The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !

staff is ok, friendly, location easy to find, but bed and duvet was dirty and smelly, room was very poor condition, shower broken, the most terrible thing is wife got bed bug bitten everywhere on the arm and back during the stay, more than 30 bite in 4 hours...do not stay!

The hotel is soooo dirty, there is no room service at all, no cabinet or kettle or even plastic cups in the room… no water bottle. The fridge is not working, so is the telephone. There is only one electric switch in a room that must accommodate two persons!!! Dust and dirt are covering everything, the bathroom is disgusting…The room was really stinking, the smell is horrible, I asked them to change bedsheets and the coverlet, they didn’t respond immediately, they claimed they don’t have another key for the room.. unbelievable!!! This hotel should be removed from any rating list. I don’t recommend anyone to go there, the only good thing about it is its central location.. By the way, the breakfast is sooo poor.. moreover I have seem in my own eyes how cockroaches are roaming over the dish washing machine.. Hotels.com should never recommend such a place to anyone, they need to clean their place first before receiving any guest.

Otele girdiğinizde sanki zamanda yolculuk yapıyorsunuz. En az 30 yıl geriye gidiyorsunuz. Duvarlar uyduruk kağıtlarla kaplanmaya çalışılmış. İçerde ağır bir rutubet kokusu. Yataklar, lavabo, klozet hepsi eski. Duş alacağınız yer berbat ve pis. Elbisenizi asacağınız bir dolap yok. Hatta odada priz yok telefonunuzu banyodaki tek prize takıyorsunuz. Konumu merkezii çok güzel bir yerde olmasına rağmen bu kadar bakımsız ve pis olmasını aklım almıyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Kaldığım en kötü oteldi.

Burası kesinlikle aile için uygun bir yer değil. Çok harika bir merkezde olan ama vasat bir otel. Odada nem ve pis yatak kokusu vardı. Temiz ve hijyen değildi. Yataklar oldukça pis kokuyordu. Kendi havlularımızı serip üzerinde yattık ve sabah kahvaltı bile yapmadan ayrıldık. Sahipleri, popüler bir lokasyonda olmanın rahatlığıyla müşteri deneyimine duyarsızdılar. Bu oteli tercih ettiğimiz için çok pişmanız.

Chambre petite et très sale, salle de bain immonde, crasse accumulée depuis des lustres, électricité très limite, accueil désagréable, payé deux nuits d’avance, parties au bout d’une nuit, odeur de tabac imprégnée dans la chambre! Très mauvaise adresse et cher pour ce que c’est!! Aucune communication possible en anglais.

The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Otele girdiğinizde sanki zamanda yolculuk yapıyorsunuz. En az 30 yıl geriye gidiyorsunuz. Duvarlar uyduruk kağıtlarla kaplanmaya çalışılmış. İçerde ağır bir rutubet kokusu. Yataklar, lavabo, klozet hepsi eski. Duş alacağınız yer berbat ve pis. Elbisenizi asacağınız bir dolap yok. Hatta odada priz yok telefonunuzu banyodaki tek prize takıyorsunuz. Konumu merkezii çok güzel bir yerde olmasına rağmen bu kadar bakımsız ve pis olmasını aklım almıyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Kaldığım en kötü oteldi.

Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !

The hotel is soooo dirty, there is no room service at all, no cabinet or kettle or even plastic cups in the room… no water bottle. The fridge is not working, so is the telephone. There is only one electric switch in a room that must accommodate two persons!!! Dust and dirt are covering everything, the bathroom is disgusting…The room was really stinking, the smell is horrible, I asked them to change bedsheets and the coverlet, they didn’t respond immediately, they claimed they don’t have another key for the room.. unbelievable!!! This hotel should be removed from any rating list. I don’t recommend anyone to go there, the only good thing about it is its central location.. By the way, the breakfast is sooo poor.. moreover I have seem in my own eyes how cockroaches are roaming over the dish washing machine.. Hotels.com should never recommend such a place to anyone, they need to clean their place first before receiving any guest.
