Rooms are basic and parts of the property feel old; a few guests mention comfortable beds, while others cite hard mattresses or minor maintenance issues. Cleanliness feedback is mixed: several found rooms clean, but recurring complaints note strong cigarette smells and occasional worn linens. Breakfast is simple and usually adequate, though opinions range from good to very poor, and some guests appreciated available parking. Expect a simple, no-frills base.
