The hotel is nice on the inside. The staff are excellent. Lovely dining restaurant with amazing views. Recommend half board, it is good value. Have to walk to another hotel for breakfast, but not far. The good views in rooms are from the front of the hotel, not the back.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central for all sightseeing and easy to catch the train to the airport. Hotel was really good, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the view from the restaurant was definitely something.

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliches, nicht aufdringliches Personal. Frühstück zwei Gebäude weiter, so dass man das Hotel verlassen muss um zum Frühstück zu gehen.

Hotel is close to the Ferry, and Galata Tower, walkable to many attractions. Staffs are very friendly, breakfast buffet is on the rooftop restaurant with beautiful views and the food was good.

The Hotel ist okay for a short stay in Istanbul. The room was smaller than expected. No wardrobe or real nightstand. The window was not attached properly ( better not open). We told at the reception, but nothing happened. The bed was okay and the view also. Breakfast in the Halich Port Hotel next door, was good, nice staff. We like the Dinner at the Yuca restaurant, especially the starters, friendly served. The neighborhood of the Hotel ist not attractive, but the Metro and tunel ist nearby. We use the room only for sleeping for three days, so it was okay, considering the cheap price. I forget my morning coat at the hook in the bathroom. (My fault, but it was not found ). So: short stay : ok, longer stay : sorry, but we would look for another hotel

Zentral gelegenes Hotel im Stadtteil Galata nur ca. 100m entfernt vom Goldenen Horn und einer Fußgängerbrücke zum historischen Stadtzentrum mit seinen zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind top, ebenso wie das hoteleigenene Restaurant in der 9. Etage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick über das Goldene Horn und auf der anderen Seite den Stadtteil Galata mit dem Galataturm. Der Service im Hotel und im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

I loved my stay on this hotel. It's super clean, beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is wide, room has a lot of charging spots for electronics and location is super convenient, just a few minutes away from Karaköy station and downtown. Even though it's on a busy street, noise does not come easily inside the room. Breakfast is also yummy. They have local food and universal options as well And on top of that , staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are all very well organized and really care about you. Ceren and Nala (the feline staff member) are the best!

Ich war für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist extrem sauber, die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war jedoch, dass die Wände sehr hellhörig sind. Man konnte leider alles hören, was im Nachbarzimmer vor sich ging. Ansonsten aber ein tolles Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann!

Halich was wonderful! We stayed twice within the span of a week. Very comfortable beds and quiet property. First visit, they surprised my husband and I with decor and treats for our anniversary. Second visit, a personal note of thanks for returning as well as some delicious treats! Location is fantastic for access to metro and river crossing, dining and shopping. Highly recommend!

Zimmer war ziemlich klein, ohne irgendeinen Schrank, zur Straße hin gelegen und Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Es waren keine internationalen Tv Kanäle vorhanden. Die Minibar war mit Mineralwasser und sonst nichts bestückt ( die Preisliste sagte etwas anderes aus...)

I booked a deluxe sea view room and there was no sea view (a tiny sliver of water between a building and the bridge). I asked reception and they advised that this is the sea view room. Not good enough - of all the hotels I have ever stayed at, I have never seen a mediocre ‘sea view’ such as this.

Amazing stay. We stayed for a week and never had to complain about anything. The staff from bottom to top floiw were attentive helpful and always friendly and smiling. Gerem at the reception is a Gem and assisted us with everything we needed. A big thank you to the full staff. This is my place for any future trip to istanbul. Ah forgot to mention the stunning views from 9th floor day and night.
Amazing stay. We stayed for a week and never had to complain about anything. The staff from bottom to top floiw were attentive helpful and always friendly and smiling. Gerem at the reception is a Gem and assisted us with everything we needed. A big thank you to the full staff. This is my place for any future trip to istanbul. Ah forgot to mention the stunning views from 9th floor day and night.

The staff here are so nice, helpful and friendly. The ladies that are at the front desk, especially Berfru, are super nice and helpful. She does her best to help you and seems like a genuinely nice person. She went out of her way to get me to my favorite room and the view that I wanted to have. I highly recommend this place, specifically because the staff here can make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you.

