Staff are super frienfly esp.Raychel server from the breakfast and the front desk ash cash .They have really good staff in Marriot fairfield west kelowna.The room is what I expected it was clean and the call us everyday if we need something. The pool and the hot tub was good including the gym.I will come back in this hotel if I visit Kelowna again.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff were exceptional. The hotel was very busy and parking was a challenge. The view side of the building was extremely noisy with large trucks revving engines early morning and well into the evening. One guest was smoking on their balcony.

Great breakfast. Room was clean. Heads up for families booking with small children- the water slide is insanely fast. My kids (6&8) loved it. But with my niece (2) and nephew (4) I had to stand at the bottom to make sure they got out of the way before someone else came down. A full grown adult came down and skid cross the pool and almost hit the other side.

Ok the waterslide is a MUST! A great place for kids and families! We had a blast! Rooms are beautiful and the view is great! The outdoor second floor patio with fire pit is a great place to gather. Breakfast was delicious.

The exercise room was outstanding! Very clean, seldom used, everything well maintained and ready for use, extra large stretching area was a bonus. The breakfasts were very good - a wide and healthy selection of food. Location and access to restaurants, beaches and wineries was excellent.

Our room had greasy kid hand prints all over the balcony doors. I actually cleaned the doors on the inside but most of the handprints were on the outside. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. It was also very noisy.

Room was dirty and wall paper peeling off the wall near the window. Lots of dust around the windows and the carpets and drapes were stained bad. Was very noisy and had thin walls. The hotel needs some Reno’s and repairs. I would not stay here and I’m pretty low maintenance

The first room had dust and dirt around the bedding platform, visible and thick. The second room had a full size kit kat candy bar wrapper on the floor from a previous guest. We arrived late after traveling 8 hrs and honestly was very disappointed i had to move our children twice at such a late hour.

On a road trip with my 78 year old mother so she could visit a couple friends and stop at the grave site of her parents in Vernon. We stayed at Lac Le Jeune Resort the previous night and it was a huge upgrade of course staying at The Fairfield. The only quirk that I'd like to see different is updated newer coffee machines inside the room. The a Kureg or Nespresso with pods. The machine was very old, sure it worked but it didn't match the nice, new feeling of everything else. The bath tub needed small ceramic repairs on spots but that's all I can say I noticed.

Room was large and the main bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was in rough shape though with a misaligned frame and very thin mattress. Was nice they had a pool, but the temperature was chilly and the hot tub too hot to stay in for long. Area surrounding the hotel was nice and breakfast was on point. Overall not a bad stay, but definitely room for improvement.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, although the seating area is a bit small. The complaints are the description on site for rooms with mountain view don't mention it's roadside facing and there is plenty of vehicles traveling and this can be heard within the rooms. The other would be the air conditioner was very old and loud in the room. Besides these the rest of the stay was great and the hotel is situated in a very central area for travel lots of sites within a 5-30 minute drive to see and do.

Easy check in even with a dog. Boys loved the pool and free breakfast. We didn’t hear any other guests once we were in our room… surprising considering the hotel was booked solid. The needed an extra blanket and staff brought this up to us quickly!

I booked through Expedia weeks before my trip a 1 bedroom family suite. Upon check-in they only “could give me a 2 queen bed room; even though I had pre paid the room and had a confirmation email. Different excuses were supplied by the manager to both Expedia rep and I, making little to no sense. It was not lost on me that there was a young lady hockey tournament and several families in the hotel. It is my opinion that the hotel decided to move me without consent to accommodate the families and maximize their revenue. Not a trustworthy facility, and once you start off like this, the little things get noticed. Urine at the base of the toilet Long hairs on the ledge of the tub in plain site. Go ahead Marriot; call me out at any time if you think I’m lying. I have the pictures to prove it! Your money is possibly in jeopardy when dealing with this specific property. But don’t worry, the manager will gaslight you in telling you “the double queen room is nicer than the 1 bedroom suite” you paid for.

Hotel room was clean and good condition. Location wasn’t the best, if you’re planning most activities in downtown Kelowna, plan to spend 30-35 to get across the lake as there is significant traffic during high season. Breakfast was terrible, not a lot of healthy options other than fresh bananas and apples, expect there to be a mess from previous guests and lack of food if you plan to go in the last hour. Would it stay here again? No

breakfast has too few options - dense bagels no healthy bread option, high sugar content yogurt and not enough fruit options. checked in at 5pm and really needed a hot tea after a day of travel - hotwater carafe in lobby empty. just little things like a cup of hot tea make it a 5 star rating instead of a four.

Breakfast is very good. Lots of toppings for oatmeal and also dairy free milk options which is nice. The fresh fruit was excellent and kids loved the waffles. Pool, water slide and kids spray park was outstanding. Staff are very nice, kind and accommodating. Always had orange water available which was great. Areas for improvements: - hot water tasted like coffee, same containers are being used. - bathroom needed some more love. Shower base was a little dirty. And floor and doors were dirty too. - beds aren’t very comfortable. We did a 3 day stay.. 1 night ok, but could be better. - hotel reminded me of a best western, not a Marriott.

The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The kids especially loved the hotel’s water slide and had a great time enjoying the pool facilities. We also found the location very convenient, with many useful amenities and facilities nearby. The surrounding area was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. If we visit Kelowna again, we would definitely stay here again!
