At Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park Austin, guests repeatedly highlight very clean, modern rooms and friendly staff, with a convenient Cedar Park location, while common gripes include paid breakfast and parking, and occasional elevator odors or minor maintenance hiccups.

Rooms are frequently described as spacious and comfortable, though some cite firm mattresses, flat pillows, loud in-room A/C, or thin walls. The pool guy decided to clean the pool during prime hours of the day whivh meant we had to wait. Elevators broke down while I was there too. I asked for a room away from the elevator and got a room right by the elevator. Room was nice and big, smelled and looked clean.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff. The pool was great and very clean and relaxing. Only con.. the elevator smelled like fresh cut grass the whole time…which is not ideal for those who suffer from allergies. Overall rate 4/5!

I loved this hotel. It felt new and was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Modern but not cold. The room was laid out so well. Lighting and outlets on all the right places, great shower and toilet and water pressure. Lots of counter space and towels in the bright bathroom. Large mirror and closet in the perfect location. Big smart TV. Soft sheets and decent bed. A keurig snd microwave and fridge The only thing missing was free breakfast but I don’t eat breakfast so didn’t matter. The staff was really friendly too. They also had a beautiful outdoor pool and even an outdoor lounge area with big TV and large fire pit surrounded by couches. Plenty of parking and easy to find. I wish every hotel was like this one.

Likes: Very clean, spacious, nice gym Dislikes: charge $10 per night for parking ? charge $13 for "continental breakfast" ? charge $50 deposit before checking in was under the assumption breakfast would be complimentary like most hotels....and a nightly parking fee?? that's a first time i've ever seen that.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, especially the pillows, and could hear other guests and their doors opening and closing for a good chunk of the night. Did not sleep well. Also had to purchase I ibuprofen at front desk. $4.25 for 2 doses. At that price I should have gotten a full travel container, what an ripoff. Everything else was great.

Checked in at 10:30 at night with a LOUD party going on all throughout the lobby. We asked for a room as far away from that as possible which they gave us. Problem is we walked into that room to find someone already sleeping in the bed! Embarrassing for all and completely unacceptable. They gave us a new room and comped our breakfast, but it wasn’t worth it. Overall a decent hotel but our particular experience was poor.

This is a nice hotel. Breakfast is not complementary, so you do have to pay extra for breakfast. My wife and I were charged for breakfast for one of the days during our visit even though we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I noticed the charge during the checkout process. The desk attendant discussed the incorrect charge with the Manager when she arrived. The hotel later emailed me a receipt that showed that the charge had been removed. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Recommended.

Overall, Hotel was nice enough. Staff was very friendly. Only negative for us was the comfort of the mattresses. It was a very firm mattress. We prefer memory foam/pillow top. If you like firm mattresses, then you'll love it. The only 'neutral' for us was the breakfast. It was not complementary ($10), and for the price, we found the selection underwhelming. They had sausage patties (no bacon), scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and sausage gravy and biscuits (which were a little hard). It'll do in a pinch, but we wish we would have went elsewhere for $20 (plus tip)