Staff was not at all helpful, half of the time they couldn’t understand and didn’t even try to help us even if they could. We booked two rooms but had to end up staying in one room coz the other room had broken window and was too noisy. My friend literally got the window on her still no room change or no credit provided. Went bavk agaib for one night, late check in and key didn’t work for 15 min. Room was too small for two adults.

Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The checkin was unusually smooth. Same with the checkout. The hotel is located with walking distance to most places a tourist want to visit. And a partially nice view. Only partially blocked by a tall narrow building across the street. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

I like the room were clean and spacious. The staff was very unwelcoming, they wanted the passport before the check in to know why I was there, told me to wait two hours, never offered me information, ask me to pay 25 euros for breakfast, didn’t call for a taxi and did not help with the luggage. The hotel itself was not bad but they need to train more their stuff, kind of arrogant.

Excellent Hotel, close to multiple transit stops and walking distance from lots of major cultural (tourist) sites and many tour boat launces. Very clean, spacious and friendly. Avoid having them book you any tours, they seem to use the worst tour operators in Turkey. Otherwise I can't say enough good things about this hotel or their staff. Lively neighbor hood next to the water in what appears to be the construction materials district. I would stay at this hotel next time we visit Istanbul.

The neighborhood is totally walkable. It’s easy to get to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Karakoy, and many attractions. I looked forward to the morning breakfast each day, very delicious and many options.

The Hotel ist okay for a short stay in Istanbul. The room was smaller than expected. No wardrobe or real nightstand. The window was not attached properly ( better not open). We told at the reception, but nothing happened. The bed was okay and the view also. Breakfast in the Halich Port Hotel next door, was good, nice staff. We like the Dinner at the Yuca restaurant, especially the starters, friendly served. The neighborhood of the Hotel ist not attractive, but the Metro and tunel ist nearby. We use the room only for sleeping for three days, so it was okay, considering the cheap price. I forget my morning coat at the hook in the bathroom. (My fault, but it was not found ). So: short stay : ok, longer stay : sorry, but we would look for another hotel

Colazione buona, ma L’Espresso è extra e va pagato. In compenso una bottiglia di acqua gratis da un litro ogni sera. Terrazza e ristorante ottimi.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central for all sightseeing and easy to catch the train to the airport. Hotel was really good, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the view from the restaurant was definitely something.

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliches, nicht aufdringliches Personal. Frühstück zwei Gebäude weiter, so dass man das Hotel verlassen muss um zum Frühstück zu gehen.

Hôtel très bien situé qui permet à la fois de visiter les quartiers de Galata, Taksim, Galataport et également de rejoindre l'autre rive à pied pour rejoindre Sultanahmet. The Halich Hotel is very clean and well kept. It is actually brand new. The hotel has its own restaurant and is very close to the waterfront, with its dining options, and just a short walk to the markets. Very nice. The real treasure about the Halich Hotel is its staff. Each member of the staff somehow exceeded the last with prompt and courteous service. I mean genuine service and attention to every detail. I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and I can tell you that these staff members are the real deal. Go ahead. Book this hotel and enjoy your stay. I know you will.

Coisas boas na estadia: localização, atendimento da recepcionista do período da manhã, do funcionário Gokhan que fica também pela manhã e da funcionária japonesa que recebe os hóspedes no café da manhã. Mais nada. O café da manhã não chega ser bom, ele é RAZOÁVEL (pouco variado, água e suco quentes). O que não gostei: muito barulho tanto no corredor como na área externa que dá pra janela, o que atrapalhou nosso descanso. Pessoal do café da manhã (principalmente uma funcionária com o cabelo avermelhado) são muito mal educados, essa do cabelo vermelho me tratou mal porque às 10:31 eu estava terminando de completar meu prato e ela queria que eu parasse porque o café da manhã estava fechado… um absurdo. O elevador é mais lento que uma tartaruga, nem pense em contar com ele se estiver com pressa. Enfim… o preço não vale o que oferece e eu não voltaria e nem indicaria para um amigo.
