was very helpful. Breakfast was fully stocked and hot. Area around hotel was great.

Convenient location. Staff courteous. Good breakfast. I would rate this property above average. Some good aspects about it, as noted above, but it definitely is NOT a "9" as shown in cumulative reviews. which, in turn, lead me to select it. Housekeeping is available only upon request, which is fine, but when i requested it, no one showed up to perform the few services we requested. I had to call down to the desk to have someone come up. Front desk was courteous and prompt to respond, but it made me wonder what happened with the scheduling.

Hello everyone, it is difficult to describe our 15 minute stay at the hotel. It started with no one being at the front desk, and we had to wait for more 20 minutes, tired, to check in. We even have called on their phone but no one cared enough to answer. No one even apologized for the wait and not doing their work. We are a family of three, our daughter is 20 years old, we were offered to stay in a room joined to another room from which there was free access to our room, thank god the door was locked, the neighbor behind the wall was in an inadequate state, knocked on our door and tried to open it. There was someone outside of that room too, drunk with a beer bottle in hand, banging on the door and screaming to get inside. We asked the manager to give us another room but we were told that there were no free rooms, the time was 11:45 pm, we had to leave! No one even said sorry and they have not returned our money yet, we felt unsafe and no one offered us help!

Unfortunately, they gave away my room and could not accommodate us. To add insult to injury, I had a feeling that we couldn’t get in by the amount of time the lady at the desk spent calling her manager, so I asked if it would take a long time to figure things out just to have to leave without a room. She told me it would not. We spent 45 minutes waiting without interrupting her or causing problems. We did not get a room, but I did get my refund a few days later. I’m sure it was a simple mistake, but it made for a long day and longer night.

Expedia messed up the dates of my reservation and refused to help. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and was able to correct my reservation. Hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options before we left. Staff was above and beyond. Wonderful stay, would highly recommend

Perfect hotel if you are playing at the sports complex next door. There are plenty of food options in walking distance directly by the hotel. The free breakfast was “ok”. Rooms clean. AC got really cold.

The front desk attendant, John, was excellent and friendly despite a huge crowd checking in and keeping him very busy. The property is low-cost, and therefore you cannot expect anything fancy. The area around it is busy due to the Love's Truck Stop. But if you need a cheap place to sleep that meets basic standards, it is fine.

The only thing better than the excellent breakfast buffet (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, waffles, French toast, 3 different juices, GOOD COFFEE,….), was the staff working the desk. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful, a reflection of dedicated and involved management. Well done!

2nd time we have stayed here. Seems to have gone down slightly and they are catering to line workers who have muddy boots and vehicles with mud in parking lot. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday. 2 days food was not hot; bad bananas, cereal was stale. No toilet paper in room when we arrived. Was an OK place to stay, but will stay somewhere else the next time in that area. Management doesn’t appear to be on site pretty much anytime we were there.
