Otolde ücretsiz otopark hizmeti sunulduğu yazıyor. Fakat dışarıda 3 araçlık otopark yerleri mevcut. Akşam gittiğimde araç parketmek için lobiden hizmet almak istedim. Lobideki görevli arkadaş otoparkın dolu olduğunu caddede yer bulup parketmem gerektiğini söyledi.

Hamam ve Saunası var diyerek diğer otellere göre daha maliyetli olan bu oteli tercih ettik ancak yok rezervasyonsuz alamayız, yok sadece belli kişiler kullanabiliyor vs. diyerek kullanmamız engellendi. Personel yardımcı oluyor diğer konularda ancak otel yönetiminin hamam ve saunayı spa işletmecisi bayana bırakması bence otele büyük kayıplar yaşatacaktır. Şahsen ben Kesinlikle bir daha kalmam ve kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Ben otelde kalmadan ayrıldım. Oda havluları aşır eski ve yırtıktı, oda aşırı tozlu ve pis di. Yerler süpürülmemiş, toz alınmamış. Bonyoda şampuan yarım kalmış kullanılmış. Yukarıda ki kahvaltı salonuna bir kahve içmeye çıktım, aşırı yemek korkuyor. Peynirler dışarıda çok beklemiş. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Aşçı işini severek yapmıyor belli ki, aslında çok düzgün bir otel konum şahane her yere yakın o da da güzel, daha temiz olursa süper olur. Bir de sadece giriş Lobby yi bile renöve etseler kalite artar. Sevgiler

Odada kirli kadeh vardi, yatak ortusunde sigara yanigi ve koltukta daha onceden dokulen bir sivi lekesi vardi ayrica oda sigara kokuyordu. Gece 22:00 gibi check-in yaptigimiz ve yorgun oldugumuz icin oda degisimi ile ilginecek enerjimiz yoktu.Oda disardan ses aliyordu.

Het zag er op de foto’s goed en schoon uit. Badkamer veel schimmels, gerookt in de kamet stonk naar sigaretten. Uiteindelijk toch een andere kamer gekregen. Ik zou hier geen 2e keer verblijven.

Wir kamen relativ spät an, der Empfang an der Rezeption war ok. Wir hatten drei Zimmer, 2 davon waren die Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, ich würde das Frühstücksbuffet für eine Pension als ausreichend empfinden aber nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Kaffee gibt es nur als Instant Kaffee als Pulver, "normaler" Filterkaffee nur gegen Bezahlung als extra zu haben. Des Weiteren gab es nur "pseudo-menemen" weder Spiegel- noch Rühreier. Auf Anfrage hieß es man könne gegen Extra Bezahlung gerne Omelett servieren. Alles in allem ist ein guter Start in den Arbeitstag mit einem solchen enttäuschend schlechtem Frühstück nicht wirklich möglich! Der Mitarbeiter Abdullah war sehr bemüht die Situation zu entschärfen und hat kostenlosen Filterkaffee gebracht und sich entschuldigt. Das war wenigstens ein Lichtblick!

Hotel is very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They did not speak English and I couldn't speak Turkish but they always smiled and tried to help me. Room was very comfortable. Nice and warm. Quiet. Shower very nice and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent variety and very flavoursome. The hotel is in a good location. I would make a reservation tbthis hotel again.

This hotel is a dump. The pictures shown on Expedia are photoshopped. The entire hotel room was filthy. Stayed one night and I think we even got bit by bedbugs. Disgusting.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. It’s also in the center of the city so going anywhere was easy. I would say the only downside is the noise. I was in the 5th floor and I could still hear noise from the streets even late at night and I think there were constructions, could be wrong, but definitely there were machines working.

Konaklamadan uyuyamadığımız ve üşüdüğümüz için genel anlamda memnun kalmadık.

The pictures of the hotel are misleading. It is not a 4 star hotel, but 2. the staff were aggressive, speak only Turkish. can't understand that Hotels.com can have their portfolios. the cleanliness is not good either. the breakfast was the worst I have seen in a hotel. I checked out a day earlier, sent a text message asking if I should be charged, haven't received a reply yet. The toilet smelled. A/C was turned off, when I asked if they can turn it on, they told me it's winter. the room was so hot that we had to open the windows.

The woman who was cleaning came and open the door without permission even she knew that I was in the room and I don't want her to clean at this day because I just want to sleep witthout somebody bothering me.I felt there's no privaty. The housekeeper and F&B's team are ok and do the job ok. However, reception and reservation departments need to learn how to do the basic rules of the front office job and how to approach hotel guests correctly. This hotel needs good management to teach this basic hotel concept of how things work. Of course, I won't go to the Rox Hotel again. It is not a four starts hotel service and decoration that is even not close..there is no alcoholic drink licence and very poor breakfast.

The housekeeper and F&B's team are ok and do the job ok. However, reception and reservation departments need to learn how to do the basic rules of the front office job and how to approach hotel guests correctly. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. It’s also in the center of the city so going anywhere was easy. I would say the only downside is the noise. I was in the 5th floor and I could still hear noise from the streets even late at night and I think there were constructions, could be wrong, but definitely there were machines working.

The pictures of the hotel are misleading. It is not a 4 star hotel, but 2. the staff were aggressive, speak only Turkish. can't understand that Hotels.com can have their portfolios. the cleanliness is not good either. the breakfast was the worst I have seen in a hotel. I checked out a day earlier, sent a text message asking if I should be charged, haven't received a reply yet. The toilet smelled. A/C was turned off, when I asked if they can turn it on, they told me it's winter. the room was so hot that we had to open the windows.

Wir kamen relativ spät an, der Empfang an der Rezeption war ok. Wir hatten drei Zimmer, 2 davon waren die Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, ich würde das Frühstücksbuffet für eine Pension als ausreichend empfinden aber nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Kaffee gibt es nur als Instant Kaffee als Pulver, "normaler" Filterkaffee nur gegen Bezahlung als extra zu haben. Des Weiteren gab es nur "pseudo-menemen" weder Spiegel- noch Rühreier. Auf Anfrage hieß es man könne gegen Extra Bezahlung gerne Omelett servieren. Alles in allem ist ein guter Start in den Arbeitstag mit einem solchen enttäuschend schlechtem Frühstück nicht wirklich möglich! Der Mitarbeiter Abdullah war sehr bemüht die Situation zu entschärfen und hat kostenlosen Filterkaffee gebracht und sich entschuldigt. Das war wenigstens ein Lichtblick!

Hotel is very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They did not speak English and I couldn't speak Turkish but they always smiled and tried to help me. Room was very comfortable. Nice and warm. Quiet. Shower very nice and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent variety and very flavoursome. The hotel is in a good location. I would make a reservation tbthis hotel again.
