I enjoyed my 4-day stay here so much, i extended my stay for 6 extra days. The restaurant upstairs has great food and makes great alcoholic drinks. The view from the pool area is great. Theres bikes to rent on the property. The rooms are beautiful and you can use their app to schedule full hotel room cleaning service which includes vacuuming and mop. Water stations to refill your glass bottles for free. Wifi works great and the staff are extremely helpful. Homa is the best hotels ive stayed at since being in Thailand. The night market is walking distance and even better: theres an atm at the hotel for easy convenience. The Central Phuket Festival mall is 10 minutes.

Great appartment hotel close to shopping areas - markets, Mall and outlet in 5-15min taxi drive. Easy to catch a Grab taxi. We had a family room, 2 bedrooms. Big and well maintained, fairly new hotel. Long term rentals possible. Fantastic rooftop pool, gym and kids area also. Only negative thing to say is that there are not that many sunbeds and they are sometimes all taken. Breakfast was a bit expensive unfortunately. Sure we will be back.

Something very unique about this property is that they pretty much insist that you download their app in order to navigate your stay there. I declined the app at first but they kept offering it in different ways until I let them download it into my phone. The app then sends you messages a number of times per day about activities there and also about following their rules. The don't have room service there except if you order it through the app and pay extra for it. You are expected to take your own garbage to the garbage room (one on each floor). And you are reminded to take out your garbage, don't leave anyting in the corridors, etc. etc. with app messages. The app messages inform you about movie night, chess night, free yoga and meditation, the location of noisy maintenance projects and when the pest control company will be spraying in your building. I'm not intending to make judgment about any of this, nor am I saying that I wouldn't stay there again. In fact, if I were to need accommodations in that area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there. But my opinion is that it is different than anything I have come across before and I hope this review will be helpful to others.

The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer.

Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing pool, close to the market and Adamanda water park. Kids loved the games room with PS5. Nice roof pool with great view of Phuket. A very clean hotel and lovely staff. Only one thing, the rooms need time to cool down so i would advise to take two room keys and leave one in the room so it cools down for the night.

Only staying here for one night due to wanting to stay closer to the airport since we got an early out the next day. But when I return to Phuket again, I would stay here longer. The hotel is modern, rooms are big (my buddy and I have our own rooms), two air conditioners in each room (trust me... you'll need both!), views are great... what amazing are the three roof top pools with the view. A short 10 minutes Grab taxi to the Phuket Mall to shop and eat.

We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and we could have good sleep.

I stayed in a family room 615B. Room was spacious and clean providing two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Perfect for two people or two couples so everyone has their own space and are not stepping over each other. The hot water from the shower was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable as well. Iron and board was provided upon request. The only downside was they did not provide face towels and the WIFI was not good in the room and only worked in the lobby. Only stayed one night but would return again in the future.

This is not a Hotel no room service no phone . Every has to be paid up front . There are people staying here long time with Dogs . Reported for having my tv on as some one had to go to work . Volume 7 at 22.00 . The two guys in front desk were very unhelpful and un professional. Hotel charging hotel prices with none of the services avoid unless you just want a hostel

bra hotell med god mat i restauranten på toppen og fint basseng. det som trekker ned litt er alle russerne som bor der fast (noe som er tydelig over hele Phuket egentlig). hotellet ligger midt på øya så du må ta taxi uansett hvor du skal men taxi er billig.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön. Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz und der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gym ist das Beste was ich bisher in einem Hotel hatte. Das Restuarant im Hotel ist separat und gehört nicht direkt zum Hotel. Das Essen dort fand ich ok, aber nicht super. Dafür gibt es im Umkreis bis von 1-15 Gehminuten sehr viele tolle lokale Angebote, die auch deutlich günstiger sind. Gegenüber ist auch ein sehr günstiger Wachsalon. Leider kann sich ein Hotel seine Gäste nicht aussuchen, das Hotel war während meines Aufenthalts besetzt wie die Krim - also viele Gäste aus einem Land mit R. Diese haben jegliche Stereotypen bedient. Das Hotel liegt weit vom Stadtkern entfernt, in der Hochsaison kann es länger dauern, bis man ein Taxi o.ä. bekommt.

Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative

Dog friendly at this hotel and it has a very beautiful interior landscape with plants and palm trees. Pool located above the hotel’s sky view on the seventh floor. Also there is a restaurant with menu. There is a very modern and very good Laundromat nearby and is at least 40 meters walk.
